Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Photopolymerisationsinitiator.
Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung einen
Photopolymerisationsinitiator, der für eine photopolymerisierbare
Harzzusammensetzung bzw. Harzmasse verwendet
werden kann, welche durch Photopolymerisation in nur einem
Teil, der einem Aktivierungsstrahl ausgesetzt wird, ausgehärtet
wird und welche eine ausgezeichnete Haftung auf
einem Trägermaterial besitzt.
Photopolymerisierbare Harzmassen wurden als Ausgangsmaterialien
für Tinten bzw. Druckerschwärzen, die durch
Aktivierungsstrahlen ausgehärtet werden, Farben und Photoresists
verwendet. Sie besitzen den schwerwiegenden Nachteil,
daß die Aushärtbarkeit von Überzugsfilmen daraus
schlecht ist, wenn sie Licht ausgesetzt bzw. belichtet
werden. Die Dicke des Überzugsfilms hat dabei einen großen
Einfluß auf die Aushärtbarkeit. Beispielsweise besitzt
der Überzugsfilm eines Photoresists oder einer Siebdrucktinte
eine Dicke von 10 bis 100 µm, und deshalb wird die
innere Oberfläche des Überzugsfilms nicht ausreichend ausgehärtet.
Dieses Phänomen ist bemerkenswert, wenn ein
Pigment oder ein Farbstoff in die photopolymerisierbare
Harzmasse eingearbeitet wird und ein Tack bzw. Zug (tack)
auf der Überzugsfilmoberfläche verbleibt. Deshalb kann die
erwartete Aushärtbarkeit nicht erreicht werden.
Es wurden bereits Verfahren zum Lösen des Aushärtungsproblems
durch Verwendung einer Kombination aus Photopolymerisationsinitiatoren
vorgeschlagen, wie eine Kombination
aus Benzophenon oder seinem Derivat mit 4,4′-Bis-
(diethylamino)benzophenon (japanische Patentveröffentlichungen
37 902/1978 und 25 943/1979) und eine Kombination
aus Xanthon mit einem 4,4′-Bis(dialkylamino)benzophenon
(japanische Offenlegungsschrift 92 246/1977).
Obwohl diese Photopolymerisationsinitiatoren wirksam sind,
sind Ihre Wirkungen bisher nicht ausreichend, insbesondere,
wenn ein Farbstoff oder ein Pigment verwendet wird,
da bei einer Überzugsfilmdicke von mehr als 10 µm die
Aushärtbarkeit unzureichend wird und die Haftung auf einem
Trägermaterial verringert wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß eine photopolymerisierbare
Zusammensetzung mit einer ausgezeichneten Überzugsfilmaushärtbarkeit
und ausgezeichneter Haftung auf einem Trägermaterial
erhalten werden kann, wenn eine Mischung aus
Thioxanthon oder seinem Derivat mit einem Oximester als
Photopolymerisationsinitiator verwendet wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Kombination aus zwei Verbindungen
als Photopolymerisationsinitiator verwendet. Eine erfindungsgemäße
Initiatorzusammensetzung umfaßt Thioxanthon
der nachstehend angegebenen Formel oder ein Thioxanthonderivat
mit einem Substituenten am aromatischen Ring
und einen Oximester der allgemeinen Formel II.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Initiatorzusammensetzung für eine
photopolymerisierbare Harzmasse verwendet, welche 5 bis
80 Gew.-% einer photopolymerisierbaren Verbindung mit einer
Doppelbindung für die Polymerisation und gegebenenfalls
als Rest ein Polymerbindemittel umfaßt.
Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere einen Initiator oder
einen Sensibilisator für die Photopolymerisation, welcher
umfaßt:
(A) Thioxanthon oder sein Derivat der allgemeinen Formel I
worin
Ar1 und Ar2 jeweils einen substituierten oder unsubstituierten, aromatischen Kern bedeuten, und
(B) einen Oximester der allgemeinen Formel II worin
R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Anthryl-, Pyridyl- oder Chinylygruppe bedeuten oder R1 und R2 zusammen einen Ring bilden können, wie Cyclohexanon, Anthron, 10-Methyl-9(10H)-Akridon, Piperidon und 9-Fluorenon, und
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe bedeutet.
