F i g. 2 zeigt die Verwendung eines Tauchrohrfilters 410 der in F i g. 1 dargestellten Art an einem Zerstäuber 432. Ein Flüssigkeitsbehälter 434 hat einen Boden 436 und einen Gewindehals 438 für die Befestigung des Zerstäubers 432. Vom Zerstäuber 432 aus erstreckt sich ein Tauchrohr 440 durch den Hals 438 des Behälters 434 hindurch in Richtung auf dessen Boden 436. Am unteren Endstück des Tauchrohrs 440 ist der Flüssigkeitsfilter 410 befestigt. Dieser weist einen Ringansatz 444 mit einem Rohrstutzen 418 für die Befestigung am Tauchrohr 440 und eine erste im wesentlichen kreisförmige Scheibe 412 auf. Eine zweite im wesentlichen kreisförmige Scheibe 414 ist über ein Gelenk 420 mit der ersten Scheibe verbunden, so daß sie in eine dieser nahe gegenüberliegende Stellung verschwenkbar ist. Wenigstens eine der beiden Scheiben hat radial verlaufende Rippen 416, welche eine Anzahl von mit dem Rohrstutzen 418 und dem Tauchrohr 440 strömungsverbundenen Durchlässen begrenzen. Die zweite Scheibe ist hier nahe dem Boden 436 des Behälters und parallel zu diesem angcordnet.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Filter für das freie Ende eines Tauchrohrs eines einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter aufweisenden Flüssigkeitszerstäubers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein einstückiges Formteil aufweist, mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Teil, von denen das erste (412) von einer öffnung (482) durchsetzt ist, welche mit der Bohrung eines mit dem ersten Teil verbundenen rohrförmigen Teils (418) strömungsverbunden ist, daß das rohrförmige Teil (418) am freien Ende des Tauchrohrs (440) des Zerstäubers anbringbar ist, so daß das Innere des Tauchrohrs mit der Bohrung des rohrförmigen Teils strömungsverbunden ist, daß wenigstens eines der beiden Teile in einer Oberfläche eine Anzahl von sich in Richtung auf die öffnung des ersten Teils erstreckenden Rippen (416) aufweist, welche bei Anlage der betreffenden Fläche des einen Teils an einer Fläche des anderen eine Anzahl von Flüssigkeitsdurchlässen vom Flüssigkeitsbehälter zu der öffnung zwischen den beiden Teilen bilden, daß das erste und das zweite Teil gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind und daß das zweite Teil Einrichtungen (474) zum Zusammenhalten der Oberflächen der beiden Teile ineinander angenähertem Zustand aufweist.
