Description
- Thiophosphinylamide zur Schädlingsbekämpfung Die vorliegende Erfindung betrift Thiophosphinylamide, Verfahren zur ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung in der Schädlingsbekämpfung.
- Die neuen Wirkstoffe entsprechen der Formel worin R1 und R2 je C1-C5-Alkyl, C3-C5-Alkenyl oder C3-C5-Alkinyl, A einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, unsubstituierten oder substituierten C2-C6-Alkylen--, C2-C6-Alkenylen oder C4-C6-Alkadienylenrest bedeuten.
- Die bei R1 und R2 stehenden Cl-C5-Alkylß C3-C5-Alkenyl-oder C -C -Alkinylgruppen können geradkettig oder verzweigt, 35 unsubstituiert oder durch Halogen, wie z.B. Fluor oder Chlor, C1-C4 -Alkoxy oder C1-C4-Alkylthio substituiert sein. Beispiele solcher Gruppen sind u.a.: Methyl, Trichlormethyl, Aethyl, 1,1-Dichloräthyl, Isopropyl, n-, i-, sek.-, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Methoxyäthyl, Methylthioäthyl, Allyl, Methallyl, Propargyl, Beispiele von bevorzugten C2-C6-Alkylen, C2-C6-Alkenylen- oder C4-C6-Alkadienylenresten, welche ein oder mehrfach durch z..
- Cl-C4-Alkyl substituiert sein können sind u.a.: Aethylen, l-Methyläthylen, 1,1-Dimethyläthylen, l-Aethyläthylen, Butylen, Pentylen, Hexylen, Propylen, 2-Methylpropylen, 2-ButenyleI 2-Pentenylen, 2,4-Pentadienylen, 3-Hexenylen.
- Wegen ihrer Wirkung bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Formel I, worin R1 Aothyl, R2 Trichlormethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl oder n-Pentyl und A Aethylen, l-Methyläthylen, Propylen, 2-Methylpropylen, Butylen, Pentylen oder Hexylen bedeuten.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I können nach folgenden, an sich bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden:

Trialkylamine, Pyridin, Dialkylaniline; anorganische Basen, wie Hydride, Hydroxide; Karbonate und Bikarbonate von Alkali-und Erdalkalimetallen. Bei den Umsetzungen ist es manchmal notwendig, Katalysatoren, wie z.B. Kupfer oder Kupferohlorid, zu verwenden. Die Verfahren la und 1 und 2 werden bei einer Reaktionstemperatur zwischen "0 bis 1300C, bei normalem Druck und in Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt.
- Gegenbenenfalls werden die Reaktionen auch in einer Inertgas-Atmosphäre, zum Beispiel in einer Stickstoffatmosphäre, ausgeführt.
- Als Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel eignen sich z.B. Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen, wie Diäthyläther, Dipropyläther, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Amide, wie N,N-dialkylierte Carbonstiureamide; aliphatische, aromatische sowie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chloroform, Chlorbenzol; Nitrile wie Acetonitrile; DMSO, Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Wasser.
- Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln II, III, IV und V lassen sich analog bekannten Methoden herstellen.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel I können zur Bekämpfung der verschiedenartigsten tierischen und pflanzlichen Schädlinge so z.B.
- als Herbizide, Fungizide und als Pflanzenregulatoren eingesetzt werdcn.
- Die Verbindungen der Formel 1 besitzen aber vorallem nematizide Eigenschaften, welche denjenigen bekannter, analoger Verbindungen überraschenderweise weit überlegen sind. So können die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen zur Bekämpfung z.B. folgender pflanzenpathogene Nematoden eingesetzt werden: Meloidogyne Arten, Heterodera Arten, Ditylenchus Arten, Pratylenchus Arten, Paratylenchus Arten, Anguina Arten, Belonolaismus Arten, Trichodorus Arten, tongidorus Arten, Aphelenchoides Arten.
- Daneben eignen sich die Verbindungen der Formel I auch zur Bekämpfur aller Entwicklungsstadien wie z.B. Eier, Larven, Puppen, Nymphen und Adulte von Insekten der Familien: Teltigonidae, Gryllidae, Gryllotal dae, Blattidae, Peduviidae, Phyrrhocoriae, Cimicidae, Delphacidae, Aphididae, Diaspididae, Pseudococcidae, Scarabaeidae, Dermestidae, Coccinellidae, Tenebrionidae, Chrysomelidae,- Bruchidae, Tineidae, Noctuidae, Lymatriidae, Pyralidae, Culcidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Trypetidae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae und Pulicidae, sowie Akariden der Familien Isodidae, Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae, Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden wesentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. Trägern und/oder Zuschlagstoffen eingesetzt werden0 Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen wie z.B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen, Lösung, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln.
- Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu Stäubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen Sprays, zu Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in üblicher Formulierung, die in-der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehört, verarbeitet werden0 Ferner sind "cattle dips", d.h. Viehbäder, und "spray races", d.h. Sprühgänge, in denen wässerige Zubereitungen verwendet werdenJzu erwähnen.
- Die Herstellung erfindungsgernässer Mittel erfolgt in an sieh- bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden: feste Aufärbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver (wettable powders), Pasten, Emulsionen; b) Lösungen Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt, Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries, Attapulgit, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium-und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindenmehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstände von Pflanzenextrakten, Aktivkohle etc., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage.
- Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel 1 in einem organischen Lösungsmittel löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.B. Attapulgit, SiO2, Granicalcium, Bentonit usw. aufbringt und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
- Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Dicyandiamid/ Formaldehyd; Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester und-andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbarem AdsorptionsiDesorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirktoffen z.B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel) zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen. Derartige Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrogranulaten mit Schüttgewichten von vorzugsweise 300 g/Liter bis 600-g/Liter auch mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von Flugzeugen durchgerührt werden., Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials mit den MSirk--und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich0 Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Hartfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft-und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten.
- Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Oiein/ Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen mit 5-15 Aethylenoxidrestdn pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäure, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyäthylenglykoläther (Carbowachs), Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit 5-20 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und'8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Aethylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
- In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h.
- Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten und Emulsionskonzetrate stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln.
- Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. A18 Trägergtoffe kommen bei spielsweise die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage0, In ma en Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali-und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole und Salze von sulfatierten Fettalkoholglykoläthern, das Natriumsalz von Ole ylmethyltaurid, ditertiäre Aethylenglykole, Dialkyldilaurylammoniumchlorid;und fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalka-Isalze0 $ Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Siliconöle in Frage.
- Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusatze so vermischt, vermahlen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 und bei den Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht überschreitet0 Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxid und im Bereich von 120 bis 3500C siedende Mineralölfraktionen in Frage.
- Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch und den-Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein.
- Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln,, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst, Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden.
- Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0>1 bis 95%, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5% oder sogar reiner Wirkstoff eingesetzt werden können.
- Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden: Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) obigen und b) zeigen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff 95 Teile Talkum; b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff 1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen.
- Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5%igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: 5 5 Teile Wirkstoff 0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther, 3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol 91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3 - 0,8 mm).
- Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aurgesprüht und anschliossend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft.
- Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40%igen, b) und c) 25.gen d) 10 frigen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff 5 Teile Ligninsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 1 Teil Dibutylnaphtalinsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 54 Teile Kieselsäure; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 4,5 Teile Calcium-Ligninsulfonat, 1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose Gemisch (1:1), 1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat, 1935 Teile Kieselsäure, 19>5 Teile Champagne-Kreide, 28,1 Teile Kaolin: c) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 2,5 Teile Isooctylphenoxy-polyoxyäthylen-äthanol, 1,7 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose Gemisch (1:1), 8,3 Teile Natriumaluminiumsilikat, 16,5 Teile Kieselgur, 46 Teile Kaolin; d) 10 Teile Wirkstoff 3 Teile Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure Aormaldehyd-Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin.
- Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zusehlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen.
- Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) 10%igen und b) 25%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: a) 10 Teile Wirkstoff 3,4 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 13,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylarylsulfonat-Calcium-Salz, 40 Teile Dimethylformamid, 43,2 Teile Xylol; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff 2,5 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 10 Teile eines Alkylarylsulfonat/Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther-Gemisches, 5 Teile Dimethylformamid, 57>5 Teile Xylol.
- Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden.
- Sprühmittel: Zur Herstellung eines 5 %igen Sprühmittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet: 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 1 Teil Epichlorhydrin, 94 Teile Benzin (Siedegrenzen 160 -190°C); Beispiel 1 Zu.einer Lösung von 5,7 g Methyläthylenimin und 2,Og Triäthylamin in 150 ml Chloroform (wsserfrei) werden unter Stickstoffatomosphäre bei 5 bis 10°C 22,0 g.0-Aethyl-S-n-propyldithiophosphorsäurechlorid, gelöst in 100 ml Chloroform, zugetropft. Die Mischung wird dann eine Stunde bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und anschliessend eingedampft. Man nimmt den Rückstand in 300 ml Diäthyläther auf und filtriert das ausgeschiedene Triäthylaminchlorhydrat ab.