Ar1 und Ar2 jeweils einen substituierten oder unsubstituierten, aromatischen Kern bedeuten, und
(B) einen Oximester der allgemeinen Formel II worin
R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Anthryl-, Pyridyl- oder Chinylygruppe bedeuten oder R1 und R2 zusammen einen Ring bilden können, wie Cyclohexanon, Anthron, 10-Methyl-9(10H)-Akridon, Piperidon und 9-Fluorenon, und
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe bedeutet.
Der erfindungsgemäße Photopolymerisationsinitiator bildet
eine photopolymerisierbare Harzmasse zusammen mit einer photopolymerisierbaren
Verbindung, gegebenenfalls einem Polymerbindemittel
und anderen Zusätzen, wie nachstehend näher beschrieben
wird.
Der erfindungsgemäße Photopolymerisationsinitiator ist zur
Verwendung mit einer photopolymerisierbaren Verbindung mit
wenigstens einer polymerisierbaren Doppelbindung in dem
Molekül geeignet. Typische Beispiele für diese Verbindungen
schließen Styrolverbindungen, wie Styrol per se,
α-Methylstyrol und Chlorstyrol; monofunktionelle (Meth)-
acrylate, wie Methyl(meth)acrylat, Ethyl(meth)acrylat,
n- und i-Propyl(meth)acrylate, n-, sec- und t-Butyl(meth)acrylate,
Tetrahydrofurfuryl(meth)acrylat, 2-Ethylhexyl(meth)acrylat,
Lauryl(meth)acrylat, Stearyl(meth)acrylat,
Butoxyethyl(meth)acrylat, Cyclohexyl(meth)acrylat, Phenoxyethyl(meth)acrylat,
Methoxyethyl(meth)acrylat, Ethoxyethyl(meth)acrylat,
Polyethylenglykol(meth)acrylat und
Polypropylenglykol(meth)acrylat; bifunktionelle (Meth)acrylate,
wie Ethylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat, Diethylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat,
Triethylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat,
Propylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat, Dipropylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat,
Polyethylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat, Polypropylenglykoldi(meth)acrylat,
1,4-Butandioldi(meth)acrylat,
Neopentylglykoldi(meth)acrylat und 1,6-Hexandioldi(meth)acrylat;
und trifunktionelle oder höherfunktionelle
(Meth)acrylate, wie Trimethylolpropantri(meth)acrylat,
Trimethylolethantri(meth)acrylat und Pentaerythrittetra(meth)acrylat,
ein. Diese polymerisierbaren Verbindungen
können entweder alleine oder in Kombination verwendet
werden. Sie werden in einer Menge von 5 bis 80 Gew.-%,
vorzugsweise 10 bis 50 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die photopolymerisierbare
Harzzusammensetzung, verwendet.
Die Polymerbindemittel schließen Polystyrol, Polymethylmethacrylat,
Methylmethacrylat/Ethylacrylat-Copolymer, Poly(meth)acrylsäure, Styrol/
(Meth)acrylsäure-Copolymer, (Meth)acrylsäure/Methylmethacrylat-
Copolymer, Polyvinylbutyral, Celluloseester, Polyacrylamid und gesättigte
Polyester ein. Das Bindemittel wird in Abhängigkeit von seinem
Zweck gewählt. Es wird bevorzugt in einer Menge von 100 Gewichtsteilen,
bezogen auf 1 bis 10 Gewichtsteile Oximester, verwendet.
