Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel

worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickelphthalocyanins, X eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe, A ein Alkylen-oder Arylenrest, Y ein abspaltbarer oder nicht abspaltbarer Substituent, W Sulfo oder Carboxy und Z ein Reaktivrest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
Der Rest Pc ist vor allem der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nik-kel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocyanins. Die gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe X ist: -NH2 oder der Rest eines aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen, aromatischen oder heterocyclischen Amins, z.B. Methylamino, Dimethylamino, Äthylamino, ß-Hydroxyäthylamino, Cyclohexylamino, Phenylamino, Sulfo-phenylamino, Toluidino, Anisidino, Naphthylamino, Morpholi-
no, Piperidino und Piperazino. Der Alkylen- oder Arylenrest A leitet sich von einem aliphatischen oder aromatischen Diamin ab. So kann A ein langer (z.B. mit 10 oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen) oder kürzerer, geradkettiger oder verzweigter Alkylen-15 rest sein; insbesondere kommt ein Alkylenrest mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen in Betracht, z.B. Äthylen, Propylen, Buty-len, Hexylen oder Cyclohexylen. Vorzugsweise ist A ein aromatischer Rest, z.B. ein Naphthylenrest, der Rest eines Diphenyls oder Stilbens oder insbesondere ein Phenylenrest. Der Rest A 20 kann weitere Substituenten enthalten, z.B. Halogenatome, wie Fluor, Chlor und Brom, Alkylengruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Äthyl und Propyl, Alkoxygruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methoxy, Äthoxy, Propyloxy und Isopropyloxy, Acylaminogruppen mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoff-25 atomen, wie Acetylamino, Propionylamino und Benzoylamino, Ureido-, Nitro-, Carboxy- und Sulfogruppen.
Vorzugsweise ist A ein Phenylenrest. Für Y kommt in Betracht, als abspaltbarer Substituent: Sulfo, Methylsulfonyl, Phe-nylsulfonyl, Carboxyphenylsulfonyl, Rhodano, Thiosulfato, 30 Mercapto, Chlormethoxy, Azido, Trichlormethyl, Cyano sowie andere über ein Kohlenstoff-, Sauerstoff-, Schwefel- oder Phosphoratom an den s-Triazinring gebundene Reste, oder der Rest eines quarternären Ammoniumsalzes oder insbesondere ein Halogenatom, wie Fluor, Chlor und Brom ; und als nicht ab-35 spaltbarer Substituent eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe, eine gegebenenfalls verätherte Hydroxygruppe, eine gegebenenfalls verätherte Mercaptogruppe oder ein gegebenenfalls substituierter Kohlenwasserstoffrest, z.B. -NH2, Methylamino, Phenylamino, Hydroxy, Methoxy, Isopropoxy, Phenoxy, 40 Mercapto, Methylthio, Phenylthio, Methyl, Äthyl, Phenyl und Methylphenyl. Vorzugsweise ist Y Halogen, eine Amino-, AI-koxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe. Als Reaktivrest Z kommt der Rest eines faserreaktiven Acylierungsmittels, das durch Kondensation mit der Aminogruppe eingeführt wird, 45 in Betracht, z.B. ein Chloracetylamino-, cc,ß-Dibrompropio-nylamino-, 2,3-Dichlorchinoxalin-6-carbonylamino-, 2,6-Di-chlorpyrimidylamino-, 2,6-Difluor-5-chlorpyrimidylamino-, 2,5,6-Trichlorpyrimidylamino-, 2,4-Dichlorpyrimidin-5-carbonylamino-, 2,4-Dichlor(brom oder fluor)-s-triazinyl-6-50 amino- oder 2-Chlor(brom oder fluor)-4-amino(alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio oder arylthio)-s-triazinyl-6-rest. Für die in dem zuletzt genannten Reaktivrest enthaltenen Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe kommen nicht nur unsubstituierte Gruppen in Betracht, wie -NH2, Äthoxy, Phe-55 nylamino oder Phenoxy, sondern auch substituierte Gruppen, wie Methylamino, Methoxyäthoxy, Sulfophenylamino, Chlor-phenoxy und dergl., siehe weiter unten unter Y. Durch Anlagerung geeigneter Quaternisierungskomponenten mit tertiärem Stickstoff atom kann ein Halogenatom Y in den Rest eines quar-60ternären Ammoniumsalzes umgewandelt werden. Als Beispiele für Quaternisierungskomponenten seien genannt: Trimethyl-amin, Pyridin, Pyridin-4-carbonsäure, Piperazin, N,N-Dime-thylhydrazin, N-Methyl-N-äthylhydrazin, N,N-Dimethyldime-thylhydrazon, N,N-Dimethyl-N',N'-dimethyltetrazen und 1,4-65 Diazabicyclo-[2.2.2]-octan.
Falls Y eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ist, bzw. falls Z ein Monohalogen-s-triazinrest ist, der eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Aryl-

