Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf funktionelle Polymere, auf ihre Herstellung und auf entsprechende Zwischenprodukte. Sie bezieht sich insbesondere auf Polymere, die eine Hauptkette aus Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindungen und daran hängende funktionelle Gruppen, die über eine Carbonyliminocarbonyl-(-CONHCO-)-Bindung mit der Hauptkette verknüpft sind, umfassen.
- In den letzten Jahren wurde eine große Vielzahl von Polymeren künstlich hergestellt und auf verschiedenen Gebieten eingesetzt. Es besteht immer noch ein Bedarf an neuen Polymeren mit besseren physikalischen Eigenschaften. Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Bereitstellung von Polymeren mit guter Elastizität, guter Haftung und ausgezeichneter Dispergierbarkeit.
- Die EP-A-0037590 offenbart ein Polymer, das eine Hauptkette aus Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindungen und mindestens eine daran hängende funktionelle Gruppe der Formel
- -CO-NH-CO-NH-CO-(CH&sub2;)m-NR&sub3;&spplus;Z&supmin;
- enthält.
- Dieses Polymer hat aufgrund seiner terminalen quaternären Ammoniumgruppe das Merkmal der Wasserlöslichkeit.
- Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung hat ein neues funktionelles Polymer ein Molekulargewicht von 1000 bis 100000, eine Hauptkette aus Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindungen und 0,1 bis 99,9 % eine oder mehrere anhängende funktionelle Gruppen der Formel
- -CO-NH-CO-Rm
- worin Rm eine Melamingruppe ist.
- Neue Zwischenprodukte haben die Formel
- CH&sub2;=CR-CO-NH-CO-Rm
- Ein ersten Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polymer gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung umfaßt
- (1-a) Polymerisieren eines Alkenoylisocyanats der Formel I
- CH&sub2;=CR-CO-NCO (I)
- worin R H oder C1-5 ist, mit wahlweise einem oder mehreren anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren, die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom enthalten, wobei die Monomeren mindestens 0,1 Gew.% des Alkenoylisocyanats enthalten; und
- (1-b) Umsetzen des resultierenden Polymer mit einer Verbindung der Formel II, die ein aktives Wasserstoffatom enthält
- Rm-H (II)
- worin Rm wie oben definiert ist; umfaßt.
- In Schritt (1-a) kann die Polymerisation an sich nach einem herkömmlichen Verfahren, insbesondere als Lösungspolymerisation durchgeführt werden. Z. B. wird ein monomeres Gemisch, das das Alkenoylisocyanat (I) und wahlweise ein oder mehrere polymerisierbare Monomere in einem inerten Lösungsmittel, das vorzugsweise einen Polymerisationsinitiator enthält, umfaßt, für 0,5 bis 5 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 20 bis 200ºC, vorzugsweise von 60 bis 150ºC, günstiger von 80 bis 110ºC gehalten. Wenn ein Polymerisationsinitiator verwendet wird, kann seine Menge 0,1 bis 10 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 5 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Monomeren, betragen. Wenn gewünscht, kann in dem Reaktionssystem auch ein Kettenübertragungsagens vorliegen. Die Menge des Kettenübertragungsagens beträgt normalerweise 5 bis 20 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der Monomeren.
- In Schritt (1-b) kann die Zugabe durch an sich bekannte Verfahren erfolgen. Beispielsweise wird das Polymer, das die Isocyanatocarbonylgruppe enthält, mit der Verbindung (II), die die funktionelle Gruppe enthält, in einem inerten Lösungsmittel bei einer Temperatur von -20 bis 100ºC, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 80ºC, bevorzugter bei Raumtemperatur oder unter Eiskühlung umgesetzt.
- Ein zweites Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen funktionellen Polymer umfaßt
- (2-a) eine Zugabe einer Verbindung der Formel II, wie sie oben definiert ist, zu einem Alkenoylisocyanat der Formel II, wie es oben definiert ist; und
- (2-b) Polymerisieren der resultierenden neuen Zwischenprodukte, wie sie oben definiert sind, mit wahlweise einem oder mehreren anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren, wobei die Monomeren mindestens 0,1 Gew.% des Zwischenproduktes enthalten.
