Description
- "Oxadiazolyl-Derivate, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zur Schädlingsbekämpfung" Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Oxadiazolyl-Verbindungen, ihre Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zur Schädlingsbekämpfung. Die Oxadiazolylverbindungen entsprechen der Formel worin R1 Ci-C4-Alkyl,C1-C4tAlkoxy oder unsubstituiertes oder substituiertes Phenyl, R2 C1-C4-Alkyl, R3 substituiertes Alkyl oder die Gruppen und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
- Die fttr R1 und R2 in Frage kommenden Alkyl- und Alkoxygruppen können geradkettig oder verzweigt sein. Beispiele solcher Reste sind unter anderen: Methyl, Methoxy, Aethyl, Aethoxy, Propyl, Propoxy, Isopropyl, Isopropoxy, n-Butyl, n-Butoxy, i-, sek.-, tert.-Butyl.
- Die Substituenten am Phenyl- und Alkylrest bei R3, welcher geradkettig oder verzweigt sein kann, können erster oder zweiter Ordnung sein. Unter Substituenten erster Ordnung sind dabei basizitätsverstärkende Elektronendonatoren zu verstehen. Dabei kommen u.a. folgende Gruppen in Betracht: Halogenatome, wie Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod; Alkoxy-und Alkylthiogruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, die verzweigt sind und 1 bis 2 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen; niedere Alkoxyalkylgruppen, wobei die oben gegebenen Definitionen auch hier zutreffen; prim. sek. und tert.
- Aminogruppen, wobei niedere Alkyl-, Alkanoyl- und Alkoxycarbonylgruppen, bevorzugte Substituenten sind; Hydroxyl-und Mercaptogruppen. Der Phenylrest kann auch durch niedere Alkyl und niedere Haiogenalkylgruppen substituiert sein.
- Unter Substituenten zweiter Ordnung sind azidifizierende Elektronenacceptoren zu verstehen. Dabei kommen u.a.
- folgende Gruppen in Betracht: Nitro- und Cyanogruppen; tri-Halogenalkylgruppen, worin Halogen vorzugsweise F oder C1 bedeutet; niedere Alkylsulfonyl- resp. Alkylsulfinylgruppen, die einen verzweigten oder unverzweigten Alkylrest mit 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, aufweisen; Sulfamyl-und Sulfamidogruppen, wobei die Aminogruppen einen oder zwei Substituenten, vorzugsweise niedere Alkylgruppen, wie oben definiert, tragen können.
- Bevorzugte Substituenten an der Alkylgruppe, bei R3 sind u.a.: Halogen, NO2-, C1-C4-Alkoxy-, Cl-C4-Alkylthio-, unsubstituierte oder substituierte Phenoxy- oder Phenthio-, C1-C2-Alkylsulfinyl-, Phenylsulfinyl-, C1-C2-Alkylsulfonyl-, Phenylsulfonyl-, C1-C4-Alkylamino-, Di -C1-C4-Alkylaminogruppen.
- Wegen ihrer Wirkung bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Formel I, worin R1 Methyl, Methoxy, Aethyl, Aethoxy, Propyl oder Propoxy, R2 Methyl, Aethyl oder Propyl, R3-CH2Cl, -CHC12, und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I werden nach bekannten Methoden z.B.
- a) durch Reaktion eines Hydroxyoxadiazols der Formel mit einem Phosphorsäurehalogenid der Formel in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels oder b) durch Reaktion eines Salzes eines Hydroxyoxadiazole der Formel II mit einem PhosphorsSurehalogenid der Formel III. In den Formeln II und III haben die Symbole, R1, R2, R3 und X die für die Formel I angegebene Bedeutung und Hal für Chlor, Brom oder Jod, insbesondere aber fUr Chlor oder Brom.
- Als Salze der 3-Hydroxyoxadiazole der Formel II eignen sich fUr das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren beispielsweise Salze einwertiger Metalle, insbesondere die Alkalimetallsalze.