Das erfindungsgemäße Thioxanthon und seine Derivate besitzen
die vorstehend angegebene allgemeine Formel I,
worin die aromatischen Kerne Ar1 und Ar2 mit einem oder
mehreren der folgenden Substituenten substituiert sind:
Wasserstoff; Halogene, wie Chlor oder Brom; Alkylgruppen
mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, welche durch Hydroxy oder
Chlor substituiert sein können, wie Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl,
Isopropyl, n-Butyl, sec-Butyl, t-Butyl, n-Amyl, Isoamyl,
n-Hexyl, 1,1-Dimethylbutyl, 1-Ethyl-2-methylpropyl,
2-Ethylbutyl, 1,3-Dimethylbutyl, 4-Methylpentyl, n-Heptyl,
1-Methylhexyl, 1-Ethyl-1,2-dimethylpropyl, n-Octyl,
2-Ethylhexyl, 2,2,4-Trimethylpentyl, n-Nonyl, 1,3,5-Trimethylhexyl,
n-Dodecyl, Chlormethyl, 2-Chlorethyl und
2-Hydroxyethylgruppen; Alkoxygruppen mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen,
welche durch Hydroxy, Chlor, Alkoxygruppen
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Alkoxy-alkoxygruppen,
worin jede Alkoxygruppen 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome besitzt,
substituiert sein können, wie Methoxy, Ethoxy,
n-Propoxy, Isopropoxy, sec-Butoxy, n-Butoxy, n-Pentyloxy,
Isopentyloxy, 2-Ethylhexyloxy, Allyloxy, 2-Chlorethoxy,
2-Hydroxypropoxy, Glycidyloxy, 2-Hydroxyethoxy, Methoxyethoxy,
Butoxyethoxy, Ethoxyethoxyethoxy und Benzyloxygruppen;
Acyloxygruppen mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen,
wie Acetyloxy, Propionoyloxy, Acryloyloxy, Methacryloyloxy,
Butyroyloxy, Isobutyroyloxy, Nonanoyloxy, Crotonoyloxy,
Decanoyloxy, Dodecanoyloxy, Stearoyloxy, Fumaroyloxy,
Phthaloyloxy, Cinnamoyloxy und Benzoyloxy; Alkoxycarbonylgruppen
mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, welche durch
Hydroxy oder Chlor substituiert sein können, wie Methoxycarbonyl,
Ethoxycarbonyl, 2-Hydroxypropoxycarbonyl, 2-
Chlorethoxycarbonyl, n-Butoxycarbonyl, 2-Ethylhexylcarbonyl
und Octyloxycarbonyl; zusätzlich Cyclohexyl-, Phenyl, Phenoxy-,
Vinyloxycarbonyl-, Allyloxycarbonyl-, Glycidyloxycarbonyl- und Benzyloxycarbonylgruppen
Die Ringe Ar1 und Ar2 können durch die gleiche
Gurppe substituiert sein. Alternativ dazu können sie jeweils durch
verschiedene Gruppen substituiert sein. Jeder Ring kann wenigstens 2
Substituenten der gleichen Gruppe oder verschiedener Gruppen besitzen.
Die Art der Substitution begrenzt nicht die vorliegende Erfindung.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Oximester sind durch die vorstehend
allgemeine Formel II angegeben, worin R1 und R2 gleich
oder verschieden sein können und die in den folgenden
Gruppen 1) bis 4) gegebene Bedeutung besitzen:
1) eine geradkettige oder verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppe
mit 1 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 und 5 Kohlenstoffatomen,
2) eine Phenyl-, Naphthyl- oder Anthrylgruppe, welche durch eine geradkettige oder verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, ein Halogen oder eine Amino-, Dimethylamino-, Diethylamino- oder Mercaptogruppe oder dgl. substituiert sein kann,
2) eine Phenyl-, Naphthyl- oder Anthrylgruppe, welche durch eine geradkettige oder verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkoxylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, ein Halogen oder eine Amino-, Dimethylamino-, Diethylamino- oder Mercaptogruppe oder dgl. substituiert sein kann,
3) eine Pyridylgruppe, wie eine 2-Pyridylgruppe, eine
Chinolylgruppe, wie eine 6-Chinolylgruppe oder Pyridyl-
oder Chinolylgruppe, substituiert durch die
gleichen Substituenten wie in 2) und
4) eine Fluorenylgruppe, gebildet durch einen Ringschluß
zwischen R1 und R2, welche durch die gleichen Substituenten
wie in 2) usw. substituiert sein kann.