- Nach dem Eindampfen des Filtrates erhält man die Verbindung der Formel 25 mit einem Brechungsindex von nD 1.5192 Auf analoge Weise werden auch folgende Verbindungen hergestellt.

- Der Versuch wird bei 240C und 60% relativer Luftfeüchtigkeit durchgeführt.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodoptera litoralis und Leptinotarsa decemlineataO B) Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine 0,Ol%ige wässrige Wirkstoffe lösung (erhalten aus einem obigen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt. Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkung geschützt, Der Versuch wurde bei 240C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt.
- In den obigen Versuchen zeigten die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung und systemisch-insektizide Wirkung.
- Beispiel 3 Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfe,-die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen,verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (L1; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgte 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Chilo suppressalis.
- Beispiel 4 Sterilisierte Komposterde wurde homogen mit einem Spritzpulver enthaltend 25» Wirkstoff gemischt, sodass eine Aufwandmenge von 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare resultierte.
- Mit der behandelten Erde wurden junge Zucchettipflanzen (Cucumis pepo) in Plastiktöpfe eingetropft (drei Pflanzen pro Topf mit einem Durchmesser von 7 cm). Jeder Topf wurde unmittelbar nachher mit 5 Aulacophora femoralis Larven resp. Pachmoda- oder Chortophila Larven infestiert. Die Kontrolle wurde 4, 8, 16 und 32 Tage nach Einsetzen der Larven durchgeführt.
- Bei 80-100% Abtötung nach der ersten Kontrolle erfolgte eine neue Infestation mit je 5 Larven in das gleiche Erdmuster mit 3 neuen Zucchettipflanzen. Wenn die Wirkung geringer als 8GX war, verblieben die restlichen Tiere in der Testerde bis zur nächstfolgenden Kontrolle. Bewirkte eine Substanz bei einer Aufwendmenge von 8 kg/ha 100% Abtötung, dann erfolgte eine Nachprüfung mit 4 resp. 2 kg Aktivsubstanz/ha.
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test Wirkung gegen Aulacophora femoralis-, Pachmoda- und Chlortophila-Larven.
- Beispiel 5 Wirkung zeigen Zecken A) Rhipicephalus bursa Je 5 adulte ecken oder 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 und 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte.
- Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederhohlungen B) Boophilus microplus (Larven) Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon).
- Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten in diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus.
- Beispiel 6 Akarizide Wirkung Phaseolus vulgaris (Buschbohnen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach zwei bis 7 Tagen wurden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückte Während der "Haltezeit" standen die behandelten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 250ca Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae.
- Beispiel 7 Nematizid-Test Zur Prüfung der W-irkung gegen Bodennematoden wird die Wftksubstanz in der jeweils angegebenen Konzentration in durch Wurzelgallen-Nematoden (Meloidogyne arenaria) infizierte Erde gegeben und innig vermischt. In die so vorbereitete Erde werden in der Versuchsreihe A (Tabelle 1) unmittelbar danach Tomatensetzlinge gepflanzt und in der Versuchsreihe B (Tabelle 2) nach 8 Tagen Wartezeit Tomaten eingesät.
- Zur Beurteilung der nematiziden Wirkung werden 28 Tage nach dem Pflanzen bzw. nach der Saat, die an den Wurzeln vorhandenen Gallen ausgezählt.
- Bonitierung: O = volle nematizide Wirkung, kein Befall, 3 = keine nematizide Wirkung, gleicher Befall wie Kontrolle, 1 und 2 = Zwischenstufen des Befalis.

Claims (3)
- Patentansprüche 1. Verbindungen der Formel worin 1 und je je C1-C5-Alkyl, C3-C5 -Alken yl oder C-C -Alkinyl h einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, unsubstituierten oder substituierten C2-C6-Alkylen-, C2-C6-Alkenylen oder C4-C6-Alkadienylenrest bedeuten.
- 2. Verbindungen gemäss Anspruch 1, worin R1 Aethyl, R2 Trichlormethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl oder n-Pentyl und A Aethylen, 1-Methyläthylen, Propylen, 2-Methylpropylen, Butylen, Pentylen oder Hexylen bedeuten.
- 3. Verbindung gemäss Anspruch 2 der Formel Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welche als aktive Komponente eine Verbindung gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und geeignete Träger und/oder andere Zuschlagstoffe enthalten.Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäss den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Nematoden, von Insekten und von Vertreten der Ordnung Akarina.