Die beiden Sulfo- oder Carboxygruppen W können in dem Phenylenrest beliebig verteilt sein. So kann dieser Phenylenrest von links nach rechts gelesen z.B. 2,6- oder 3,5-Disulfo-l,4-phenylen, 2,5-Disulfo-l,4-phenylen oder 4,6-Disulfo-l,3-phe-nylen sein.
Bevorzugt sind Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1), worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocy-anins, X-NH2, C^-Alkylamino oder N.N-Di-C^-alkylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Sulfato, Halogen, Hydroxy, Cyano, Phenyl, C^-Alkoxy, C^-Alkylamino oder Hydroxy-C^-al-kylamino substituiert sein kann, Phenylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Halogen, C^-Alkyl und C^-Alkoxy substituiert sein kann, Cyclohexylamino, Morpholino, Piperidino oder Piperazino, A Q.g-Alkylen oder Phenylen, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Chlor, Methyl, Methoxy und Äthoxy substituiert sein kann, Y Halogen, eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe, W Sulfo oder Carboxy und Z ein 2,4-Dihalo-gen-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest oder ein 2-Halogen-4-amino(alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio oder arylthio)-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, aber vorzugsweise auch mindestens 1,0 ist und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
Bevorzugt sind insbesondere Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1), worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocyanins, X-NH2, ß-Hydroxyäthylamino oder ß-(ß-Hydroxyäthylamino)-äthylamino, À Äthylen, Phenylen oder Sulfophenylen, Y Chlor, W Sulfo und Z ein 2-Isopropoxy-4-chlor-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, aber vorzugsweise auch mindestens 1,0 ist und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
Ein wertvoller Reaktivfarbstoff aus der oben definierten Gruppe ist der Reaktivfarbstoff des nachfolgenden Beispiels 2.
Die Farbstoffe der Formel (1) sind faserreaktiv, da sie einen Reaktivrest Z und gegebenenfalls ausserdem einen abspaltbaren Substituenten Y enthalten.
Unter faserreaktiven Verbindungen sind solche zu verstehen, die mit den Hydroxygruppen der Cellulose oder mit den Aminogruppen von natürlichen oder synthetischen Polyamiden unter Bildung kovalenter chemischer Bindungen zu reagieren vermögen.

Der Reaktivrest wird durch Kondensation eines Acylie-35 rungsmittels der Formel (5), worin Z' Halogen ist, aber auch stellvertretend für die Anhydridgruppe stehen kann, mit einer Aminogruppe des Phenylendiamins der Formel (4) in den Farbstoff eingeführt.

Die in 2-Stellung substituierten 4,6-Dihalogen-s-triazine werden z.B. durch Umsetzung von Trihalogen-s-triazinen mit den erwähnten Amino-, Hydroxy- oder Mercaptoverbindungen erhalten. Der Substituent in 2-Stellung eines 4,6-Dihalogen-s-triazins kann z.B. der Rest einer der im folgenden genannten Verbindungen sein.

