Reaktivfarbstoffe, deren Herstellung und Verwendung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Reaktivfarbstoffe
der Formel

■worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickelphthalocyanins,
X eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe, A ein
Alkylen- oder Arylenrest, Y ein abspaltbarer oder nicht abspaltbarer Substituent, W Sulfo oder Carboxy und Z ein
Reaktivrest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0
und 2,0 liegt und a+b+c =4,0 sein muss.
Der Rest Pc ist vor allem der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder - (4)-phthalocyanins. Die gegebenenfalls
substituierte Aminogruppe X ist: -NH2 oder der Rest eines
aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen, aromatischen oder heterocyclischen Amins, z.B. Methylamino, Dimethylamino, Aethylamino,
0-Hydroxyäthylamino, Cyclohexylamine, Phenylamino,
SuIfophenylamino, Toluidino, Anisidino, Naphthylamine,
Morpholines, Piperidino und Piperazino. Der Alkylen- oder

Arylenrest A leitet sich von einem aliphatischen oder aromatischen
Diamin ab. So kann A ein langer (z.B. mit 10 oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen) oder kürzerer, geradkettiger oder
verzweigter Alkylenrest sein; insbesondere kommt ein Alkylenrest mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen in Betracht, z.B. Aethylen,
Propylen, Butylen, Hexylen oder Cyclohexylen. Vorzugsweise
ist A ein aromatischer Rest, z.B. ein Naphthylenrest, der Rest eines Diphenyle oder Stilbens oder insbesondere ein
Phenylenrest. Der Rest A kann weitere Substituenten enthalten, z.B. Halogenatomen, wie Fluor, Chlor und Brom, Alkylengruppen
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Aethyl und Propyl,
Alkoxygruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methoxy,
Aethoxy, Propyloxy und Isopropyloxy, Acylaminogruppen mit bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Acetylamino, Propionylamino und
Benzoylamino, Ureido-, Nitro-, Carboxy- und SuIfogruppen.
Vorzugsweise ist A ein Phenylenrest. FUr Y kommt in Betracht, als abspaltbarer Substituent: Sulfo, Methylsulfonyl,
Phenylsulfonyl, Carboxyphenylsulfonyl, Rhodano, Thiosulfato,
Mercapto, Chlormethoxy, Azido, Trichlormethyl, Cyano sowie
andere über ein Kohlenstoff-, Sauerstoff-, Schwefel- oder
Phosphoratom an den s-Triazinring gebundene Reste, oder der Rest eines quarternären Ammoniumsalzes oder insbesondere ein
Halogenatom, wie Fluor, Chlor und Brom; und als nicht abspaltbarer Substituent eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe,
eine gegebenenfalls verä'therte Hydroxygruppe, eine
gegebenenfalls verätherte Mercaptogruppe oder ein gegebaenfals
substituierter Kohlenwasserstoffrest, z.B. -ittU, Methylamino,
Phenylamino, Hydroxy, Methoxy, Isopropoxy, Phenoxy, Mercapto, Methylthio, Phenylthio, Methyl, Aethyl, Phenyl und
Methylphenyl. Vorzugsweise ist Y Halogen, eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe. Als
Reaktivrest Z kommt der Rest eines faserreaktiven Acylierungsmittels, das durch Kondensation mit der Aminogruppe eingeführt
wird, in Betracht, z.B. ein Chloracetylamino-, α,β-Dibrom-