- Als säurebindende Mittel kommen in Frage: tertiäre Amine, z.B. Trialkylamine, Pyridin-, Dialkylaniline; anorganische Basen, wie Hydride, Hydroxide; Karbonate und Bikarbonate von Alkali-, Erdalkalimetallen. Bei den Umsetzungen ist es manchmal notwendig, Katalysatoren, wie z.B. Kupfer oder Kupferchlorid, zu verwenden.
- Die Verfahren a) und b) werden bei einer Reaktionstemperatur zwischen 0 - 130"C, bei normalem Druck und in Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt.
- Als Lösungs- oder Verdunnungsmittel eignen sich z.B.
- Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen, wie Diäthyläther, Dipropyläther, Dioxan, Dimethoxyäthan, Tetrahydrofuran; Amide wie N,N-dialkylierte CarbonsSureamide; aliphatische, aromatische sowie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chloroform, Chlorbenzol; Nitrile wie Acetonitrile; DMSO, Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon.
- Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln II und III sind teilweise bekannt und können analog bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I weisen eine breite biozide Wirkung auf und lassen sich daher zur Bekämpfung von verschiedenartigen pflanzlichen und tierischen Schädlingen einsetzen.
- Insbesondere eignen sie sich zur Bekämpfung von Insekten der Familien: Acrididae, Blattidae, Gryllidae, Gryllotalpidae, Tettigoniidae, Cimicidae, Phyrrhocoridae, Reduviidae, Aphididae, Delphacidae, Diaspididae, Pseudococcidae, Chrysomelidae, Coccinellidae, Bruchidae, Scarabaeidae, -Dermestidae, Tenebrionidae, Curculionidae, Tineidae, Noctuidaea Lymantriidae, Pyralidae, Galleridae, Cul icidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae, Trypetidae, Pulicidae sowie Akariden der Familien: Ixodidae, Argasidae, Tetranychidae, Dermanyssidae.
- Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden wesentlich verbreitern und an angegebene Umstände anpassen.

Wirksamkeit gegen Vertreter der Abteilupg Thallophyta auf. So zeigen einige dieser Verbindungen bakterizide Wirkung. Sie sind aber vor allem gegen Fungi, insbesondere gegen die folgenden Klassen, angehörenden phytopathogenen Pilze wirksam: Oomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Denteromycetes.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I zeigen ebenfalls eine fungitoxische Wirkung bei Pilzen, die die Pflanzen vom Boden her angreifen. Ferner eignen sich die neuen Wirkstoffe auch zur Behandlung von Saatgut, FrUchten, Knollen etc.
- zum Schutz vor Pilzinfektionen. Die Verbindungen der Formel I eignen sich auch zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Nematoden.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I können für sich allein oder zusammen mit geeigneten Trägern und/oder Zuschlagstoffen eingesetzt werden. Geeignete-Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik Ublichen Stoffen wie z.B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen, LUsungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln.
- Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu StSubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen, Sprays,-zu Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in Ublicher Formulierung, die in der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehören, verarbeitet werden. Ferner sind "cattle dips" , d.h. Viehbäder, und "spray races" , d.h.
- SprUhgEnge, in denen wässerige Zubereitungen verwendet werden, zu erwähnen.
- Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln.
- Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden: Feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homo gengranula te Flüssige Aufarbeitungs formen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten, Emulsionen; b) Lösungen Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries, Attapulgit, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte KieselsSure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, BUngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindenmehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstande von Pflanzenextrakten , Aktivkohle etc., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage.
- Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.B. Attapulgit, SiO2, Granicalcium, Bentonit usw. aufbringt und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
- Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren Verbindungen vermischt werden (HarnstofflFormaldehyd; Dicyandiamid/Formaldehyd; Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbarem Adsorptions-/Desorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirkstoffen z.B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel) zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen. Derartige Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrogranulaten mit Schüttgewichten von vorzugsweise 300 g/Liter bis 600 g/Liter auch mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von Flugzeugen durchgefuhrt werden.
- Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich.
- Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten.
- Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/ Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate - (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono-und Dialkylphenolen mit 5 - 15 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8 - 9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, LigninsulfonsSure, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyäthylenglykoläther (Carbowachse), Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit 5 - 20 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8 - 18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Aethylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidorne, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
- In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h. Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdUnnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln.
- Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werdenerhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in-Frage. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Napthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und-Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali-und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole und Salze von sulfatierten Fettalkoholglykoläthern, das Natriumsalz von Oleylmethyltaurid, ditertiäre Aethylenglykoles Dialkyldilaurylammoniumchlorid und fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze.
- Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Siliconöle in Frage. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten -Zusätzen so vermischt, vermahlen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 und bei den Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht Uberschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lbsungsmittel und-Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel konidien beispielsweise Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxid und im Bereich von 120 bis 350"C siedende Mineralölfraktionen in Frage. Die Lösungsmittel sollen praktisch geruchlos und den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein.
- Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeignete organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden.
- Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95%, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5% oder sogar reiner Wirks-toff eingesetzt werden können.
- Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden: Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 5%igen und b) 2%igen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff 95 Teile Talkum; b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff 1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen.
- Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5%igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: 5 Teile Wirkstoff 0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther, 3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol 91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3.- 0,8 mm).
- Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epiehlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft.
- Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40%igen, b) und c) 25%igen d) 10%igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff 5 Teile LigninsulfonsSure-Natriumsalz, 1 Teil Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 54 Teile Kieselsäure; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 4,5 Teile Calcium-Liginsulfonat, 1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose-Gemisch (1:1), 1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat, 19,5 Teile Rieselsäure, 19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide, 28,1 Teile Kaolin; c) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 2,5 Teile Isooctylphenoxy-polyoxyäthylen-äthanol, 1,7 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose-Gemisch (1:1), 8,3 Teile Natriumalumilliumsiliat, 16,5 Teile Kieselgur, 46 Teile Kaolin; d) 10 Teile Wirkstoff 3 Teile Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Napthalinsulfonsäure/Formaldehyd-Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin.
- Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verzinnen lassen.
- Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) 10%igen und b) 25%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: a) 10 Teile Wirkstoff 3,4 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 13,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylarylsulfonat-Calcium-Salz, 40 Teile Dimethylformamid, 43,2 Teile Xylol; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 2,5 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 10 Teile eines hlkylarylsulfonat/FettalkoholpolyglykolSther-Gemisches, 5 Teile Dimethylformamid, 57,5 Teile Xylol.
- Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden.
- Sprtthmittel: Zur Herstellung eines Teigen Sprühmittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet: 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 1 Teil Epichlorhydrin, 94 Teile Benzin (Siedegrenzen 160 - 190°C); Beispiel 1 Herstellung von 0,0-Diäthyl-0[5-phenoxylmethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazolyl-(3)]-thiophosphat a) 23,6 g Hydroxylamin-Hydrochlorid werden in 70 ml Pyridin gelöst. Dazu tropft man bei 5 - 10°C innert 30 Minuten 54,8 g Phenoxyacetylisocyanat. Nach l-stündigem Rühren 3 wird Eis und ca. 50 cm HCl-conz. zugegeben. Die saure Suspension wird abfiltriert, gut mit Eiswasser gewaschen und dann im Mixer mit 150 ml H20 angeschlemmt. Die Suspen-3 -sion wird mit 30 cm NaOH stark alkalisch gestellt und gut gemixt. Die feine Suspension wird aut pH 7 - 8 gestellt, klarfiltriert, mit CH2C12 extrahiert und am Rotaverdampfer total von CH2 C12 befreit.
- Nach dem Ansäuren wird filtriert, getrocknet und aus Aethanol-Petroläther 50 - 700C umkristallisiert, man erhält 5-Phenoxymethyl-1,2,4,-oxadiazol-3-ol mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 124 - 1260C.