R3 besitzt die in den folgenden Gruppen 5) und 6) angegebene
Bedeutung:
5) eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie
eine Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, i-Propyl-, Butyl- oder
t-Butylgruppe und
6) eine Arylgruppe, wie eine Benzoyl-, Toluyl-, Chlorbenzoyl-, Nitrobenzoyl-,
Methoxybenzoyl-, Napthyl- und Anthrachinongruppe, welche
unsubstituiert sein kann oder durch die gleichen Substituenten wie
in 2) substituiert sein kann.
Die vorstehenden Oximester schließen verschiedene Keton-
O-acyloxime ein. Beispiele dafür sind Dimethylketon-O-
acetyloxim, Diethylketon-O-acetyloxim, Acetophenon-O-
acetyloxim, Acetophenon-O-benzoyloxim, Acetophenon-O-
(p-methylbenzoyl)oxim, p-Methylacetophenon-O-(p-tolylcarbonyl)oxim,
2-Naphthylmethylketon-O-acetyloxim, 2-
Naphthylphenylketon-O-propylcarbonyloxim, 9-Anthrylmethylketon-
O-acetyloxim, 2-Naphthylmethylketon-O-benzoyloxim,
Benzophenon-O-acetyloxim, Benzophenon-O-phenylacetyloxim,
Benzophenon-O-(p-Chlorbenzoyl)oxim, p-Dimethylaminoacetophenon-
O-acetyloxim, p,p′-Bis (dimethylamino)benzophenon-
O-acetyloxim, p,p′-Bis(diethylamino)benzophenon-O-
benzoyloxim, Fluorenon-O-(p-methylbenzoyl)oxim, Fluorenon-
O-acetyloxim, 2-Pyridylmethylketon-O-acetyloxim, Di(2-
pyridyl)keton-O-acetyloxim, 6-Chinolylmethylketon-O-ethylcarbonyloxim
and 6-Chinolylphenylketon-O-acetyloxim. Diese
Oximester begrenzen die vorliegende Erfindung nicht.
Diese Oximester und die vorstehenden Thioxanthone oder
ihre Derivate können entweder alleine oder in einer Mischung
aus zwei oder mehreren Verbindungen davon verwendet
werden.
Der erfindungsgemäße Photopolymerisationsinitiator kann
in Kombination mit einem bekannten Photosensiblilisator,
wie Benzoin, Benzoinalkylether, Benzophenon, Benzyl-2,4,-
5,-triphenylbiimidazol oder einem Derivat davon verwendet
werden.
Das Verhältnis von Thioxanthon oder seinem Derivat zu
dem Oximester wird zweckmäßigerweise in Abhängigkeit von
ihren Arten oder der photopolymerisierbaren Verbindung
gewählt. Üblicherweise liegt das Gewichtsverhältnis von
Thioxanthon oder seinem Derivat zu dem Oximester im Bereich
von 1:100 bis 10:1.
Die Menge des erfindungsgemäßen Photopolymerisationsinitiators
liegt im Bereich von 0,01 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise
1 bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die photopolymerisierbare
Zusammensetzung (fest).
Die photopolymerisierbare Harzmasse, die den erfindungsgemäßen
Photopolymerisationsinitiator enthält, wird auf das
Trägermaterial durch ein bekanntes Verfahren aufgetragen
und dann einem Aktivierungsstrahl ausgesetzt, um die
Photopolymerisationsreaktion zu induzieren.