propionylamino-, 2,S-Dichlorchinoxalin-ö-carbonylamino-,
2 , 6-Dichlorpyrimidylamino- , 2 , 6-Dif luor-S-chlorpyrimidylamino- ,
2,5,6-Trichlorpyrimidylamino-, 2^-Dichlorpyrimidin-S-carbonylamino-,
2,4-Dichlor(brom oder fluor)-s-triazinyl-o-amino- oder
2-Chlor(brom oder fluor)-4-amino(alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio oder
arylthio)-s-triazinyl-6-rest. Für die in dem zuletzt genannten Reaktivrest enthaltenen Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio-
oder Arylthiogruppe kommen nicht nur unsubstituierte Gruppen in Betracht, wie -NH^, Aethoxy, Phenylamino oder Phenoxy,
sondern auch substituierte Gruppen, wie Methylamino, Methoxyäthoxy,
SuIfophenylamino, Chlorphenoxy und dergl., siehe
weiter unten unter Y. Durch Anlagerung geeigneter Quaternisierungskomponenten mit tertiärem Stickstoffatom kann ein
Halogenatom Y in den Rest eines quarternären Ammoniumsalzes
umgewandelt werden. Als Beispiele für Quaternisierungskomponenten
seien genannt: Trimethylamin, Pyridin, Pyridin-4-carbonsäure,
Piperazin, Ν,Ν-Dimethylhydrazin, N-Methyl-N-äthylhydrazin,
N,N-Dimethyldimethylhydrazon, Ν,Ν-Dimethyl-N',N1-dimethyltetrazen
und 1,4-Diazabicyclo-[2.2.2]-octan.
Falls Y eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ist, bzw. falls Z ein Monohalogen-s-triazinrest
ist, der eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe als Substituenten aufweist, so kommen fUr die
genannten Gruppen z.B. die folgenden in Betracht: als Aminegruppe:

Die beiden Sulfo- oder Carboxygruppen W können in dem
Phenylerirest beliebig verteilt sein. So kann dieser Phenylenrest von links nach rechts gelesen z.B. 2,6- oder 3,5-Disulfo-1,4-phenylen,
2,5-Disulfo-l,4-phenylen oder 4,6-Disulfo-l,3-phenylen
sein.
Bevorzugt sind Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1), worin Pc
der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder - (4)-phthalocyanins,

Die Farbstoffe der Formel (1) sind faserreaktiv, da sie einen Reaktivrest Z und gegebenenfalls ausserdem einen abspaltbaren
Substituenten Y enthalten.
Unter faserreaktiven Verbindungen sind solche zu verstehen, die mit den Hydroxygruppen der Cellulose oder mit den
Aminogruppen von natürlichen oder synthetischen Polyamiden unter Bildung kovalenter chemischer Bindungen zu reagiren

worin W SuIfο ist, und ein Acylierungsmittel der Formel (5) worin Z'Chlor und Z ein 2-Isopropoxy-4-chlor-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest
ist.
Da die einzelnen oben angegebenen Verfahrensschritte in unterschiedlicher Reihenfolge, gegebenenfalls teilweise auch
gleichzeitig, ausgeführt werden können, sind verschiedene Verfahrensvarianten möglich. Die für jede Teilreaktion zu
verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe ergeben sich aus Formel (1). Im allgemeinen fuhrt man die Umsetzung schrittweise nacheinander
aus, wobei die Reihenfolge der einfachen Reaktionen zwischen den einzelnen Reaktionskomponenten der Formeln (2) bis (5)
sowie gegebenenfalls Quaternisierungskomponenten und/oder Aminen, Alkoholen, Arylhydroxylen, Alkylthiolen oder Arylthiolen
frei gewählt werden kann.
Für die Herstellung eines Reaktivfarbstoffes der Formel (1),

1. ein Phthalocyanin der Formel (2) mit einem Cyanurhalogenid der Formel (3) kondensiert, das Monokondensationsprodukt mit
einem Phenylendiamin der Formel (4) kondensiert, das erhaltene sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt mit einem Cyanurhalogenid
kondensiert, und ein Halogenatom im externen s-Triazinrest durch Kondensation mit einem Amin, Arylhydroxyd, Alkylthiol
oder Arylthiol durch eine Amino-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ersetzt.
Die beiden letzten Reaktionsschritte können auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden, indem man das oben
genannte sekundäre" Kondensationsprodukt in letzter Stufe mit dem Monokondensationsprodukt aus einem Cyanurhalogenid und
einem Amin, Alkohol, Arylhydroxyl, Alkylthiol oder Arylthiol kondensiert.
2. ein Phthalocyanin der Formel (2) mit einem Cyanurhalogenid kondensiert, ferner ein Phenylendiamin der Formel (4), ein
Cyanurhalogenid und ein Amin, Alkohol, Arylhydroxyl, Alkylthiol

