Claims (5)
- a) 30 bis 70 Gew.-% sulfithaltiges Rauchgasentschwe felungsprodukt aus trockenen und/oder quasitrocke nen Verfahren,
- b) 70 bis 30 Gew.-% Flugasche,
- c) gegebenenfalls zusätzlich bis zu 15 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gemisch von a) und b), eines Verfestigungs mittels und
- d) gewünschtenfalls zusätzlich bis zu 3 Gew.-%, be zogen auf das Gemisch von a), b) und c), weitere Zusatz- und Hilfsstoffe.
- a) 30 bis 70 Gew.-% sulfithaltiges Rauchgasentschwe felungsprodukt aus einem trockenen und/oder quasi trockenen Verfahren,
- b) 70 bis 30 Gew.-% Flugasche,
- c) gegebenenfalls zusätzlich bis zu 15 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gemisch von a) und b), eines Verfesti gungsmittels und
- d) gewünschtenfalls zusätzlich bis zu 3 Gew.-%, be zogen auf das Gemisch von a), b) und c), weitere Zusatz- und Hilfsstoffe mindestens mit der für die optimale Verdichtung und Erhärtung notwendigen Menge Wasser vermischt und entweder
- e) in Blockform mit optimalem Wassergehalt nach Proc tor verdichtet, oder
- f) brikettiert, pelletisiert, strangpreßt oder
- g) mit höherem Wassergehalt als pastöse Masse in Blöcke pumpt, danach
- h) mindestens 10 Tage zwischenlagert und
- i) gewünschtenfalls danach auf eine Korngröße von ≦8 mm vermahlt.
