Das Alkalimetallsilicat ist in dem Bindemittel in Konzentrationen von 5 bis 95, vorzugsweise IO bis 80 Gewichtsprozent des Bindemittels enthalten.
Die in den erfindungsgemäßen Beschichtungsmitteln verwendeten Träger können die normalerweise in solchen Zusammensetzungen verwendeten sein. DerTräger ist eine inerte, nicht reaktive oder funktioneile (in dem Sinne, daß sie wesentlich zur Erfindung beiträgt) Komponente; ihre Natur ist deshalb von sekundärer Bedeutung. Der Träger dient nur dazu, die Beschichtungsmittel homogen zu halten und dazu, die festen Komponenten auf das Substrat aufzubringen. Nach Aufbringung des Beschichtungsmittels verdampft der Träger. Es ist deshalb nur nötig, daß er mit den anderen Komponenten des Beschichtungsmittels verträglich ist, und auf die Beschichtung selbst keine gegenteiligen Wirkungen ausübt.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche:1. Beschichtungsmittel, enthaltendS (a) 60 bis 80 %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Feststoffe (a) und (b), eines Polymeren von monoäthylenisch ungesättigten KohlenwasserstofTmonomeren, die vollständig mit Fluoratomen oder mit Fluoratomen und Chloratomen substituiert sind,
(b) 20 bis 40%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Feststoffe (a) und (b), eines Bindemittels, dasio (ar) 5 bis 95 %, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Feststoffe (a) und (ß), eines Salzes einer Polyamidsäure der StrukturformelG COOH15 RH / \ HNC C—N—R,Il Oin derG Wasserstoff oder eine Carboxylgruppe ist,
25 —* Isomerie bedeutet,R ein vierwertiger organischer Rest ist. abgeleitet von folgenden Verbindungen: Pyromellitdianhydrid, Trimellitanhydrid,2,2-Bis-(3',4'-dicarboxyphenyl)-propandianhydrid oder Bis-(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)-ätherdianhydrid,30 R| ein zweiwertiger Rest ist, abgeleitet von folgenden Verbindungen: meta- oder para-Phenylen-diamin, Bis-(4-aminophenyl)-äther, Benzidin, 2,2-Bis-(4'-aminophenyl)-propan, Bis-(4-aminophenyD-methan, Bis-(4-aminophenyl)-suIfon, Bis-(4-aminophenyl)-suIfid oder 1,6-Hexamethylendiamin, undη eine ausreichend große Zahl ist, um der Polyamidsäure eine inhärente Viskosität von min-35 destens 0,1, gemessen an einer 0,5 %igen Lösung in Ν,Ν-Dimethylacetamid bei 300C, zu verleihen,mit einer stöchiometrischen Menge eines tertiären Amins neutralisiert, enthält,40 (c) 10 bis 90%, bezogen auf das Gewicht des Polyamidsäurcaminsalzcs, N-Mclhylpyrrolidon, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, Dimcthylsulloxid, Krcsol, Sullolan oder Formamid und
(d) einen flüssigen Träger,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel (b) neben dem Polyamidsiiuresalz(ß) 5 bis 95%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Feststoffe (a) und Gö), eines Alkalimetallsilikats mit einem Alkalimetalloxid-Molgehalt im Bereich von Spurenmengen bis etwa 20%, bezogen auf die Gesamtzahl der Mole Alkalimetalloxid und Siliciumdioxid.50 2. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an 15 bis 200%einer organischen Flüssigkeit, die mit Wasser mischbar ist und einen Löslichkeitsparameter von etwa 10 bis 21,6 besitzt, wobei der Parameter eine Dispersionskomponente von etwa 7 bis 10, eine polare Komponente von etwa 2 bis 11 und eine Wasserstoffbindungskomponente von etwa 7 bis 14 besitzt.3. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 2, enthaltend Furfurylalkohol, 1-Butanol, 2-Propanol, Äthylengly-55 kolmonomethyläther, Triäthylenglykol, Ameisensäure oder deren Mischungen als organische Flüssigkeit.4. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend Natrium-, Kalium- oder Lithiumsilikat als Alkalimetallsilikat.5. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend Polytetrafluoräthylen als Fluorkohlenstoffpolymer.6. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend Wasser als Träger.