einem Phenylendiamin der Formel (4) und einem Amin, Alkohol, Arylhydroxyl, Alkylthiol oder Arylthiol mit einem
Cyanurhalogenid kondensiert, und die entstandene Zwischenverbindung mit einem Phthalocyanin der Formel (2) kondensiert.

4. ein Phenylendiamin der Formel (4) mit 2 Mol eines Cyanurhalogenide
kondensiert, in dem entstandenen Kondensationsprodukt ein Halogenatom durch Kondansation mit einem Amin,
Arylhydroxyl, Alkylthiol oder Arylthiol durch eine Amino-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ersetzt, und
das erhaltene Zwischenprodukt mit einem Phthalocyanin der Formel (2) kondensiert.
Die Phthalocyanine der Formel (2) können nach an sich Üblichen Methoden durch Kondensation der entsprechenden
Phthalocyaninsulfochloride mit Alkylen- oder Arylendiaminen der Formel FUN-A-NH« i-n Gegenwart von Ammoniak oder Aminen
hergestellt werden.
Statt eines Alkylen- oder Arylendiamins der Formel H-N-A-NH- verwendet man vorteilhaft auch ein Monoacylderivat,
insbesondere ein Monoacetylderivat, desselben, aus dem man nach der Kondensation mit dem Phthalocyaninsulfochlorid
die Acetylgruppe durch Verseifung abspaltet.
Die zur Herstellung der Zwischenprodukte verwendbaren Phthalocyaninsulfohalogenide können z.B. durch Umsetzung von
kupfer- und nickelhaltigen Phthalocyaninen mit Chlorsulfonsäure bzw. aus den Phthalocyanin-tetrasulfonsäuren durch
Umsetzung mit sä'urehalogenierenden Mitteln, wie Phosphorhalogeniden,
Thionylchlorid oder Chlorsulfonsäure, hergestellt werden.
Je nach der gewählten Herstellungsart befinden sich die Sulfonsäuregruppen im PhthalocyaninmolekUl in 4- und/oder
in 3-Stellung, was davon abhängt, ob man zu ihrer Herstellung von der 4-Sulfophthalsäure bzw. einem Gemisch der 4- und der
3-Sulfophthalsäure ausgeht oder ob man sie durch Sulfonierung
bzw. durch direkte Sulfochlorierung des Phthalocyanins herstellt, wobei im letztgenannten Fall alle vier Sulfo- bzw.
Sulfochloridgruppen in 3 Stellung gebunden sind.
Die so erhaltenen Phthalocyaninsulfochloride werden mit
Alkylen- oder Arylendiaminen kondensiert und die an dieser

Reaktion nicht teilnehmenden SuIfohalogenidgruppen gleichzeitig
oder nachträglich teilweise hydrolysiert und mit organischen Aminen oder insbesondere mit Ammoniak umgesetzt ,
wobei die Mengenverhältnisse und Reaktions'oedingungen so zu
wählen sind, dass a, b und c die angegebenen Werte haben.
Als organische Amine kommen hierbei aromatische, wie z.B. Anilin, Toluidin, Metanil-, Orthanil- oder Sulfanilsäure,
araliphatische, wie z.3. Benzylamin, heterocyclische, wie z.B. Piperidin oder Morpholin, oder vor allem aliphatische, insbesondere
höchstens 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthaltende Amine, wie z.B. Methylamin, Aethylamin, B-Hydroxyäthylamin, 0-Sulfatoäthylamin,
Taurin, Methylaminoäthan-2-sulfonsäure, in
Betracht. Weitere Amine, die in diesem Zusammenhang genannt werden können, sind in der weiter unten folgenden Aufzählung
der Amine, Alkohole, Arylhydroxyle, Alkylthiole und Arylthiole
enthalten.

