Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Übergeben von Verpackungsbehältern von einer jo
Förderanlage zu einer Fördereinrichtung der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 genannten Gattung.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist bereits bekannt (US-PS 32 52 384). Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung «
besteht die Förderanlage aus einem Förderrad und die Fördereinrichtung aus einer Förderkette, an deren
Gliedern taschenförmige Aufnahmeelemente befestigt sind. Abgestützt durch die streifenförmigen Führungen
gleiten die Verpackungsbehälter vom Förderrad in die taschenförmigen Aufnahmeelemente der Förderkette.
Nachteilig bei dieser Vorrichtung ist vor allem die Geräuschentwicklung der Kettenförderer, aber auch
der Herstellungsaufwand für dieselben.
Darüber hinaus ist eine Fördervorrichtung bekannt (DE-AS 20 32 080), bei der sich unterhalb einer
Versiegelungsstation für die Verpackungsbehälter schrägstellende Stege jeweils eine Art Rutschfläche für
den jeweiligen Behälter darstellen, von der dieser abrutscht und im freien Fall auf eine Auflagefläche fällt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Fördervorrichtung der eingangs genannten Gattung zu
vereinfachen. Trotz Verwendung konstruktiv einfacher und daher auch billiger Einzelteile und geringer
Störanfälligkeit soll auch ein im wesentlichen lautloses Fördern möglich sein.
Durch die bei der Erfindung angewendeten Maßnahmen wird die Verwendung von Ketten in diesem
Förderbereich vermieden. Außerdem ist es nicht erforderlich, längs der gesamten Förderweglänge
jeweils mit abstehenden Haltefingern versehene, besondere Stützelemente zu befestigen. Durch die Verwendung
des mit abstehenden Haltefingern versehenen Förderrades, das selbst außerordentlich einfach herstell- b5
bar ist, kann ein einfaches gurtförmiges Förderband ohne solche Haltefinger verwendet werden. Es ist leicht
verständlich, daß ein solches einfaches Förderband nicht nur weniger Herstellungskosten, sondern auch viel
weniger Geräusche als Förderketten verursacht und auch die Störanfälligkeit der Gesamtvorrichtung hierdurch
wesentlich vermindert ist Das Förderband, das auch in mehrere parallel zueinander verlaufende
Einzelbänder bzw. Streifen aufgeteilt werden kann, stellt für die aus der Förderanlage herausgleitenden
Behälter eine Art Fallsperre dar. Sowohl die Bewegung des Förderbandes als auch die Drehbewegung des
Förderrades, das insbesondere mit abstehenden Stegen versehen ist, unterstützen sich in bezug auf das
Weiterbewegen bzw. Oberführen der Verpackungsbehälter
von der Förderanlage zu anderen Vorrichtungen.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher
erläutert Dabei zeigt die Zeichnung eine Seitenansicht einer Anlage, in der Verpackungsbehälter hergestellt,
gefüllt und versiegelt werden und die die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung enthält
Die Verpackungsmaschine weist ein Gehäuse 1, eine Vorrichtung 33 zum Behandeln und Fertigstellen der
hergestellten Verpackungsbehälter 30 und eine automatische Packvorrichtung 35 auf. Ein Materialbehälter 58
umfaßt eine Anzahl von Rollengerüsten mit Magazinrollen 8, 9 für Verpackungsmaterial, auf denen
Verpackungsmaterialbänder aufgewickelt sind, welche im vorliegenden Fall beispielsweise aus expandiertem
geschäumten Plastikband aus Polystyrol bestehen, das ein- oder beidseitig mit Schichten aus homogenem
Polystyrol beschichtet ist
Die Streifen 5 und 6 werden von den Magazinrollen 8 und 9 abgewickelt und über Führungsrollen 25 geführt.
Eine Magazinrolle 10 trägt streifenförmiges Abdeckmaterial 7 aus homogenem Kunststoff, welches zum
Überdecken von öffnungen in den fertigen Verpakkungsbehältern bestimmt ist
Die beiden Streifen, die nach dem Formen zusammengefügt und dicht miteinander verbunden werden,
müssen nicht notwendig gleiche Stärke haben. Der Einfachheit halber wird jedoch davon ausgegangen, daß
die Streifen aus Verpackungsmaterial aus gleichartigen Werkstoffen bestehen und etwa gleiche Stärke haben.
Jedoch muß einer der beiden Streifen, nämlich derjenige, der über die Zuführtrommel zugeführt wird,
beträchtlich breiter als der andere Streifen sein, der mittels eines Formwerkzeuges geformt wird.