In Betracht kommen ferner Verbindungen mit Farbstoffcharakter, z.B. 4-Nitro-4'-aminostilbendisulfonsäure, 2-Nitro-40 4'-aminodiphenylamino-4,3'-stibendisulfonsäure, 2-Nitro-4'-aminodiphenylamin-4,3'-disulfonsäure und insbesondere Ami-noazofarbstoffe oder Aminoanthrachinone oder Phthalocyanine, die noch mindestens eine reaktionsfähige Aminogruppe enthalten.
45 Die Einführung des in 2-Stellung des Triazinrestes stehenden Substituenten kann auch nachträglich geschehen. Man kann somit z.B. eine der oben genannten Amino-, Hydroxy- oder Mercaptoverbindungen nachträglich mit einem bereits an den Reaktivfarbstoff der Formel (1) gebundenen Dihalogen-s-tria-50 zinrest kondensieren. Diese Möglichkeit ist auch bei dem weiter vorn beschriebenen Verfahren zur Herstellung der Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1) in Betracht zu ziehen.
Die Acylierung mit den faserreaktiven Acylierungsmitteln führt man zweckmässig unter Verwendung säurebindender Mit-55 tel, wie Natriumcarbonat oder Natriumhydroxyd, und unter solchen Bedingungen aus, dass im fertigen Produkt noch austauschbare Halogenatome, ungesättigte Bindungen oder dergl. im Reaktivrest übrigbleiben, d.h. z.B. in organischen Lösungsmitteln oder bei relativ niedrigen Temperaturen in wässrigem 60 Mittel.
Was oben über die Möglichkeit ausgeführt wurde, ein Halogenatom am s-Triazinrest durch Umsetzung mit einer Amino-, Hydroxy- oder Mercaptoverbindung gegen eine Amino-, Alk-oxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe auszutauschen, 65 gilt gegebenenfalls auch für andere Reaktivreste.
Enthält ein Reaktivrest noch mehrere leicht abspaltbare Substituenten, z.B. Halogenatome, so kann dieser mit Verbindungen kondensiert werden, die ein über ein Heteroatom ge

bundenes reaktionsfähiges Wasserstoffatom enthalten, das mit einem abspaltbaren Substituenten des Reaktivrestes unter Bildung einer über das Heteroatom gebundenen Gruppe zu reagieren vermag. So kann ein Chloratom im Trichlorpyrimidinrest durch Umsetzung mit Ammoniak, einem Amin, Alkohol, Phenol oder Mercaptan gegen einen der entsprechenden Reste ausgetauscht werden.
Statt in einem Dihalogentriazinrest ein Halogenatom nachträglich durch eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe zu ersetzen, kann man als faserreaktives Acylierungsmittel auch ein Dihalogentriazin verwenden, das bereits eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe an den Triazinring gebunden enthält.
Die Kondensationen der Halogen-s-triazine der Formel (3) und der Acylierungsmittel der Formel (5) mit den Phthalocyani-nen der Formel (2) und den Phenylendiaminen der Formel (4) und gegebenenfalls den Aminen, Alkoholen, Arylhydroxylen, Alkylthiolen und Arylthiolen erfolgen vorzugsweise in wässriger Lösung oder Suspension, bei niedriger Temperatur und bei schwach saurem, neutralem bis schwach alkalischem pH-Wert. Vorteilhaft wird der bei der Kondensation freiwerdende Halogenwasserstoff laufend durch Zugabe wässriger Alkalihydroxyde, -carbonate oder -bicarbonate neutralisiert.
In den Reaktivfarbstoffen der Formel (1) kann ein Halogenatom Y und ebenso ein Halogenatom in einem endständigen Halogen-s-triazinrest Z durch Umsetzung mit ternären Aminen (wie Trimethylamin) oder mit Hydrazinen (wie N,N-Dimethyl-hydrazin) ersetzt werden, wobei Reaktivfarbstoffe entstehen, deren abspaltbarer Substituent eine an ein Kohlenstoffatom gebundene quartäre Ammonium- oder Hydraziniumgruppe darstellt, welche die positive Ladung an einem mit dem s-Tri-azinring direkt verknüpften Stickstoffatom trägt, d.h. dass z.B. ein externer s-Triazinrest z.B. eine Gruppe der Formel

