Claims (6)
- FF-7375PatentansprücheBeschichtungszusammensetzung mit Gehalt an:(a) etwa 10 bis 90 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht von (a) und (b) Festkörpern, eines Polymeren aus monoäthylenisch ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffmonomeren, die vollständig mit Fluor— atomen oder mit Fluoratomen und Chloratomen substituiert sind;(b) etwa 10 bis 90 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht von (a) und (b) Festkörpern, eines Bindemittelsfmit Gehalt an(1) etwa 5 tiis 95 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von (i) und (2) Festkörpern, eines Alkalimetallsilicate mit einem Alkalimetalloxid— Molgehalt im Bereich von Spurenmengen bis etwa
20$, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Mole Alkali— metalloxid und Siliciumdioxid, und(2) etwa 5 tis 95 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von (1) und (2) Festkörpern, eines Salzes einer Polyamidsäure gemäß FormelH NCC ^C-N-R1H Il 10 0- 14 -609886/1073FF-7375in der G Wasserstoff oder eine Carboxylgruppe isu, •wobei die Isomeren ebenfalls geeignet sind, wobei R eine tetravalente organische Gruppe ist, die mindestens 2 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und nicht mehr als zwei Carbonylgruppen jeder Polyamidsäureeinheit mit irgendeinem Kohlenstoffatom der tetravalenten Gruppe verbunden sind;Inder R1 eine divalente Gruppe ist, die mindestens 2 Kohlenstoffatome enthält, wobei die Amidgruppen von benachbarten Polyamidsäureeinheiten jeweils mit verschiedenen Atomen der divalenten Gruppe verbunden sind; undin der η eine ausreichend große Zahl ist, um der Po— lyamidsäure eine inherente Viskosität von mindestens 0,1 zu verleihen, wobei die Viskosität mit einer 0,5 prozentigen Lösung in Ν,Ν-Dimethylacetamid bei 30 C gemessen wird.;
die mit einer stöchiometrisehen Menge eines tertiären Amins neutralisiert ist; wobei die isomeren Verbindun—gen gemäß Formel ebenfalls geeignet sind;(c) etwa 10 bis 90 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das PoIyamidsäureaminsalz, N-Methy!pyrrolidon, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, Dimethylsulfoxid, Kresölsäure, SuIfolan oder Formamid; und(d) einem flüssigen Träger. - 2. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit zusätzlichem Gehalt an etwa 15 bis 200$ einer organischen Flüssigkeit, die mit Wasser mischbar ist und einen Löslichkeitsparameter von etwa 10 bis 21,6 besitzt, wobei der Parameter eine Dispersionskomponente von etwa 7 bis 10» eine polare Komponente von etwa 2 bis 11 und eine Wasserstoffbindungskomponente von etwa 7 bis 14 besitzt.- 15 -609886/1073FF-7375
- 3· Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 2 mit Gehalt an Furfurylalkohol, 1-Butanol, 2-Propanol, Äthylenglyeο1-monomethyläther, Triäthylenglycol, Ameisensäure oder deren Mischungen als organische Flüssigkeit.
- 4. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Gehalt an Natrium—, Kalium— oder Lithiumsilicat als Alkalimetallsilicat,
- 5· Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Gehalt an einem Salz als Salz der Polyamidsäure, das aus mindestens einem Amin gemäß Formel

Chergestellt wird, wobei in beiden Formeln R und R1 die in Anspruch 1 gegebene Bedeutung besitzen, und das mit einer stöchiometrischen Menge eines tertiären Amins neutralisiert ist. - 6. Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 5> wobei das Salz einer Polyamidsäure hergestellt wird aus(a) meta- oder para-Phenylendiamin, bis(4-Aminophenyl) äther, Benzidin, 2,2-bis(4' - Aminophenyl)propan,- 16 -609886/ 1 073FF-7375bi s ( 4~Aminophenyl) me than, bi s ( 4-Aminophenyl)sulf on, bis(4-Aminophenyl)sulfid oder 1,6-Hexamethylendiamin und(b) Pyromellitdianhydrid, Trimellitanliydrid 2,2-bis (3 ι,4' - Dicarboxyphenyl)propandianhydrid oder bis(3> 4-D.icarboxyphenyl)ätherdianhydrid, und Neutralisieren mit einer stöchiometrischen Menge eines tertiären Amins.7, Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Gehalt an PoIytetrafluoräthylen als Fluorkohlenstoffpolymer.8, Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Gehalt an !fässer als Träger.9, Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Gehalt an(a) Polytetrafluoräthylen als Fluorkohlenstoffpolymer;(b) Lithiumsilicat als Alkalimetallsilicat;(c) Salz einer Polyamidsäure, das aus Trimellitanhydrid und bis(4-Aminophenyl)methan und Neutralisation mit einer Kombination im Gewichtsverhältnis von 2:1 von Triäthylamin und Diäthyl 2-hydroxyäthylamin hergestellt wird, und(d) Wasser als flüssigem Träger.10, Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 8 mit zusätzlichem Gehalt an etwa 15 bis 200$ Furfurylalkohol.11, Gegenstand mit einer Primerbeschichtung einer Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 10 und einer Überbeschich— tung mit einer Schicht aus verschmolzenen fluorhaltigen Polymer.12, Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Adhäsion einer Beschich-- 17 -609886/ 1073PF-7375tung aus fluorhaltigem Polymer auf einem Substrat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Substrat vor Aufbringung der Beschichtung aus fluorhaltigem Polymer mit einer Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 10 als Primer behandelt.- 18 -609886/1073
