Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbe
griff des Anspruchs 1.
Nach dem gattungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellte Bauteile weisen
Verbindungsmittel auf, die die Lagen wenigstens teilweise annä
hernd senkrecht durchdringen. Hierdurch wird die zwischen den
Lagen bestehende Schälfestigkeit erhöht.
Die DE-OS 22 61 024 zeigt einen faserverstärkten Aufbau, insbe
sondere in Gestalt einer Triebwerks-Kompressorschaufel, wobei
die einzelnen Lagen des Materials durch Querverbindungen in Form
metallischer Nadeln oder Klammern miteinander verbunden sind.
Diese Querverbindungen werden einzeln vor dem Aushärten des
Kunststoffs mittels einer druckluftbetriebenen Heftpistole ein
gebracht.
Der US-PS 38 37 985 ist ein multidirektional verstärktes Ver
bundbauteil entnehmbar, zu dessen Herstellung die Querverbindun
gen in die noch nicht ausgehärteten Faserlaminate eingebracht
werden, und zwar in Form von Nadeln oder Stiften, die aus
bereits ausgehärtetem faserverstärktem Kunststoff bestehen.
In beiden Fällen geschieht das Einbringen der Querverbindungen
anhand relativ komplizierter Einrichtungen. Hiermit werden die
einzelnen Klammern oder Nadeln gezielt gesetzt. Dabei ist von
Nachteil, daß die entsprechenden kraftbetriebenen Einrichtungen
einen hohen Investitionsaufwand erfordern und der Fertigungsab
lauf durch Einsatz der Einrichtungen nicht nennenswert beschleu
nigt wird.
Der US-PS 16 57 979 ist ein aus mehreren Lagen von Dachpappe
geschichtetes Material zu entnehmen, bei dessen Herstellung die
Papplagen eine Zwischenlage aus einer Art Maschendraht erhalten.
Die Zwischenlage weist in relativ großer Anzahl querstehende
Drahtenden auf. Beim Zusammenpressen der Lagen mittels einer
Presse oder mittels Walzen durchdringen diese Enden die Papp
lagen und werden außen umgebogen, so daß die Papplagen durch
eine Art Klammerwirkung zusammengehalten werden. Durch diese
Maßnahme wird die Aufgabe gelöst, das geschichtete Material so
auszubilden, daß es als Material zum freitragenden Abdecken von
Dachkonstruktionen verwendbar ist. Merkmale eines Verfahrens zum
Einbringen von Querverbindungen in ein Bauteil aus Lagen von
faserverstärktem Kunststoff sind hier nicht ohne weiteres zu
entnehmen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem gat
tungsgemäßen Verfahren das Einbringen der Querverbindungen so zu
vereinfachen, daß
- a) komplizierte Einrichtungen zum Einbringen der Querverbindun gen nicht erforderlich sind und
- b) der Fertigungsablauf beschleunigt wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem gattungsgemäßen Verfahren durch die
kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist im Anspruch 2
angegeben.
Die Erfindung ist anhand der Zeichnung dargestellt und in der
Beispielbeschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 in auseinandergezogener Darstellung mehrere Pre
preglagen und ein doppelseitiges Nadelband und
Fig. 2 die Prepreglagen nach Fig. 1 in verpreßtem und
ausgehärteten Zustand.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung mehrere Prepregla
gen 1, d.h. Lagen aus faserverstärktem aushärtbarem Kunststoff,
zwischen denen sich ein doppelseitiges Nadelband 2 befindet. Das
Nadelband 2 besteht aus einem Gewebeband 2 a, in das Nadeln 2 b so
eingeführt sind, daß sie auf beiden Seiten des Gewebebandes 2 a
in gleicher Länge hervorstehen. Bei der Herstellung eines Bau
teiles wird das Nadelband 2 wie eine Prepregschicht in das
betreffende Schichtgelege einlaminiert. Besondere Werkzeuge oder
Vorrichtungen sind hierzu nicht erforderlich. Mit diesem Nadel
band 2 kann ein Bauteil, das örtlich eine über die Festigkeit
der Kunststoffmatrix hinausgehende Querfestigkeit aufweisen
soll, in einfacher Weise bezüglich der Querfestigkeit verstärkt
werden.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein aus den Prepreglagen 1 und dem Nadelband 2
fertig gepreßtes und ausgehärtetes Bauteil 3. Beim Verpressen
sind die Enden der Nadeln 2 b etwas umgebogen. Hierdurch entsteht
eine Klammerwirkung, die den Verbund der Prepreglagen 1 noch
wesentlich verbessert und die betreffende Querfestigkeit weiter
erhöht.
Bei der Herstellung des Bauteils 3 lassen sich Laminatdicken von
etwa 0,5 bis 5 mm herstellen, wobei die genannte Klammerwirkung
durch Verwendung von Nadeln 2 b mit entsprechenden Längenzugaben
erreicht wird. Der gegenseitige Abstand der Nadeln 2 b kann je
nach den konstruktiven Gegebenheiten zwischen 0,5 und 5 mm
schwanken.
Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Bauteilen aus Lagen von faser
verstärktem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Prepreglagen, die nach
dem Laminieren unter Druck verpreßt und ausgehärtet werden,
wobei die zwischen den Schichten bestehende Schälfestigkeit
durch Verbindungsmittel erhöht wird, die die Schichten wenig
stens teilweise annähernd senkrecht durchdringen, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß während des Laminierens der
einzelnen Schichten (1) an vorbestimmten Stellen jeweils ein
Band eingelegt wird, das die Verbindungsmittel in Form von quer
stehenden Nadeln (2 b) enthält.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeich
net, daß die Nadeln (2 b) beim Verpressen an ihren Spitzen
gekrümmt oder umgebogen werden.