Beschichtungsmittel ruich Anspruch I, enthaltend(a) Polytetrafluorethylen als HuorkohlenslolTpolymer;(b) Lithiumsilikat als Alkalimetallsilikat;(c) Salz einer Polyamidsäure, das aus Trimellitanhydrid und Bis-(4-aminophenyl)-methan und Ncutralisa-(.5 tion mit einer Kombination im Gewichtsverhältnis von 2 : I von Triethylamin und Diäthyl-2-hydroxy-äthylamin hergestellt wird, und(d) Wasser als flüssigem Trager.8. Beschichtungsmittel nach Anspruch 6, zusätzlich enthaltend 15 bis 200% Furfurylalkohol.9. Verwendung der Beschichtungsmittel nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche I bis8alsGrund:crungzur Verbesserung der Adhäsion einer Beschichtung aus einem fluorhaltigen Polymeren auf einem Substrat.In den letzten Jahren sind zunehmend fiuorhaltige Polymere als Gleiibeschichtungen verwendet worden. Mit Polytetrafluoräthylen (PTFE) beschichtete Küchengeräte sind besonders beliebt, wsil sich Kochgut und Verschmutzungen nicht auf Polytetrafluoräthylenbeschichtungen festsetzen.Die physikalische Natur der fluorhaltigen Polymeren erschwert ihre ausreichende Verbindung mit Substraten, um zu verhindern, daß derartige Beschichtungen während der Benutzung Blasen bilden oder sich abschälen. Dies gilt insbesondere für Polytetrafluoräthylen.Aus der BE-PS 8 20 252 ist eine Zusammensetzung bekannt, die ein FluorkohlenstofFpolymeres, kolloidales Siliciumdioxid gegebenenfalls in Mischung mit einem Silika.*, Glimmerund Wasser enthält. Die Haftung dieser Zusammensetzung auf einem Substrat ist zwar verbessert, jedoch noch nicht ausreichend fest.Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Beschichtungsmittel auf der Basis eines Fluorkohlenstoffpolymeren zur Verfugung zu stellen, das eine verbesserte Haftfähigkeit aufweistGelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die in den Patentansprüchen näher gekennzeichneten Beschichtungsmittel.Die in den ertindungsgemäßen Beschichtungsmitteln verwendeten fluorhaltigen Polymeren sind Homopolymere und Copolymere (in der Bedeutung, daß das Polymer zwei oder mehr verschiedene Monomereinheiten enthält) von monoäthylenisch ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffmonomeren, die vollständig mit Fluoratomen oder vollständig mit Fluoratomen und Chloratomen substituiert sind. Zu dieser Gruppe zählen Perfluorolefinpolymere wie Polytetrafluoräthylen und Copolymere von Tetrafluoräthylen und Hexafluorpropylen in allen Monomergewichtsverhältnissen, Fiuorchlorkohlenstoffpolymere wie Folymonochlortrifluoräthylen, die normalerweise festen Copolymeren von Tetrafluoräthylen und Perfluoralkylvinyläthern (bei denen die Aikylgruppe 1 bis 5 KohlenstofTatome besitzt). Ebenso können Mischungen dieser Verbindungen verwendet werden. Wegen seiner thermischen Stabilität ist Polytetrafluoräthylen (PTFE) bevorzugt.Das verwendete fiuorhaltige Polymer ist teilchenförmig. Die Partikel sind vorzugsweise klein genug, um durch die Düse einer Spritzpistole hindurchzupassen, ohne diese zu verstopfen, und sind ebenfalls schmal genug, um einen zusamme -»hängenden und gleichförmigen Film zu ergeben.Das fluorhaltige Polymere sollte ein mittleres Molekulargewicht (Zahlenmittel) von mindestens etwa 20 000 aufweisen, da ein Polymeres mit einem geringeren Molekulargewicht leicht wachsartig und zur Verwendung nicht geeignet ist. Das Zahlenniittel des Molekulargewichts beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens 200 000. Das Zahlenmittel des Molekulargewichts von Polytetrafluoräthylen wird gemäß Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 17, Seiten 3253 bis 3257 (1973) gemessen. Das Zahlenmittel des Molekulargewichts von Tetrafluoräthylen/Hexafluorpropylencopolymeren wird gemessen, indem zunächst seine Schmelzfließgeschwindigkeit (M FR) gemäß ASTM D2116 bestimmt wird, wobei der MFR-Wert zur Bestimmung der Schmelzviskosität (MV) gemäß der Formel