- In Schritt (2-a) kann die Zugabe nach einem an sich bekannten herkömmlichen Verfahren durchgeführt werden. Beispielsweise wird das Alkenoylisocyanat (I) mit der Verbindung (II), die die funktionelle Gruppe enthält, in einem inerten Lösungsmittel bei einer Temperatur von -20 bis 100ºC, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 80ºC, noch bevorzugter bei Raumtemperatur oder unter Eiskühlung umgesetzt.
- Im Schritt (2-b) kann die Polymerisation ebenfalls nach einem an sich bekannten herkömmlichen Verfahren durchgeführt werden, insbesondere als Lösungspolymerisation. Beispielsweise wird ein Monomergemisch, das das Zwischenprodukt, d. h. eine Verbindung, die die Isocyanatocarbonylgruppe, in die eine funktionelle Gruppe eingeführt ist, enthält, und wahlweise eine oder mehrere polymerisierbare Monomere in einem inerten Lösungsmittel, das vorzugsweise einen Polymerisationsinitiator aufweist, enthält, 0,5 bis 5 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 20 bis 200ºC, günstigerweise von 50 bis 150ºC, noch günstiger von 80 bis 120ºC gehalten. Wenn ein Polymerisationsinitiator eingesetzt wird, kann die entsprechende Menge 0,1 bis 10 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 5 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Monomeren betragen. Wenn gewünscht, kann auch ein Kettenübertragungsagens in dem Reaktionsgemisch vorliegen. Die Menge des Kettenübertragungsagenzes ist normalerweise 5 bis 20 Gew.%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Monomeren.
- Das Ausgangs-Alkenoylisocyanat (I) kann durch Umsetzung eines Alkenylamids der Formel

- worin R wie oben definiert ist, mit einem Oxalylhalogenid der Formel
- (COX)&sub2; (IV)
- in der X Halogen ist, hergestellt werden, worauf wahlweise eine Dehydrohalogenierung des Halogenalkanoylisocyanat- Nebenprodukts der Formel
- CH&sub2;X-CHR-CO-NCO (V)
- in der R und X jeweils wie oben definiert sind, folgt. Vorteilhafterweise kann das Alkenylisocyanat (I) durch Umsetzung des Alkenylamid (III) mit dem Oxalylhalogenid (IV) unter Bildung eines Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenids der Formel:
- umgesetzt werden, in der X ein Halogenatom (z. B. Chlor, Brom) ist, und die letztgenannte Verbindung dann einer Spaltung unterworfen wird.
- Zur Herstellung des Alkenyloxzolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) ist es bevorzugt, daß das Oxalylhalogenid (IV) zunächst in einen Reaktor gefüllt wird und dann das Alkenylamid (III) portionsweise zugesetzt wird, wodurch die Reaktion fortschreitet. Das molare Verhältnis des Alkenylamids (III) zu dem Oxalylhalogenid (IV) kann normalerweise 1:1 bis 3, vorzugsweise etwa 1:1 bis 1,5 sein. Die Verwendung eines inerten Lösungsmittels als Reaktionsmedium ist nicht essentiell, aber normalerweise bevorzugt. Entweder eine oder beide der Verbindungen Alkenylamid (III) und Oxalylhalogenid (IV) werden vorher darin gelöst oder suspendiert. Die Reaktionstemperatur liegt normalerweise über -50ºC und unter der Zersetzungstemperatur des Alkenyloxazolindionhydrochlorid (VI), und liegt vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 0 und 40ºC. Vom industriellen Standpunkt ist eine Temperatur zwischen Raumtemperatur und Eiskühlung vorteilhaft.
- Zur Abtrennung des Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) aus dem Reaktionsgemisch kann irgendein an sich übliches Trennverfahren wie z. B. Filtration oder Destillation bei reduziertem Druck angepaßt werden. Manchmal kann eine Zugabe von Impfkristallen des Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) zu dem Reaktionsgemisch günstig sein, um das Ausfällen des Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) zu beschleunigen. Allerdings ist eine Abtrennung des Alkenyloxazolindion- Hydrohalogenids (VI) aus dem Reaktionsgemisch nicht notwendigerweise erforderlich.