gebundener Halogentriazin- oder HalogenpyrimidinresC.
Der Reaktivrest wird durch Kondensation eines Acylierungsmittels
der Formel (5), worin Z1 Halogen ist, aber auch stellvertretend
für die Anhydridgruppe stehen kann, mit einer Aminogruppe des Phenylendiamins der Formel (4) in den Farbstoff

In Betracht kommen ferner Verbindungen mit Farbstoffcharakter, z.B. 4-Nitro-4 '-aminostilbendisulf onsä'ure ,
2-Nit ro-4 ' -ami no diphenyl ami no-4 ,3 ' -stilbendisulfonsäure ,
2-Nitro-4'-aminodiphenylamin-4,3'-disulfonsäure und insbesondere
Aminoazofarbstoffe oder Aminoanthrachinone oder Phthalocyanine, die noch mindestens eine reaktionsfähige
Aminogruppe enthalten.
Die Einführung des in 2-Stellung des Triazinrestes
stehenden Substituenten kann auch nachträglich geschehen. Man kann somit z.B. eine der oben genannten Amino-, Hydroxy-
oder Mercaptoverbindungen nachträglich mit einem bereits an den Reaktivfarbstoff der Formel (1) gebundenen Dihalogen-striazinrest
kondensieren. Diese Möglichkeit ist auch bei dem weiter vorn beschriebenen Verfahren zur Herstellung der Reaktivfarbstoffe
der Formel (1) in Betracht zu ziehen.
Die Acylierungen mit den faserreaktiven Acylierungsmitteln führt man zweckmässig unter Verwendung säurebindender
Mittel, wie Natriumcarbonat oder Natriumhydroxyd, und unter solchen Bedingungen aus, dass im fertigen Produkt noch austauschbare
Halogenatome, ungesättigte Bindungen oder dergl. im Reaktivrest übrigbleiben, d.h. z.B. in organischen Lösungsmitteln
oder bei realtiv niedrigen Temperaturen in wässrigem Mittel.
Was oben über die Möglichkeit ausgeführt wurde, ein Halogenatom am s-Triazinrest durch Umsetzung mit einer Amino-,
Hydroxy- oder Mercaptoverbindung gegen eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe auszutauschen, gilt
gegebenenfalls auch für andere Reaktivreste.
Enthält ein Reaktivrest noch mehrere leicht abspaltbare Substituenten, z.B. Halogenatome, so kann dieser mit Verbindungen
kondensiert werden, die ein über ein Heteroatom gebundenes reaktionsfähiges Wasserstoffatom enthalten, das mit

einem abspaltbaren Substituenten des Reaktivrestes unter Bildung einer über das Heteroatom gebundenen Gruppe zu reagieren
vermag. So kann ein Chloratom im Trichlorpyrimidinrest durch Umsetzung mit Ammoniak, einem Amin, Alkohol, Phenol
oder Mercaptan gegen einen der entsprechenden Reste ausgetauscht werden.
Statt in einem Dihalogentriazinrest ein Halogenatom nachträglich
durch eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkyithio- oder Arylthiogruppe zu ersetzen, kann man als faserreaktives Acylierungsmittel
auch ein Dihalogentriazin verwenden, das bereits eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkyithio- oder Arylthiogruppe
an den Triazinring gebunden enthält.
Die Kondensationen der Halogen-s-triazine der Formel (3)
und der Acylierungsmittel der Formel (5) mit den Phthalocyaninen der Formel (2) und den Phenylendiaminen der
Formel (4) und gegebenenfalls den Aminen, Alkoholen, Arylhydroxylen,
Alkylthiolen und Arylthiolen erfolgen vorzugsweise in wässriger Lösung oder Suspension, bei niedriger Temperatur
und bei schwach saurem, neutralem bis schwach alkalischem pH-Wert. Vorteilhaft wird der bei der Kondensation freiwerdende Halogenwasserstoff laufend durch Zugabe wässriger
Alkalihydroxyde, -carbonate oder -bicarbonate neutralisiert.
In den Reaktivfarbstoffen der Formel (1) kann ein Halogenatom
Y und ebenso ein Halogenatom in einem endständigen Halogen-s-triazinrest Z durch Umsetzung mit ternären Aminen
(wie Trimethylamin) oder mit Hydrazinen (wie NjN-Dimethylhydrazin)
ersetzt werden, wobei Reaktivfarbstoffe entstehen, deren abspaltbarer Substituent eine an ein Kohlenstoffatom
gebundene quartäre Ammonium- oder Hydraziniumgruppe darstellt, welche die positive Ladung an einem mit dem s-Triazinring
direkt verknüpften Stickstoffatom trägt, d.h. dass z.B. ein externer s-Triazinrest z.B. eine Gruppe der Formel

