一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方,由重量比例为8‑12:1的甲组份和乙组份组成,其中甲组份由酚醛环氧树脂15‑25%;柔韧性环氧树脂5‑15%;活性稀释剂5‑10%;导电云母粉15‑25%;耐盐雾助剂5‑12%;颜料12‑20%;纳米增硬剂2‑5%;分散剂1‑2%;消泡剂0.1‑0.5%;流平剂0.3‑0.8%;流变助剂0.5‑1.5%;硅烷偶联剂0.5‑2.0%组成;乙组份为环氧固化剂。本发明还公开了一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料制备方法。采用本发明得到的漆膜表面水性过渡漆,可以通过高压无气喷涂,漆膜干燥后具有耐热、耐磨性能,其表面电阻/体积电阻小于1*106,满足石油储罐及管道的导静电的要求。

一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导静电涂料,具体涉及一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
导静电涂料,是一种具有消除静电累计和传导电流的功能型涂料,分为本征型和添加型。添加型具有易生产、易施工、性能好,性价比高等优点,已广泛在石油化工、交通运输等领域;在实际运用过程中,部分导静电涂料为溶剂型涂料,存在职业健康和安全的问题。无溶剂环氧导静电涂料存在性价比不高、防腐性能不好、不耐温、不耐磨等问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的技术缺陷,本发明公开了一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方及其制备方法。
本发明所述无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方,由重量比例为8-12:1的甲组份和乙组份组成,
其中甲组份由酚醛环氧树脂15-25%;柔韧性环氧树脂5-15%;活性稀释剂5-10%;导电云母粉 15-25%;耐盐雾助剂5-12%;颜料 12-20%;纳米增硬剂2-5%;分散剂1-2%;消泡剂0.1-0.5%;流平剂0.3-0.8%;流变助剂0.5-1.5%;硅烷偶联剂0.5-2.0%组成;各个百分比均为重量比例;
乙组份为环氧固化剂。
优选的,所述颜料12-20%中,防锈颜料 为10-15%;着色颜料为2-5%。
优选的,所述活性稀释剂是多官能度环氧活性稀释剂。
优选的,所述柔韧性环氧树脂为环氧聚合物分子结构的末段接枝柔性基团改性而成。
优选的,所述纳米增硬剂为纳米级陶瓷粉。
优选的,所述环氧固化剂为酚醛胺固化剂。
本发明还公开了一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按甲组分配方量将酚醛环氧树脂、柔韧性环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂依次加入,混合并分散均匀;分散转速大于600-800r/min
(2)按配方量先后加入流变助剂,导电云母粉,控制细度≤70μm,再按配方量加入耐盐雾助剂、颜料、纳米增硬剂分散30min.使混合物温度达到50-60℃;过滤得涂料甲组份;
(3)按涂料甲组份:乙组份=8-12:1混合得到无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料。
具体的,过滤时使用80目以上滤网过滤。
采用本发明配方及制备方法得到的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料,可以通过高压无气喷涂,漆膜干燥后具有耐热、耐磨性能,其表面电阻/体积电阻小于1*106,满足石油储罐及管道的导静电的要求。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方,由重量比例为8-12:1的甲组份和乙组份组成,其中甲组份由酚醛环氧树脂15-25%;柔韧性环氧树脂5-15%;活性稀释剂5-10%;导电云母粉 15-25%;耐盐雾助剂5-12%;颜料 12-20%;纳米增硬剂2-5%;分散剂1-2%;消泡剂0.1-0.5%;流平剂0.3-0.8%;流变助剂0.5-1.5%;硅烷偶联剂0.5-2.0%组成;各个百分比均为重量比例;乙组份为环氧固化剂。
酚醛环氧树脂其环氧基含量高,黏度较大,固化后产物交联密度高,其纤维增强塑料具有良好的物理机械性能。耐热性高于E型环氧树脂。主要用于制作各种结构件、电器元件等。本发明中,酚醛环氧树脂的作用在于提高涂料的硬度和耐腐蚀性能,其耐温性能好,可以保持涂料在温差变化时性能稳定。环氧固化剂优选采用酚醛胺固化剂,具有快速固化、低温固化、优异的耐腐蚀性、无需叔胺或者特殊防腐蚀颜料补充防护等特性。