- Das Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) wird dann unter Bedingungen, die in erster Linie das Alkenoylisocyanat (I) liefern oder die Nebenproduktion das Halogenalkanoylisocyanats (V) unterdrücken, einer Spaltung unterzogen. Ein typisches Beispiel für solche Bedingungen ist die Durchführung der Spaltung unter Normaldruck (atmosphärischem oder autogenem). Das Alkenyloxazolindion- Hydrohalogenid (VI), das in einem Reaktor gefüllt wurde, wird bei Normaldruck erhitzt, bis der Abbau (Spaltung) in ausreichendem Maße abläuft. Wenn ein Reaktionsmedium verwendet wird, kann die Spaltung durch Hitze bei einer niedrigen Temperatur wie etwa 40ºC stattfinden. Bei Abwesenheit eines Reaktionsmedium ist ein Aufheizen bis zur Spaltungstemperatur des 2-Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (z. B. etwa 102 bis 103ºC im Fall von 2-Isopropenyloxazolin- 4,5-dion-Hydrochlorid) erforderlich. Als Reaktionsmedium kann ein inertes Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Ein weiteres Beispiel für Durchführungsbedingungen ist die Durchführung der Spaltung in Gegenwart eines Chlorwasserstoff- eliminierenden Agenzes. Der Abbau von Alkenyloxazolindion- Hydrohalogenid (VI) in Gegenwart eines Halogenwasserstoff- eliminierenden Agenzes bei einer Temperatur von -50 bis 200ºC, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 150ºC bei normalem oder reduziertem Druck liefert vornehmlich das Alkenoylisocyanat (I). Als Chlorwasserstoff-eliminierendes Agens wird vorzugsweise ein Agens benutzt, das kein aktives Wasserstoffatom aufweist oder das nach Umsetzung mit Halogenwasserstoff kein aktives Wasserstoffatom erzeugt. Amine, welche die populärsten Halogenwasserstoff- eliminierenden Agenzien darstellen, sind in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kaum verwendbar. Spezielle Beispiele für die bevorzugten Halogenwasserstoff- eliminierenden Agenzien sind Metallkomplexverbindungen (z. B. (Ph&sub3;P)&sub2;Ru(CO)&sub3;, (Ph&sub3;P)&sub3;Pt), Metallhalogenide (z. B. Lithiumchlorid, Titantetrachlorid, Aluminiumchlorid, Kupferchlorid), synthetisches Zeolith (z. B. Molekularsieb, mikroporöses Glas), usw. Das Halogenwasserstoff-eliminierende Agens wird normalerweise in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis 100 Mol, vorzugsweise von 0,1 bis 10 Mol pro Mol Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) verwendet. Es muß nicht notwendigerweise ein Reaktionsmedium verwendet werden. Wenn es verwendet wird, kann ein inertes Lösungsmittel eingesetzt werden. Ein anderes Beispiel für Durchführungsbedingungen ist die Durchführung der Spaltung in Gegenwart eines flüssigen Mediums, das eine Dielektrizitätskonstante von nicht mehr als 4 hat. Ein solches flüssiges Medium kann aus einem oder mehreren inerten Lösungsmitteln, ausgewählt aus aliphatischen oder alicyclischen Kohlenwasserstoffen (z. B. Pentan, Hexan, Heptan, Octan, Decalin, Cyclohexan), aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen (z. B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Naphthalin), Ethern (z. B. Propylether, Butylether, Dioxan, Isopropylether), Estern, halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen (z. B. Tetrachlorkohlenstoff), usw. bestehen. Durch Verwendung eines einzelnen Lösungsmittels oder durch die Verwendung von 2 oder mehreren Lösungsmitteln in Kombination kann eine Dielektrizitätskonstante von nicht mehr als 4 erreicht werden. Die Spaltung (Abbau) kann durchgeführt werden, indem das Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogenid (VI) in einem flüssigen Medium mit einer Dielektrizitätskonstante von nicht über 4, bei einer Temperatur, die über der Zersetzungstemperatur des Alkenyloxazolindion-Hydrohalogends (VI) liegt, üblicherweise bei einer Temperatur von 40 bis 150ºC, vorzugsweise von etwa 60 bis 120ºC gehalten wird, wodurch vorwiegend das Alkenoylisocyanat (I) gebildet wird.