Die Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1) können isoliert
und zu brauchbaren, trockenen Färbepräparaten verarbeitet werden. Die Isolierung erfolgt vorzugsweise bei möglichst niedrigen
Temperaturen durch Aussalzen und Filtrieren. Die filtrierten Farbstoffe können gegebenenfalls nach Zugabe von Coupagemitteln
und/oder Puffermitteln, z.B. nach Zugabe eines Gemisches gleicher
Teile Mono- und Dinatriumphosphat, getrocknet werden; vorzugsweise
wird die Trocknung bei nicht zu hohen Temperaturen und unter vermindertem Druck vorgenommen. Durch Zerstäubungstrocknung
des ganzen Herstellungsgemisches kann man in gewissen Fallen die erfindungsgemässen trockenen Präparate direkt, d.h.
ohne Zwischenisolierung der Farbstoffe herstellen.
Die Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1) zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Reaktivität, einen hohen Fixiergrad, gutes Aufbauvermögen
und eine gute Auswasbhbarkeit der nicht fixierten Anteile aus. Die mit den Reaktivfarbstoffen der Formel (1) erhältlichen
Färbungen und Drucke sind farbstark und haben eine gute Lichtechtheit sowie gute Nassechtheiten, z.B. eine gute
Waschechtheit.
Sie eignen sich zum Färben und Bedrucken der verschiedensten Materialien, wie Seide, Leder, Wolle, Superpolyamidfasern
und Superpolyurethanen, insbesondere aber cellulosehaltiger Materialien
faseriger Struktur, wie Leinen, Zellstoff, regenerierte Cellulose und vor allem Baumwolle. Sie eignen sich sowohl
fUr das Ausziehverfahren als auch zum Färben nach dem Foulardfärbeverfahren,
wonach die Ware mit wässrigen und gegebenenfalls auch salzhaltigen Farbstofflösungen imprägniert wird, und die

Farbstoffe nach einer Alkalibehandlung oder in Gegenwart von Alkali, gegebenenfalls unter Wärmeeinwirkung fixiert werden.
Sie eignen sich auch zum Druck, insbesondere auf Baumwolle, ebenso aber auch zum Bedrucken von stickstoffhaltigen
Fasern, z.B. von Wolle, Seide oder Wolle enthaltenden Mischgeweben .
Zwecks Verbesserung der Nassechtheiten empfiehlt es sich die Färbungen und Drucke einem gründlichen Spülen mit kaltem
und heissem Wasser, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz sines dispergierend
wirkenden und die Diffusion der nicht fixierten Anteile fördernden Mittels zu unterwerfen.
In den nachfolgenden Beispielen ist die Herstellung der Zwischenprodukte nicht in allen Fällen beschrieben, sie ergibt
sich jedoch ohne weiteres aus dem oben gesagten.

