Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau renforcé par une structure textile tridimensionnelle. Ce procédé consiste : a. à former un empilement de nappes de fibres, munies de perforations et agencées de façon telle que les fibres desdites nappes s'étendent dans ledit empilement selon au moins deux directions dites première et deuxième directions définissant le plan des nappes, et que lesdites perforations forment dans ledit empilement des couloirs s'étendant selon une troisième direction; b. à implanter dans lesdits couloirs des fibres s'étendant selon la troisième direction; et c. à densifier l'ensemble ainsi obtenu. Application à la réalisation de pièces résistant aux chocs et à la chaleur.