- Die Isolierung des Alkenoylisocyanat (I) aus dem Reaktionsgemisch kann durch ein an sich normales Trennungsverfahren wie z. B. Destillation bei atmosphärischem oder reduziertem Druck erfolgen.
- In einigen der obigen Reaktionen und den Nachbehandlungen kann eine kleine Menge eines Polymerisationsinhibitors in das Reaktionssystem oder das Reaktionsgemisch zur Verhinderung einer unnötigen Polymerisation an der Doppelbindung eingemischt sein. Beispiele für den Polymerisationsinhibitor sind Hydrochinon, p-Methoxyphenol, 2,6-di-t-Butyl-4- methylphenyol, 4-t-Butylcatechol, Bis-dihydroxybenzybenzol, 2,2'-Methylen-bis(6-t-butyl-3-methylphenol), 4,4'-Butyliden- bis(6-t-butyl-3-methylphenol), 4,4'-Thiobis(6-t-butyl-3- methylphenol), p-Nitrosophenol, Diisopropylxanthogensulfid, N-Nitrosophenylhydroxylamin-Ammoniumslaz, 1,1-Diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazil, 1,3,5-Triphenylpheldazyl, 2,6-di-t-Butyl- alpha-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-oxo-2,5-cyclohexandien-1-yliden)-p- trioxy, 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidon-1-oxil, Dithiobenzoylsulfind, p,p'-Ditolyltrisulfid, p,p'- Ditolyltetrasulfid, Dibenzyltetrasulfid und Tetraethylthiuramdisulfid.
- Die Alkenoylisocyanate (I) werden im allgemeinen in Form einer Flüssigkeit, die bei Raumtemperatur stabil ist, erhalten. Sie können daher leicht gehandhabt werden. Sie sind in verschiedenen organischen Lösungsmitteln löslich und können in Lösungsform verwendet werden.
- Die anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren, die in Schritt (1-a) des ersten Verfahrens verwendbar sind, sind solche, die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom enthalten; wohingegen die, die in Schritt (2-b) des zweiten Verfahrens verwendbar sind, aus polymerisierbaren Monomeren, die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom haben, und polymerisierbaren Monomeren, die ein aktives Wasserstoffatom haben, ausgewählt sein können.
- Beispiele für die anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren sind monoolefinische oder diolefinische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Styrol, α-Methylstyrol, α-Ethylstyrol, 2-Methyl-1-propen, 2- Methyl-1-buten, 2-Methyl-1-penten, 2,3-Dimethyl-1-buten, 2,3- Dimethyl-1-penten, 2,4-Dimethyl-1-penten, 2,3,3-Trimethyl-1- hepten, 2,3-Dimethyl-1-hexen, 2,4-Dimethyl-1-hexen, 2,5- Dimethyl-1-hexen, 2-Methyl-3-ethyl-1-penten, 2,3,3-Trimethyl- 1-penten, 2,3,4-Trimethyl-1-penten, 2-Methyl-1-octen, 2,6- Dimethyl-1-hepten, 2,6-Dimethyl-1-octen, 2,3-Dimethyl-1- decen, 2-Methyl-1-nonadecen, Ethylen, Propylen, Butylen, Amylen, Hexylen, 1,3-Butadien, Isopren), monoolefinsiche oder diolefinsiche halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. Acrylamid, Methacrylamid, Crotonamid, Zimtsäureamid, p-Benzamidostyrol), 2- Sulfoethylacrylsäure, 2-Sulfoethylmethacrylsäure, t- Butylacrylaminosulfonsäure, 4-Sulfophenylacrylsäure, p- Vinylbenzolsulfonsäure, 2-Methacryloxyethylsäurephosphat, 3- Chlor-2-säure-phosphoxypropylmethacrylat, Vinylphosphat, Isopropenylphosphat, ungesättigte Amine (z. B. Allylamin, o- Aminostyrol, t-Butylaminoethylmethacrylsäure und 7-Amino-3,7- dimethyloctylacrylat).