Die Quellen für die verwendeten Aktivierungsstrahlen schließen Quellen
für ferne Ultraviolettstrahlen, wie eine Hg-Lampe, eine Niedrigdruck-
Quecksilberlampe und einen Excimer-Laser (Handelsname) ein, die jeweils
eine intensive Emission bei 200 bis 300 nm besitzen. Weiterhin
können solche mit einem Emissionsspektrum von 300 nm oder höher,
wie eine Hg-Lampe, eine Xenon-Lampe und eine Hochdruck-Quecksilberlampe,
verwendet werden. N2-Laser, Argon-Laser und He-Ne-Laser können
ebenfalls verwendet werden.
Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischung der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat5 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0,01 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat0,25 g
Methylethylketon5 g
5 ml der Zusammensetzung wurden in eine Teströhre aus
Pyrex-Glas gegeben und Licht einer 2 kW Ultrahochdruck-
Quecksilberlampe in einem Abstand von 50 cm über 1 Minute
ausgesetzt. Das Polymer haftete in Form eines Films an
der inneren Wand der Röhre in dem ausgesetzten Teil. Als
das Polymer herausgenommen und in Aceton gegeben wurde,
löste es sich nicht darin.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischen der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:
Poly(methylmethacrylat)50 g
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat30 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0,05 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
Methylethylketon150 g
Die Zusammensetzung wurde gleichmäßig auf einen Polyethylenglykolterephthalatfilmträger
mit einer Dicke von 100 µ
mittels eines Applikators aufgebracht und dann bei 75°C
getrocknet, um eine empfindliche Schicht mit einer Dicke
von 25 µ zu bilden. Dieses Produkt wurde Licht einer
2 kW Ultrahochdruck-Quecksilberlampe in einem Abstand
von 50 cm über 30 Sekunden ausgesetzt. Wenn der Polyethylenglykolterephthalatfilm
in einem spitzen Winkel gebogen wurde,
bildeten sich Risse in der photoempfindlichen
Schicht, was zeigte, daß er ausreichend ausgehärtet worden
war.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischen der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:
Poly(methylmethacrylat)50 g
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat15 g
Tetraethylenglykoldiacrylat10 g
Benzotriazol0,2 g
N-Methyldiethanolamin0,05 g
Viktoriablau0,04 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0,1 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
Methylethylketon120 g
Die Zusammensetzung wurde gleichmäßig auf einen Polyethylenglykolterephthalatfilmträger
mit einer Dicke von 25 µ
aufgebracht und bei 75°C getrocknet, um einen photoempfindlichen
Film mit einer Dicke von 25 µ zu erhalten.
Die photoempfindliche Schicht wurde auf eine Kupferplatte,
deren Oberfläche vorher mit Aceton gewaschen worden war,
mittels einer Gummirolle bzw. -walze aufgebracht und auf
100°C erwärmt, um ein Laminat zu bilden. Dann wurde eine Stouffer-
Stufentablette (Stouffer step tablet, ein Handelsname von Stouffer
Graphic Arts Instrument Corporation) daraufgesetzt und Licht einer
Ultrahochdruck-Quecksilberlampe (2 kW) in einem Abstand von 50 cm über
10 Sekunden ausgesetzt. Ein nichtausgesetzter Teil wurde mit 1,1,1-
Trichlorethan weggewaschen, um die Entwicklung zu bewirken. Ein
hochqualitatives Bild wurde bis zur 7. Stufe erhalten.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischen der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:

Trimethylolpropantriacrylat30 g
Benzotriazol0,2 g
N-Methyldiethanolamin0,05 g

2-Chlorthioxanthon0,1 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
Methylethylketon45 g
Dioxan60 g
Die Zusammensetzung wurde auf den Filmträger aufgebracht
und auf die gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3 getrocknet,
um eine empfindliche Schicht mit einer Dicke von 25 µ zu
erhalten. Nach dem Lichtaussetzen, auf die gleiche Weise
wie vorstehend beschreiben, gefolgt von einer Entwicklung
mit einer 1%igen, wäßrigen Natriumcarbonatlösung bei
40°C, wurde ein hochqualitatives Bild bis zur 6. Stufe
erhalten.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischen der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:
Poly(methylmethacrylat)50 g
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat15 g
Tetraethylenglykoldiacrylat10 g
2-Phenylamino-4,6-dithiol-s-triazin0,2 g
N-Methyldiethanolamin0.05 g
Viktoriablau0,04 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0.1 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
o-Toluolsulfonamid2,4 g
p-Toluolsulfonamid3,6 g
Methylethylketon120 g
Ein hochqualitatives Bild wurde bis zur 5. Stufe auf die
gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3 erhalten.
Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch
Mischen der folgenden Komponenten erhalten:
Poly(methylmethacrylat)50 g
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat16 g
Tetraethylenglykoldiacrylat13 g
2-Phenylamino-4,6-dithiol-s-triazin0,2 g
N-Methyldiethanolamin0,05 g
Viktoriablau0.04 g
2,2′-Di(o-chlorphenyl)-4,4′,5,5′-
tetraphenylbisimidazol1,5 g
Leukokristallviolett0,15 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0,1 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
o-Toluolsulfonamid2,4 g
p-Toluolsulfonamid3,6 g
Methylethylketon120 g
Ein hochqualitatives Bild wurde bis zur 8. Stufe auf die
gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3erhalten.

Eine photopolymerisierbare Zusammensetzung wurde durch

Ein hochqualitatives Bild wurde bis zur 8. Stufe auf
die gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3 erhalten.
Die folgenden Konponenten wurden zusammengemischt:

N-Methyldiethanolamin0,05 g
Viktoriablau0,04 g
2-Chlorthioxanthon0,1 g

Nach dem Aufbringen, Trocknen und Lichtaussetzen, welches
auf die gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3 durchgeführt wurde,
konnte überhaupt kein Bild erhalten werden.
Die folgenden Komponenten wurden zusammengemischt:
Poly(methylmethacrylat)50 g
Trimethylolpropantriacrylat15 g
Tetraethylenglykoldiacrylat10 g
Benzotriazol0,2 g
N-Methyldiethanolamin0,05 g
Viktoriablau0,04 g
4-Methylbenzophenonoximacetat1,5 g
Methylethylketon120 g
Nach dem Aufbringen, Trocknen und Lichtaussetzen einer
Ultrahochdruck-Quecksilberlampe, durchgeführt auf die
gleiche Weise wie in Beispiel 3, konnte überhaupt kein
Bild erhalten werden.
Claims (3)
1. Initiatorzusammensetzung für die Photopolymerisation,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie:
(A) Thioxanthon oder ein Derivat der allgemeinen Formel I: worin
Ar1 und Ar2 jeweils einen aromatischen Ring oder einen substituierten, aromatischen Ring bedeuten, und
(B) einen Oximester der allgemeinen Formel II: worin
R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Anthryl-, Pyridyl- oder Chinolylgruppe bedeuten oder R1 und R2 zusammen einen Ring bilden können und
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe bedeutet,
umfaßt.
(A) Thioxanthon oder ein Derivat der allgemeinen Formel I: worin
Ar1 und Ar2 jeweils einen aromatischen Ring oder einen substituierten, aromatischen Ring bedeuten, und
(B) einen Oximester der allgemeinen Formel II: worin
R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und jeweils eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Anthryl-, Pyridyl- oder Chinolylgruppe bedeuten oder R1 und R2 zusammen einen Ring bilden können und
R3 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine substituierte oder unsubstituierte Arylgruppe bedeutet,
umfaßt.
2. Initiatorzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß sie die Verbindungen
(A) und (B) in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 1:100 bis
10:1 umfaßt.
3. Photopolymerisierbare Harzzusammensetzung, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß sie 5 bis 80 Gew.-%
einer photopolymerisierbaren Verbindung mit einer
Doppelbindung für die Polymerisation, 0,01 bis 20 Gew.-%
der zwei Initiatoren (A) und (B) gemäß Anspruch 1 und
gegebenenfalls als Rest ein Polymerbindemittel umfaßt.