- Analyse: berechnet: C 56,25 H 4,2C N 14,58 gefunden: C 56>25 H 4,50 N 14,60 b) 15,3 g 5-Phenoxymethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-ol werden in 250 ml Methyläthylketon mit 11,6 g K2C03 versetzt und 1/2 Stunde auf 70°C erwärmt. Nach dem Abkühlen gibt man bei 50°C 15 g Chlorthiophosphorsäurediäthylester zu und lässt 15 Stunden bei 550C nachrühren. Dann wird die Suspension auf 0°C abgekühlt, klarfiltriert und total eingeengt. Nach der Säulenchromatographie mit Toluol über Kieselgel erhält man blassgelbes 0,0-Diäthyl-0[5-Phenoxymethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazolyl(3)]-thiophosphat mit einem Brechungsindex von nD24 = 1,5195.
- Analyse: berechnet: C 45,35 H 4,98 N 8,14 gefunden: C 45,10 H 5,20 N 8,00 Auf analoge Weise werden auch folgende Verbindungen hergestellt: Beispiel 2 A) Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung Baumwollpflanzen und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer 0,05%igen wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Baumwollpflanzen je mit Spodoptera littoralis- oder Heliothis virescens-Larven L3 und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer-Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt. Der Versuch wurde bei 240C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgefuhrt.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test eine gute insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodoptera-, Heliothis- und Leptinotarsa decemlineata-Larven.
- B) Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine 0,01%ige wässrige Wirkstofflösung (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt. Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkung geschützt.
- Der Versuch wurde bei 240C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test systemisch gegen Aphis fabae.
- Beispiel 3 Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis Je 6 Reispflanzen der SorteCaloro wurden in Plastiktöpfen, die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen, verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (L1; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser.
- Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgt 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Chilo suppressalis.
- Beispiel 4 Wirkung gegen Zecken A) Rhipicephalus bursa Je 5 adulte Zecken oder 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 oder 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte.
- Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tage. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederholungen.
- B) Boophilus microplus (Larven) Mit einer analogen Verdiinnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon) Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten in diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp, OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus.
- Beispiel 5 Akarizide Wirkung Phaaeolus vulgaris (Pflanzen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstuck aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach zwei bis 7 Tagen wurden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt.
- Während der "Haltezeit" standen die behandlten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 250C.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae.
- Beispiel 6 Wirkung gegen Bodennematoden Zur Prüfung der Wirkung gegen Bodennematoden wurden die Wirkstoffe in der jeweils angegebenen Konzentration in durch Wurzelzellen-Nematoden- (Meloidogyne arenaria) infizierte Erde gegeben und innig vermischt. In die so vorbereitete Erde wurden in einer Versuchsreihe unmittelbar danach Tomatensetzlinge gepflanzt und in einer anderen Versuchsreihe nach 8 Tagen Wartezeit Tomaten eingesät.
- Zur Beurteilung der nematoziden Wirkung wurden 28 Tagen nach dem Pflanzen bzw. nach der Saat die an den Wurzeln vorhandenen Gallen ausgezählt.
- In diesem Test zeigten die Wirkstoffe gemäss Beispiel 1 eine gute Wirkung gegen Meloidogyne arenaria.
Claims (11)
- PatentansprücheVerbindungen der Formel worin R1 C1-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy oder unsubstituiertes oder substituiertes Phenyl, R2 C1-C4-Alkyl, R3 substituiertes Alkyl oder die Gruppen und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel'bedeuten.
- 2. Verbindungen gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R1 Methyl, Methoxy, Aethyl, Aethoxy, Propyl oder Propoxy, R2 Methyl, Aethyl oder Propyl, R3 -CH2C1, -CHCl2, -CC13, -CH2-CH2-Br, und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels mit einer Verbindung-der Formel umsetzt oder eine Verbindung der Formel mit einer Verbindung der Formel reagieren lässt, worin R1, R2, R3 und X die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hal für Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod und Me für ein einwertiges Metall steht.
- 9. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welche als aktive Komponente eine Verbindung gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7 und geeignete Träger und/oder andere Zuschlagstoffe enthält.
- 10. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7 zur Bekämpfung von verschiedenartigen tierischen und pflanzlichen Schädlingen.
- 11. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäss Anspruch 10 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Vertretern der Ordnung Akarina.