- Ebenso wird das inerte Lösungsmittel, das in den Schritten (1-a) und (1-b) des ersten Verfahrens und in Schritt (2-a) des zweiten Verfahrens verwendbar ist, aus solchen, die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom haben, auszuwählen sein, wohingegen das inerte Lösungsmittel, das im Schritt (2-b) des zweiten Verfahrens verwendbar ist, aus solchen, die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom haben und solchen, die ein aktives Wasserstoffatom haben, ausgewählt werden kann. Beispiele für das inerte Lösungsmittel, das kein aktives Wasserstoff hat, sind aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Pentan, Hexan, Heptan), aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol), alicyclische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Cyclohexan, Methylcyclohexan, Decalin), petrolische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Petrolether, Petroliumbenzin), halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. B. Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chloroform, 1,2-Dichlorethan), Ether (z. B. Diethylether, Diisopropylether, Anisol, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran), Ester (z. B. Methylacetat, Ethylacetat, Butylacetat), Ketone (z. B. Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Cyclohexanon, Acetophenon, Isophoron), Acetonitril, Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid.
- Beispiele für den Polymerisationsinitiator, der im Schritt (1-a) des erstens Verfahrens und im Schritt (2-b) des zweiten Verfahrens verwendbar ist, sind organische Peroxide (z. B. Benzoylperoxid, t-Butylperbenzoat, t-Butylperoxid, Cumolhydroperoxid, Di-t-butylperoxid, t-Butylperoctoat), Azoverbindungen (z. B. 2,2'-Azobisisobutyronitril, Dimethylazodiisobutyrat, 2,2'-Azobis(2,4- dimethylvaleronitril) und 2,2'-Azobis(4-methoxy-2,4- dimethylvaleronitril). Als Kettenübertragungsagens kann irgendeines der üblichen, das kein aktives Wasserstoffatom hat, verwendet werden. Ein spezifisches Beispiel ist alpha- Methylstyrol-Dimer.
- Das Polymer, das die Isocyanatocarbonylgruppe enthält und im Schritt (1-a) des ersten Verfahrens erhalten wird, hat üblicherweise einen Isocyanatocarbonylgruppen-Gehalt von 0,1 bis 72,2 Gew.% und ein Molekulargewicht von 1000 bis 100000.
- Beispiele für die Verbindung (II) sind Melamin und seine modifizierten oder verwandten Derivate wie z. B. Melamin, methylolierte Melamine (z. B. Monomethylolmelamin, Dimethylolmelamin, Trimethylolmelamin, Tetramethylolmelamin, Pentamethylolmelamin, Hexamethylolmelamin), Alkanol- modifiziertes methylolierte Melamine (z. B. Methoxymethylolmelamin, Ethoxymethylolmelamin, Propoxymethylolmelamin) und Guanamin und seine modifizierten oder verwandten Derivate (z. B. Homoguanamin, Acetoguanamin, Benzoguanamin, Phenylacetoguanamin, Methoxyguanamin).
- Das funktionelle Polymer hat physikalische Charakteristika, die auf die Melamingruppe und die Carbonyliminocarbonylbindung zurückzuführen sind. Das funktionelle Polymer hat nämlich aufgrund der Melamingruppe eine gute Vernetzbarkeit und eine hohe Härte sowie aufgrund der Carbonyliminiocarbonylbindung eine gute Zähigkeit und hohe Haftung. Außerdem wird es zur Verbesserung der Lagerstabilität und zur Unterdrückung einer Eigenkondensation dienen. Dementsprechend ist das funktionelle Polymer als Harzmaterial für Beschichtungszusammensetzungen Industriekunststoffe und Elastomere verwendbar.
- Es kann erwähnt werden, daß einiges aus der hier vorliegenden Beschreibung, z. B. Aufzählungen beispielhafter Materialien auch in den EP-A-0202840, EP-A-0204497 und EP-A-0206554 gefunden werden kann. Insbesondere sind Alkylisocyanate (I) und Oxazolindion-Hydrohalogenide (VI) und die Umwandlung der letztgenannten in die erstgenannten in der EP-A-0202840 beschrieben. Eine Synthese von 2-Vinyloxyzolin-4,5-dion- Hydrochlorid ist in Beispiel 1 der EP-A-0202840 beschrieben; eine Synthese von 2-Isopropenyloxazolin-4,5-dion-Hydrochlorid ist in Beispiel 2 derselben angegeben; Synthesen von Methacryloylisocyanat aus und über 2-Isopropenyloxazolin-4,5- dion-Hydrochlorid sind in den Beispielen 8 bzw. 19 angegeben; und eine Synthese von Acryloylisocyanat aus 2-Vinyloxazolin- 4,5-dion-Hydrochlorid ist in Beispiel 11 beschrieben.