ist, worin Z" Halogen, eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe ist.
Die Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1) können isoliert und zu brauchbaren, trockenen Färbepräparaten verarbeitet werden. Die Isolierung erfolgt vorzugsweise bei möglichst niedrigen Temperaturen durch Aussalzen und Filtrieren. Die filtrierten Farbstoffe können gegebenenfalls nach Zugabe von Coupage-mitteln und/oder Puffermitteln, z.B. nach Zugabe eines Gemisches gleicher Teile Mono- und Dinatriumphosphat, getrocknet werden; vorzugsweise wird die Trocknung bei nicht zu hohen Temperaturen und unter vermindertem Druck vorgenommen. Durch Zerstäubungstrocknung des ganzen Herstellungsgemisches kann man in gewissen Fällen die erfindungsgemässen trockenen Präparate direkt, d.h. ohne Zwischenisolierung der Farbstoffe herstellen.
Die Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel (1) zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Reaktivität, einen hohen Fixiergrad, gutes Aufbauvermögen und eine gute Auswaschbarkeit der nicht fixierten Anteile aus. Die mit den Reaktivfarbstoffen der Formel (1) erhältlichen Färbungen und Drucke sind farbstark und haben eine gute Lichtechtheit sowie gute Nassechtheiten, z.B. eine gute Waschechtheit.
Sie eignen sich zum Färben und Bedrucken der verschiedensten Materialien, wie Seide, Leder, Wolle, Superpolyamidfasern und Superpolyurethanen, insbesondere aber cellulosehaltiger Materialien faseriger Struktur, wie Leinen, Zellstoff, regenerierte Cellulose und vor allem Baumwolle. Sie eignen sich sowohl für das Ausziehverfahren als auch zum Färben nach dem Foulardfärbeverfahren, wonach die Ware mit wässrigen und gegebenenfalls auch salzhaltigen Farbstofflösungen imprägniert 5 wird, und die Farbstoffe nach einer Alkalibehandlung oder in Gegenwart von Alkali, gegebenenfalls unter Wärmeeinwirkung fixiert werden.
Sie eignen sich auch zum Druck, insbesondere auf Baumwolle, ebenso aber auch zum Bedrucken von stickstoffhaltigen io Fasern, z.B. von Wolle, Seide oder Wolle enthaltenden Mischgeweben.
Zwecks Verbesserung der Nassechtheiten empfiehlt es sich die Färbungen und Drucke einem gründlichen Spülen mit kal-15 tem und heissem Wasser, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz eines di-spergierend wirkenden und die Diffusion der nicht fixierten Anteile fördernden Mittels zu unterwerfen.
In den nachfolgenden Beispielen ist die Herstellung der 20 Zwischenprodukte nicht in allen Fällen beschrieben, sie ergibt sich jedoch ohne weiteres aus dem oben gesagten.
In den Beispielen bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgraden angegeben.
Beispiel 1
10 Teile l,4-Phenylendiamin-2,5-disulfonsäure werden in 100 Teilen Wasser neutral gelöst. Unter Eiskühlung werden dann 7,63 Teile 2-Isopropoxy-4,6-dichlor-s-triazin zulaufen gelassen. Der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff wird anfangs bei 0 bis 5°, später bei 20° mit Natronlauge neutralisiert. Nach ca. 4 Stunden Reaktionszeit wird keine Veränderung des pH-Wertes mehr festgestellt, und es hat sich eine praktisch klare Lösung 35 gebildet.
Diese Lösung wird zu einer fein verteilten Suspension von 7 Teilen Cyanurchlorid in 55 Teilen Eiswasser zulaufen gelassen. 40 Der freiwerdende Chlorwasserstoff wird wiederum mit Natronlauge ständig neutralisiert, wobei die Temperatur allmählich auf ca. 20° gesteigert wird. Nach ca. 3 Stunden erfolgt wiederum praktisch keine Laugenaufnahme mehr, die entstehende Suspension löst sich nun beim Verdünnen mit Wasser vollständig 45 auf.
Zu dieser Suspension wird nun eine neutrale Lösung von 34,3 Teilen der Verbindung der Formel

Das angegebene Phthalocyaninzwischenprodukt wird in üblicher Weise hergestellt durch Kondensation von Kupferphtha-locyanin-3,3',3",3"'-tetrasulfochlorid mit 1,3-Phenylendi-amin-4-suIfonsäure in Gegenwart von Ammoniak.

Färbevorschrift 1 60 2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden unter Zusatz von 5 bis 20 Teilen Harnstoff und 2 Teilen kalzinierter Soda in 100 Teilen Wasser bei 20 bis 50° gelöst. Mit der erhaltenen Lösung wird ein Baumwollgewebe imprägniert, so dass es um 60 bis 80% seines Gewichtes zunimmt, und dann 65 getrocknet. Danach wird während xh bis 5 Minuten bei 140 bis 210° thermofixiert, dann während einer Viertelstunde in einer 0,1 %igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels geseift, gespült und getrocknet.

