Description

Beim Bremsvorgang müssen Scheibenbremsen die insbesondere in ihren umlaufenden Teilen auftretende Wärme über Konvektion und Strahlung an die Umgebungsluft abführen. Um bei diesem Vorgang die mit Bremsen ausgerüsteten Räder nicht zu stark zu erhitzen, sind die Bremsen bereits bei Antriebsrädern am Achs­ antrieb angeordnet worden. Dadurch werden Rad und Bremse auch thermisch voneinander getrennt und die Wärmeabfuhr der Bremse verbessert.
Diese günstigen Verhältnisse auch bei nicht ange­ triebenen, also bei Vorderrädern von heckangetriebenen Kraft­ fahrzeugen zu schaffen, hat sich die Erfindung zur Aufgabe gesetzt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs gelöst.
In den Abbildungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt den in der in Fig. 2 mit A-B gekennzeichneten Ebene dargestellten Schnitt durch die Vorderradaufhängung eines Kraftwagens,
Fig. 2 den in Fig. 1 mit C-D gekennzeich­ neten Querschnitt durch die Bremse und Fig. 3 den in Fig. 1 mit E-F gekennzeichneten Längsschnitt.
Mit 1 ist das den Reifen 2 tragende Rad, welches über die Konuswelle 7 auf Lagern 3 6 und 3 7 im Achshalter 3 gelagert ist, gekennzeichnet. An Kugelgelenklagern 3 1 und 3 2 ist letz­ terer über Querschwingen 4 und 5 am Wagenkasten 6 aufgehängt. Am Flansch 7 1 der Konuswelle 7 sitzt der Läufer 8 1/8 2 mit Reib­ belägen 8 1₁ und 82₁ der außerhalb des Rades umlaufenden Voll­ belagscheibenbremse 8, welche im vorliegenden Beispiel mit je zwei Kohle-Kohlefaserbelagscheiben ausgerüstet ist. In diesem Fall sind die feststehenden Belagscheiben 8 3 und 8 4 geteilt ausgeführt und an abnehmbaren Bremsträgerarmen 3 3 und 3 5 ge­ lagert. Die Belaghälften sind mit 8 3₁ und 8 3₂ gekennzeichnet, die Spreizringe der hydraulischen Zuspannvorrichtung mit 8 5 und 8 6, der Bremsschlauch mit 8 7.

Claims (1)

  1. Scheibenbremsenanordnung bei nicht angetriebenen Vorder­ rädern von Kraftfahrzeugen, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß das an Querschwingen 4 und 5 an einem Achshalter 3 schwenkbar aufgehängte Rad 1 mit Rei­ fen 2 auf im Achshalter 3 angebrachten Radlagern 3 6 und 3 7, welche zwischen Rad 1 und Scheibenbremse 8 angeordnet sind, abgestützt ist.