柔韧性环氧树脂不仅可提高韧性,而且其本身粘度低,可与酚醛环氧树脂一起使用,能提高涂料的耐磨性、韧性及机械强度。
耐盐雾助剂能在涂层中产生电阻效应,与金属阳离子产生电位差,同时产生遮蔽效应;能与金属生成惰性的无机络合层,以防止氧化、腐蚀等作用,从而达到延缓涂料应用在金属表面时的外界腐蚀作用。
导电云母粉为涂料提供导电性能,纳米增硬剂具有耐磨、抗划伤、增加硬度等特点,可以克服树脂的不足,纳米增硬剂可以选择纳米级陶瓷粉。活性稀释剂主要是指含有环氧基团的低分子量环氧化合物.活性稀释剂的主要作用是降低树脂黏度,它们也可以参加环氧树脂的固化反应,成为环氧树脂固化物的交联网络结构的一部分,活性稀释剂可以选择多官能度环氧活性稀释剂。
流平剂促使涂料在干燥成膜过程中形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜。能有效降低涂饰液表面张力,提高其流平性和均匀性,并能形成漆膜,间接提高油漆的防腐性能。流变助剂的作用是减小流挂,提高油漆喷涂厚度。硅烷偶联剂的作用主要是提高油漆附着力。
颜料优选由防锈颜料和着色颜料组成,防锈颜料可以防止金属生锈,但防锈颜料颜色种类少,可以增加着色颜料按照需求调配颜色。
活性稀释剂优选采用多官能度活性稀释剂,多官能度活性稀释剂主要是指含有多个环氧基团的低分子量环氧化合物,能降低体系粘度,也可以参加环氧树脂的固化反应。单官能团活性稀释剂与固化剂聚合后只能得到线形聚合物,而多官能团的活性稀释剂可得到高交联度网络的聚合物。
以下给出本发明所述无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的一种制备方法。
(1)按甲组分配方量将酚醛环氧树脂、柔韧性环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂依次加入,混合并分散均匀;分散转速大于600-800r/min
(2)按配方量先后加入流变助剂,导电云母粉,控制细度≤70μm,再按配方量加入耐盐雾助剂、颜料、纳米增硬剂分散30min.使混合物温度达到50-60℃;过滤得涂料甲组份;过滤时可以使用80目以上滤网过滤。
(3)按涂料甲组份:乙组份=8-12:1混合,环氧固化剂与酚醛环氧树脂、柔韧性环氧树脂、活性稀释剂反应后得到无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料,本发明中活性稀释剂优选为多官能度环氧活性稀释剂,可以参与到与环氧固化剂的反应中,涂料在施工和固化的过程中没有挥发成分,提高了产品的环保性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料配方,其特征在于,由重量比例为8-12:1的甲组份和乙组份组成,
其中甲组份由酚醛环氧树脂15-25%;柔韧性环氧树脂5-15%;活性稀释剂5-10%;导电云母粉 15-25%;耐盐雾助剂5-12%;颜料 12-20%;纳米增硬剂2-5%;分散剂1-2%;消泡剂0.1-0.5%;流平剂0.3-0.8%;流变助剂0.5-1.5%;硅烷偶联剂0.5-2.0%组成;各个百分比均为重量比例;
乙组份为环氧固化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的配方,其特征在于,所述颜料12-20%中,防锈颜料 为10-15%;着色颜料为2-5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的配方,其特征在于,所述活性稀释剂是多官能度环氧活性稀释剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的配方,其特征在于,所述柔韧性环氧树脂为环氧聚合物分子结构的末段接枝柔性基团改性而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的配方,其特征在于,所述纳米增硬剂为纳米级陶瓷粉。
6.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料的配方,其特征在于,所述环氧固化剂为酚醛胺固化剂。
7.无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按甲组分配方量将酚醛环氧树脂、柔韧性环氧树脂、活性稀释剂、分散剂、消泡剂和流平剂依次加入,混合并分散均匀;分散转速大于600-800r/min
(2)按配方量先后加入流变助剂,导电云母粉,控制细度≤70μm,再按配方量加入耐盐雾助剂、颜料、纳米增硬剂分散30min.使混合物温度达到50-60℃;过滤得涂料甲组份;
(3)按涂料甲组份:乙组份=8-12:1混合得到无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料。
8.如权利要求1所述的无溶剂酚醛环氧导静电涂料制备方法,其特征在于,过滤时使用80目以上滤网过滤。