Färbevorschrift 2
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden in 100 Teilen Wasser unter Zusatz von 2 bis 10 Teilen Kochsalz oder kalziniertem Glaubersalz bei 75° gelöst. Man geht mit 2 bis 3 Teilen eines Baumwollgewebes in dieses Färbebad ein und hält die Temperatur während 30 bis 60 Minuten konstant. Danach werden 2 Teile kalzinierter Soda und 0,3 Teile Natronlauge (36°Bé) zugegeben. Die Temperatur wird weitere 45 bis 60 Minuten bei 75 bis 80° gehalten, dann wird während 15 Minuten in einer 0,1 %igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels geseift, gespült und getrocknet.
Färbevorschrift 3
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden unter Zusatz von 0,5 Teilen m-nitrobenzolsulfonsaurem Natrium in 100 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Mit der erhaltenen Lösung wird ein Baumwollgewebe imprägniert, so dass es um 75 % seines Gewichtes zunimmt, und dann getrocknet.
Danach imprägniert man das Gewebe mit einer 20° wannen Lösung, die pro Liter 5 Gramm Natriumhydroxyd und 300 Gramm Natriumchlorid enthält, quetscht auf 75 % Gewichtszunahme ab, dämpft die Färbung während 30 Sekunden bei 100 bis 101°, spült, seift während einer Viertelstunde in einer 0,3%igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels, spült und trocknet.
Färbevorschrift 4
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 erhältlichen Farbstoffes werden in 100 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Die Lösung gibt man zu 1900 Teilen kaltem Wasser, fügt 60 Teile Natriumchlorid zu und geht 5 mit 100 Teilen eines Baumwollgewebes in dieses Färbebad ein.
Man steigert die Temperatur auf 40°, wobei nach 30 Minuten 40 Teile kalzinierte Soda und nochmals 60 Teile Natriumchlorid zugegeben werden. Man hält die Temperatur 30 Minuten auf 40°, spült und seift dann die Färbung während 15 Minu-io ten in einer 0,3%igen kochenden Lösung eines ionenfreien Waschmittels, spült und trocknet.
Druckvorschrift
2 Teile des gemäss Beispiel 1 hergestellten Farbstoffes wer-15 den unter schnellem Rühren in 100 Teile einer Stammverdik-kung, enthaltend 45 Teile 5 %ige Natriumalginatverdickung, 32 Teile Wasser, 20 Teile Harnstoff, 1 Teil m-nitrobenzolsulfon-saures Natrium sowie 2 Teile Natriumcarbonat, eingestreut. Mit der so erhaltenen Druckpaste bedruckt man ein Baum-20 wollgewebe auf einer Rouleauxdruckmaschine und dämpft den erhaltenen bedruckten Stoff 4 bis 8 Minuten bei 100° in gesättigtem Dampf. Das bedruckte Gewebe wird dann in kaltem und heissem Wasser gründlich gespült, wobei sich die nicht chemisch fixierten Anteile sehr leicht von der Faser entfernen lassen, und 25 anschliessend getrocknet.