Das Gehäuse 1 bzw. der Rahmen trägt eine drehbare Zuführtrommel 23, über welche der Streifen 6 aus
Verpackungsmaterial geführt wird, und auf welcher Arbeitsgänge an längs des Umfangs der Zuführtrommel
23 verteilten Stationen ausgeführt werden. Dieser Umfang ist in zwölf Abschnitte oder Segmente 202
unterteilt. Die Verpackungsmaschine umfaßt ferner eine auch als Förderanlage 2 dienende Formvorrichtung zum
Formen des Streifens 5; sie umfaßt bewegbare Former, die als Stege 4 an einer endlosen Kette angebracht sind,
welche in Fig. 1 im Uhrzeigersinn umläuft; ferner ein
Formwerkzeug 3, das als drehbarer, doppelarmiger Flügel erkennbar ist, mittels dem der Streifen 5 in
Berührung mit den Formern, die durch die Stege 4 und dazwischen gebildeten Taschen gebracht werden, um
eine Reihe von miteinander verbundenen U-förmigen Abschnitten bzw. Teilen zu formen. Die Zuführleitung
20 leitet das Füllgut in die Verpackungsbehälter. Ein Steuerventil 21 dient zum Steuern der durch das
Abfüllrohr 19 fließenden Abfüllmenge. Die Maschine weist außerdem Heizvorrichtungen 15 mit einer
Heißluftauelle 22 auf. Ein hin- und herbeweebarer
Träger 13 ist in einem mit dem Gehäuse 1 verbundenen Lager 14 geführt und trägt eine als Faltwerkzeug
ausgebildete Führungsvorrichtung 16, eine Abdichtvorrichtung 17 und ein Schneidwerkzeug 18, die sich
sämtlich gemeinsam mit dem Träger 13 bei seiner Hin- und Herbewegung bewegea Diese Hin- und Herbewegung
ist so abgestimmt, daß sich der Träger 13 synchron mit den Formen bzw. Stegen 4 abwärts hin und
wesentlich schneller aufwärts zurückbewegt
Die fertigen Verpackungsbehälter 30 werden von den abstehenden Stegen 4 der als Formvorrichtung
ausgebildeten Förderanlage 2 zu der Fertigstellungsvorrichtung
33 mittels eines als endloser Gurt ausgebildeten Förderbandes 28 überführt, das zwischen zwei als
Führungsrollen dienenden Umkehrrollen 29 und einem Transport-, Treib- oder Förderrad 27 läuft, welches
zwischen den Umkehrrollen 29 angeordnet ist und abstehende fingerartige Mitnehmer aufweist In der
Fertigstellungsvorrichtung 33 werden Abdichtflossen oder dergleichen so bewegt, daß f.ie den Verpackungsbehältern
30 ein ansprechenderes Aussehen geben und sie von überstehenden Ecken oder Rändern befreien,
über welche sich die Verpackungsbehälter 30 beim Transport oder beim Lagern ineinander verhaken
könnten. Die Verpackungsbehälter 30 werden in einer endlosen Kette in der Fertigstellungsvorrichtung 33
gehalten, welche vorragende bzw. abstehende Teile oder Mitnehmer aufweist, die zwischen sich Zwischenräume
aufweisen, in die die Verpackungen 30 mit Hilfe eines Förderbandes 31 eingebracht werden können, das
um eine Umlenkrolle 32 und die schon erwähnte Umlenkrolle 29 läuft Die Bearbeitung wird mittels eines
Bearbeitungswerkzeuges 36 ausgeführt, worauf die Verpackungsbehälter 30 mittels einer Vorrichtung 34
schließlich an die automatische Packvorrichtung 35 abgegeben werden, von der die Verpackungsbehälter 30
in Transportkartons oder -körbe für die Verteilung eingebracht werden.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Vorrichtung zum Obergeben von in durch abstehende Stege gebildeten Taschen einer Förderanlage von oben nach unten geförderten, im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Verpackungsbehältern an eine sich anschließende etwa horizontale Förderstrecke, mit im unteren Umkehrbereich der Förderanlage angeordneten, sich von der äußeren w Umlaufbahn der abstehenden Stege entfernenden, parallelen, streifenförmigen Führungen zum Abstützen der aus den Taschen herausgleitenden Verpakkungsbehälter und einer endlosen Fördereinrichtung mit von unten zwischen die parallelen streifenförmigen Führungen eingreifenden Mitnehmern, die jeweils einen Verpackungsbehälter zwischen sich aufnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die streifenförmigen Führungen als um Umlenkrolleii umlaufendes Förderband bzw. umlaufende Förderbänder (28) ausgebildet sind, und die Förderwirkung der als zwischen den Umkehrrollen (29) angeordnetes Förderrad (27) ausgebildeten endlosen Fördereinrichtung unterstützen.25