- Das folgende Beispiel erläutert die Erfindung näher; Mengen sind in Gewichtsteilen angegeben.
- In einem mit Stickstoffgas gespülten Reaktionsbehälter wurde butyliertes Melamin in Chloroform gelöst, dann wurde eine Lösung von Methacrylolisocyanat in 1,2- Dichlorethan unter Rühren im Stickstoffstrom tropfenweise zugesetzt. Nach Beendigung der tropfenweisen Zugabe wurden Chloroform und 1,2-Dichlorethan durch Destillation bei reduziertem Druck entfernt, wobei butyliertes Melamin/Methacryloylisocyanat-Addukt als farbloses Öl erhalten wurde. Molekulargewicht 1.160 (GPC); Viskosität 23000 cp.
- Ein Gemisch aus Methylmethacrylat (20 Teile), n- Butylacrylat (15 Teile), butyliertem Melamin/Methacryloylisocyanat-Addukt (15 Teile) und 2,2re Azobis(2,4-dimethylvaleronitril) (1,25 Teile) wurde tropfenweise ~ber einen Zeitraum von 2 Stunden zu Xylol (125 Teile), das auf 100 bis 105ºC erhitzt war, gegeben. Nach Beendigung der tropfenweisen Zugabe wurde das Rühren bei derselben Temperatur für 4 Stunden fortgesetzt, anschließend wurde mit Wasser gekühlt, um ein Polymer, das eine Aminotriazingruppe enthält, herzustellen. Molekulargewicht (bestimmt durch Gelpermeationschromatographie): 3.470. Nicht-flüchtiger Gehalt: 24,2 %.
Claims (4)
1. Funktionelles Polymer, das ein Molekulargewicht von 1000
bis 100000 hat und eine Hauptkette aus Kohlenstoff-
Kohlenstoff-Bindungen sowie zu 0,1 bis 99,9 Gew.% eine
oder mehrere anhängende funktionelle Gruppen der Formel
-CO-NH-CO-Rm, in der Rm eine Melamingruppe ist, umfaßt.
2. Polymer nach Anspruch 1, das Repetiereinheiten der Formel
-CH&sub2;-C(R)(-CO-NH-CO-Rm)-, in der Rm wie in Anspruch 1
definiert ist, und R H oder C1-5-Alkyl ist, enthält.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polymers gemäß Anspruch
2, welches ein Polymerisieren eines entsprechenden
Alkenoylisocyanats der Formel CH&sub2;=CR-CO-NCO mit wahlweise
einem oder mehreren anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren,
die kein aktives Wasserstoffatom aufweisen, wobei die
Monomeren mindestens 0,1 Gew.% Alkenoylisocyanat
enthalten; und Umsetzen des resultierenden Polymer mit
einer entsprechenden Verbindung der Formel Rm-H, die ein
aktives Wasserstoffatom enthält, wobei Rm wie in Anspruch
1 definiert ist und R wie in Anspruch 2 definiert ist,
umfaßt.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polymer nach Anspruch 2,
welches ein Zusetzen einer Verbindung mit einem aktiven
Wasserstoffatom, wie sie in Anspruch 3 definiert ist, zu
einem Alkenoylisocyanat, wie es in Anspruch 3 definiert
ist; und Polymerisieren der resultierenden Verbindung der
Formel CH&sub2;=CR-CO-NH-CO-Rm mit, wahlweise, einem oder
mehreren anderen polymerisierbaren Monomeren, wobei die
Monomeren mindestens 0,1 Gew.% der resultierenden
Verbindung enthalten, wobei Rm wie in Anspruch 1
definiert ist, und R wie in Anspruch 2 definiert ist,
umfaßt.