Claims (6)
- 634 341PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Reaktivfarbstoffe der Formel(1)^(S°3H)aPc -<S02-X)b0S02NH-A-NH-C$2B-WlN NH-5"CiYworin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickelphthalocyanins, X eine gegebenenfalls durch aliphatische, cycloaliphatische oder aromatische Reste substituierte Aminogruppe, oder ein über das Stickstoffatom gebundener N-Heterocyclus, A ein gegebenenfalls substituierter Alkylen- oder Arylenrest, Y eine faserreaktive Abgangsgruppe oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe, eine gegebenenfalls verätherte Hydroxy- oder Mercaptogruppe oder ein gegebenenfalls substituierter Kohlenwasserstoffrest, W Sulfo oder Carboxy, und Z der Rest eines faserreaktiven Acylierungsmittels ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
- 2. Reaktivfarbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 1, worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocyanins, X-NH2, Cj^-Alkylamino oder N.N-Di-Q^-alkylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Sulfato, Halogen, Hydroxy, Cyano, Phe-nyl, ClJrAlkoxy, C^-Alkylamino oder Hydroxy-C1-4-alkyl-amino substituiert sein kann, Phenylamino, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy, Halogen, C^-Alkyl und C^-Alkoxy substituiert sein kann, Cyclohexylamino, Morpholino, Piperidino oder Piperazi-no, A Q-g-Alkylen oder Phenylen, das durch Sulfo, Carboxy,ic Chlor, Methyl, Methoxy und Äthoxy substituiert sein kann, Y Halogen, eine Amino-, Alkoxy-, Aryloxy-, Alkylthio- oder Arylthiogruppe, W Sulfo oder Carboxy und Z ein 2,4-Dihalo-gen-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest oder ein 2-Halogen-4-amino(alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio oder arylthio)-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, und a, b 15 und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, aber vorzugsweise auch mindestens 1,0 ist und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
- 3. Reaktivfarbstoffe gemäss Anspruch 2, worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthylocyanins,20X-NH2, ß-Hydroxyäthylamino oder ß-(ß-hydroxyäthylami-no)-äthylamino, A Äthylen, Phenylen oder Sulfophenylen, Y Chlor, W Sulfo und Z ein 2-Isopropoxy-4-chIor-s-triazinyl-(6)-rest ist, und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 25 liegt, aber vorzugsweise auch mindestens 1,0 ist und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss.
- 4. Der Reaktivfarbstoff gemäss Anspruch 3, der Formel/(so3H)2 CuPc-(3)— S02NH2S02N1,-O\NH-CCl' )—NH-C C-OCll(CHn)3 7 2
- 5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Reaktivfarbstoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Phthalocyanin der Formel40(S03H)a Pc — (S02-X)b(S02NH-A-NH2)Cein Halogen-s-triazin der Formel y - C C - Y'i itN NIYworin Y' Halogen ist, ein Phenylendiamin der Formel Nil«durch Verseifung abspaltet, und ein Acylierungsmittel der FormelZ'-Z(2),(5),45(3),(4)worin Z' Halogen ist, kondensiert, wobei in den Formeln (2) bis (5) die Symbole Pc, X, A, Y, W, Z, a, b und c die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.so 6. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Phthalocyanin der Formel (2), worin Pc der Rest eines Kupfer- oder Nickel-(3)- oder -(4)-phthalocyanins, X-NH2, ß-Hydroxyäthylamino oder ß-(ß-Hydroxyäthylami-no)-äthylamino, A Äthylen, Phenylen oder Sulfophenylen ist, 55 und a, b und c ganze oder gebrochene Zahlen sind, wobei a und c je mindestens 1,0 ist und b zwischen 0 und 2,0 liegt, aber vorzugsweise auch mindestens 1,0 ist und a+b+c=4,0 sein muss, ein Halogen-s-triazin der Formel (3), worin Y' und Y Chlor ist, ein Phenylendiamin der Formel (4) oder ein Mono-60 acetylderivat eines Phenylendiamins der Formel (4), aus dem man nach der Kondensation die Acetylgruppe durch Verseifung abspaltet, worin W Sulfo ist, und ein Àcylierungsmittel der Formel (5), worin Z' Chlor und Z ein 2-Isopropoxy-4-chlor-s-tri-azinyl-(6)-rest ist, als Ausgangsstoffe verwendet.65oder ein Monoacetylderivat eines Phenylendiamins der Formel 7. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, zur Herstellung eines Re-(4), aus dem man nach der Kondensation die Acetylgruppe aktivfarbstoffes der Formel634 341/ (S03H)2 CuPc- (3) —S02NH2so2nh—sNil — C C-NH\■N NtClC-OCH (CH3)2Cl dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Cyanurchlorid mit Isopropa-nol kondensiert, das erhaltene primäre Kondensationsprodukt mit l,4-Phenylendiamin-2,5-disulfonsäure kondensiert, das entstandene sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt mit Cyanurchlorid kondensiert und die danach vorliegende Zwischenverbindung der FormelCl - cC-NllN N *0'iClSO-jll-NH-Ci
- N.VC-OCH (CH,)-n -> c nCl mit einem Phthalocyanin der Formel^(so3H)2 CuPc- (3) —S02NH2S02N11 —\NILkondensiert.