10 Teile 1,4-Phenylendiamin-2,5-disulfonsäure werden in
100 Teilen Wasser neutral gelöst. Unter Eiskühlung werden dann 7,63 Teile 2-Isopropoxy-4,6-dichlor-s-triazin zulaufen
gelassen. Der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff wird anfangs bei 0 bis 5°, später bei 20° mit Natronlauge neutralisiert. Nach
ca. 4 Stunden Reaktionszeit wird keine Veränderung des pH-Wertes mehr festgestellt, und es hat sich eine praktisch
klare Lösung gebildet.
Diese Lösung wird zu einer fein verteilten Suspension von 7 Teilen Cyanurchlorid in 55 Teilen Eiswasser zulaufen
gelassen. Der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff wird wiederum
mit Natronlauge ständig neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur allmählich auf ca. 20° gesteigert wird. Nach ca. 3 Stunden
erfolgt wiederum praktisch keine Laugenaufnahme mehr, die entstehende Suspension löst sich nun beim Verdünnen mit Wasser
vollständig auf.
Zu dieser Suspension wird nun eine neutrale Lösung von 34,3 Teilen der Verbindung der Formel
CuPc-(3)
ca. 1,4
in ca. 200 Teilen Wasser zulaufen gelassen. Bei 35 bis 40° wird nun der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff mit Natronlauge
ständig neutralisiert. Nach ca. 24 Stunden hört die Laugenaufnahme auf, der entstandene Reaktivfarbstoff wird nach
einer Klärfiltration der Lösung mit Kochsalz ausgesalzen und durch Filtration isoliert.

Das angegebene Phthalocyaninzwischenprodukt wird in üblicher Weise hergestellt durch Kondensation von Kupferphthalocyanin-3,3',3",3'"-tetrasulfochlorid
mit 1,3-Phenylendiamin-4-sulfonsäure
in Gegenwart von Ammoniak.
In 1000 ml Wasser werden 0,1 Mol der Verbindung (0,1 Mol acylierbare Aminogruppen enthaltend) der Formel

Verwendet man bei der Herstellung des im Beispiel 1 beschriebenen reaktiven Zwischenproduktes statt 2-Isopropoxy
4,6-dichlor-s-triazin. die folgend aufgeführten reaktiven
Acylierungsmittel und verfährt im übrigen gleich, wie im Beispiel 2 beschrieben, so erhält man Farbstoffe mit
ähnlich guten Eigenschaften :

2,4-Difluor-6-(4'-ß-sulfatoäthylsulfonylphenylaminQ)-striazin.
0,1 Mol 1,4-Phenylsndiamin-2,5-disulfonsäure
werden in 2000 ml Wasser neutral gelöst. Unter Eiskühlung werden dann 0,1 Mol 2-Isopropyl-4,6-dichlor-s-triazin zulaufen
gelassen. Der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff wird anfangs bei 0° bis 5°, später bei 20° mit Natronlauge
neutralisiert. Nach ca. 4. Stunden Reaktionszeit wird keine Veränderung des pH-Wertes mehr festgestellt.
Die entstandene Lösung wird wieder auf 0° abgekühlt. Dann werden unter intensiven Rühren 0,1 Mol Cyanurfluorid

zugetropft und gleichzeitig durch Zugabe von verdünnter Natronlauge pH 5 bis 6 eingehalten. Nach 1 Stunde werden
0,09 Mol der Cu-Phthalocyaninverbindung aus Beispiel 2,
in 900 ml Wasser neutral gelöst, dazu gegeben. Durch Zutropfen von verdünnter Natronlauge wird das Reaktionsgemisch
bei pH 6 bis 7 gehalten. Die Temperatur von anfänglich 0° wird innert 2 Stunden auf 20° bis 25° erhöht. Wenn der
pH-Wert sich nicht mehr verändert, wird der Farbstoff der Formel

mit Kochsalz ausgefällt, abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff hat die ähnlich guten Eigenschaften wie jener aus Beispiel 1 und ist,
besonders für die Ausziehverfahren geeignet.
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden unter Zusatz von 5 bis 20 Teilen Harnstoff und 2 Teilen
kalzinierter Soda in 100 Teilen Wasser bei 20 bis 50° gelöst. Mit der erhaltenen Lösung wird ein Baumwollgewebe imprägniert,
so dass es um 60 bis 807, seines Gewichtes zunimmt, und dann getrocknet. Danach wird während k bis 5 Minuten bei 140 bis
210° therir.ofixiert , dann während einer Viertelstunde in einer
0,17oigen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels geseift, gespUlt und getrocknet.

