Description
2 Mp/cm zu zylindrischen Körpern - 100 mm-Durchmesser,
von ca. 50 kp/cm zu zylindrischen Körpern mit einem Durchmesser von 50 mm verpreßt. Die bei einer Temperatur
von 1,5 Mp/cm zu Platten der Maße 300 χ 200 χ 8 mm verpreßt. Der Oberfläche wurde gleichzeitig ein rippenartiges Muster aufgeprägt. Die Platten wurden dann drei Stunden bei T = 1250 C in reiner Argonatmosphäre gesintert. Das Porenvolumen der Platten betrug ca= 40 %, der mittlere Porendurchmesser etwa 2 mm. Die Platten wurden anschließend durch Flammspritzen mit einer 0,9 ,um starken äquimolekularen Platiniridium-Deckschicht versehen und zum Einbrennen der Schicht in Argon auf 7000C erhitzt.
Claims (1)
- PatentansprücheElektrode für elektrochemische Prozesse mit einer aus einem passivierbaren Material bestehenden Basis und einer die Basis wenigstens teilweise bedeckenden aktivierende Stoffe enthaltenden Deckschicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Basis aus einem Titanoxid TiO besteht, wobei χ = 0,25 - 1,50.2- Elektrode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e η n- zeichnet , daß χ = 0,42 bis 0,6.3. Elektrode nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch g e kennzeichnet , daß der Porenanteil der Basis 20 bis 50 Vol.% und der mittlere Porendurchmesser 0,5 - 5 mm betragen.4. Elektrode nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß wenigstens eine Begrenzungsfläche der Basis mit rippenförmigen Verstärkungselementen versehen ist.5. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Elektrode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß Titan- und Titandioxidpulver im Verhältnis 7 : 1 bis 1 : 3 gemischt, mit einem Bindemittel versetzt, verpreßt und bei Temperaturen von 1200 bis 14000C in Argonatmosphäre gesintert werden,PA 74/1 Dr.We/häu - 12 -509832/0540daß die Vorpreßlxnge zerkleinert werden und das TiO -Pulver mit Drücken von 300 bis 2500 kp/cm2 geformt und bei Temperaturen von 1200 bis 14000C gesintert wird und die Formkörper mit einer aktivierende Stoffe enthaltenden Deckschicht versehen werden.PA 74/1 Dr. We/häu509832/0540
