Description
Für die konstruktive Ausführung im einzelnen besteflhen verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Dies gilt auch für die ■Halterung, Abstützung oder Aufhängung des Zyklons ■40 im Kopfteil. Dazu stehen dem Fachmann geeignete lemente zur Verfügung. Der Kopfteil 16 kann an seiem oberen Ende einen dicht zu befestigenden Deckel dgl. aufweisen, wie lediglich schematisch durch die rennfuge 34 angedeutet ist, nach dessen Abnehmen der Zyklon in seiner Gesamtheit für die Montage zugänglich ist. Es läßt sich auch ein Abschlußflansch od. dgl. von geringerer Größe vorsehen, der ein Ein- und Ausbau wichtiger Teile des Zyklons ermöglicht.
Claims (8)
Weiterhin ist ein Verfahren zum Inberührungbringen von Gasen mit kohleartigen Feststoffen mit Hilfe einer Wirbelschicht, das besonders der Umwandlung von Feststoffen, wie Kohle, in Gase dient, bekannt (DE-AS 10 23 844), bei dem ein Mitreißen von Feststoffen mit hohem Kohlenstoffgehalt dadurch auf ein Mindestmaß gebracht werden soll, daß der Kohlenstoffgehalt derjenigen Feststoffteilchen in der Schicht verringert wird, deren Größe den mitgerissenen Feststoffen entspricht Dabei wird u. a. die Erzeugung von Wassergas aus Tieftemperaturkoks als Beispiel erläutert Ein Generator enthält feinzerteilten Koks in Form einer dichten aufgewirbelten Masse. D^s erzeugte Gas gelangt in einen außerhalb des Generators befindlichen Zyklon. Die darin abgeschiedenen Feststoffe werden über ein Standrohr und, gesteuert durch einen Schieber oder eine andere Meßeinrichtung, in eine Verbrennungszone in einem vom Generator getrennten Gefäß eingebracht, wo sie in einem Gemisch von Wasserdampf und Sauerstoff suspendiert werden. Die zugeführten Stoffmengen sollen so gesteuert und abgestimmt werden, daß die Temperatur der Verbrennung unterhalb des Schmelzpunkts der Asche bleibt Aus diesem Gefäß mit Verbrennungszone wird eine Suspension verbrannter Feststoffe in Gasen durch eine Leitung in den Generator eingeführt, und zwar unter einen Rost, aul dem sich das Koksbett befindet