2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden in 100 Teilen Wasser unter Zusatz von 2 bis 10 Teilen
Kochsalz oder kalziniertem Glaubersalz bei 75° gelöst. Man geht mit 2 bis 3 Teilen eines Daumwollgewebes in dieses Färbebad
ein und hält die Temperatur wahrend 30 bis 60 Minuten konstant. Danach werden 2 Teile kalzinierter Soda und 0,3 Teile Natronlauge
(36°Be) zugegeben. Die Temperatur wird weitere 45 bis 60 Minuten bei 75 bis 80° gehalten, dann wird während 15 Minuten in einer
0,17.igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels geseift, gespUlt und getrocknet.
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes
werden unter Zusatz von 0,5 Teilen m-nitrobenzolsulfonsauretn
Natrium in 100 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Mit der erhaltenen Lösung wird ein Baumwollgewebe imprägniert, so dass es um 75% seines
Gewichtes zunimmt, und dann getrocknet.
Danach imprägniert man das Gewebe mit einer 20° warmen
Lösung, die pro Liter 5 Gramm Natriumhydroxyd und 300 Gramm Natriumchlorid enthält, quetscht auf 757e Gewichtszunahme ab,
dämpft die Färbung während 30 Sekunden bei 100 bis 101°, spUlt, seift während einer Viertelstunde in einer O,37.igen
kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels, spüle und
trocknet.
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhältlichen Farbstoffes werden in 100 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Die Lösung gibt man zu
1900 Teilen kaltem Wasser, fügt 60 Teile Natriumchlorid zu und geht mit 100 Teilen eines Baumwollgewebes in dieses Farbebad
ein.

Man steigert die Temperatur auf 40°, wobei nach 30 Minuten 40 Teile kalzinierte Soda und nochmals 60 Teile Natriumchlorid
zugegeben werden. Man hält die Temperatur 30 Minuten auf 40°, spUlt und seift dann die Färbung während 15 Minuten in einer
0,3%igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels, spUlt und trocknet.
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 hergestellten Farbstoffes
werden unter schnellem RUhren in 100 Teile einer Stammverdickung, enthaltend 45 Teile 570ige Natriumalginatverdickung,
32 Teile Wasser, 20 Teile Harnstoff, 1 Teil m-nitrobenzolsulfonsaures
Natrium sowie 2 Teile Natriumcarbonat, eingestreut.
Mit der so erhaltenen Druckpaste bedruckt man ein Baumwollgewebe auf einer Rouleauxdruckmaschine und dämpft den erhaltenen
bedruckten Stoff 4 bis 8 Minuten bei 100° in gesättigtem Dampf. Das bedruckte Gewebe wird dann in kaltem und heissetn
Wasser gründlich gespUlt, wobei sich die nicht chemisch fixierten Anteile sehr leicht von der Faser entfernen lassen,
und anschliessend getrocknet.

Claims (17)
1. Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel
Pc-(SO2-X)b
worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickelphthalocyanins,
X eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Arainogruppe, A ein Alkylen-
oder Arylenrest, Y ein abspaltbarer oder nicht abspaltbarer Substituent, W SuIfο oder Carboxy, und Z ein Reaktivrest ist,
und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt und
a+b+c = 4,0 sein muss.
2. Reaktivfarbstoffe gemMss Anspruch 1, worin Pc der Rest
eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocyanins, X -NH2, C-, , -Alkylamino oder N,N-Di-C-, , -alkylamino, das durch
SuIfo, Carboxy, SuIfato, Halogen, Hydroxy, Cyano, Phenyl,
C-, _/-Alkoxy, C-, ,-Alkylamino oder Hydroxy-C, , -alkylamino
substituiert sein kann, Phenylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Halogen, C-, , -Alkyl und C-, _,-Alkoxy substituiert sein kann,
Cyclohexylamino, Morpholine), Piperidino oder Piperazino,
A C2 ,--Alkyl en oder Phenylen, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Chlor,
Methyl, Methoxy und Aethoxy substituiert sein kann, Y Halogen, eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe,
W Sulfo oder Carboxy und Z ein 2 ,4-Dihalogen-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest
oder ein 2-Halogen-4-amino(alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio
oder arylthio)-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0
ist und b zwischen O und 2,0 liegt, und a+b+c =4,0 sein muss.

3. Reaktivfarbstoffe gemä'ss Anspruch 2, worin Pc der Rest
eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthylocyanins, X -NH2, 0-Hydroxyäthylamino oder 0-(B-hydroxyäthylamino)-äthylamino,
A Aethylen, Phenylen oder SuIfophenylen, Y Chlor, W Sulfo und Z ein Z-Isopropoxy-'^-chlor-s-triazinyl- (6)-rest
ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens l,o ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt,
und a+b+c =4,0 sein muss.
4. Der Reaktivfarbstoff gemäss Anspruch 3, der Formel

Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Phthalocyanin der Formel

bis (5) die Symbole Pc, X, A, Y, W, Z, a, b und c die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
6. Verfahren gemä'ss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
man in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Phthalocyanin der Formel (2), worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder
- (4)-phthalocyanins, X -NH2, C-L_^-Alkylaraino oder Ν,Ν-Di-C-, _,-alkylamino,
das durch SuIfο, Carboxy, Sulfato, Halogen, Hydroxy, Cyano, Phenyl, C-, _^-Alkoxy, C^, -Alkylamino substituiert
sein kann, Phenylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Halogen, C-, _,-Alkyl und C-, _, -Alkoxy substituiert sein kann,
Cyclohexylamine, Morpholino, Piperidino oder Piperazino, A C2_£-Alkyl?n oder Phenylen, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Chlor,
Methyl, Methoxy und Aethoxy substituiert sein kann, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je
mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, und a+b+c =4,0 sein muss, ein Halogen-s-triazin der
Formel (3), worin Y1 und Y gleiche Halogenatome sind, in
dem man gegebenenfalls in einer beliebigen Stufe des Verfahrens ein Y durch Kondensation mit einem Amin,
Alkohol, Arylhydroxyl, Alkylthiol oder Arylthiol durch eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder
Arylthiogruppe ersetzt, ein Phenylendiamin der Formel (4)

worin W SuIfο oder Carboxy ist, und ein Acylierungsmittel der Formel (5), worin Z' Halogen und Z ein
Dihalogen-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, in dem man gegebenenfalls
in einer beliebigen Stufe des Verfahrens ein Halogenatom durch Kondensation mit einem Amin, Alkohol, Arylhydroxji,
Alkylthiol oder Arylthiol durch eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ersetzt, kondensiert.
7. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Phthalocyanin der Formel (2), worin Pc der Rest eines
Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder - (4)-phthalocyanins, X -NH2,
0-Hydroxyäthylamino oder 0-(ß-Hydroxyäthylamino)-äthylamino,
A Aethylen, Phenylen oder Sulfophenylen ist, und a, b und c
ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, und a+b+c =4,0
sein muss, ein Halogen-s-triazin der Formel (3), worin Υ' und Y Chlor ist, ein Phenylendiamin der Formel (4),
worin W SuIfο ist, und ein Acylierungsmittel der Formel (5), worin Z' Chlor und Z ein 2-Isopropoxy-4-chlor-striazinyl-(6)-rest
ist, als Ausgangsstoffe verwendet.
8. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 7, zur Herstellung eines Reaktivfarbstoffes der Formel

14. Verfahren zum Färben und Bedrucken unter Verwendung der Reaktivfarbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 1.
15. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 14, zum Färben von Cellulosefasern.
