Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stahlträger für eine Verbunddecke, der einen in den Beton wenigstens teilweise eingebetteten Obergurt und einen mit diesem durch einen Steg verbundenen Untergurt aufweist.
Es ist bereits ein Stahlträger der vorstehend genannten Gattung bekannt (US-PS 30 93 932), der einen !-Querschnitt aufweist und dessen Obergurt vollständig und dessen vertikaler Steg zum Teil in den Beton eingegossen wird.
I; Außerdem ist es bei Stahlträgern dieser Art bekannt
(FR-PS 13 55 345), an den Obergurt nach oben stehende Ansätze oder Bolzen anzuschweißen, um die Aufnahme von Schubkräften oder Scherkräften durch den Obergurt zu verbessern.
Das Anschweißen solcher Ansätze oder Bolzen ist zeitaufwendig und verursacht zusätzliche Kosten.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Stahlträger der eingangs genannten Gattung zu schaffen, der in Verbindung mit einer besonders wirtschaftlichen Herstellung eine optimale Aufnahme von Schubkräften durch den Obergurt ohne zusätzliche Maßnahmen gewährleistet
Erfindungsgemäß ist zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe "orgesehen, daß der Obergurt einen Einbettungsteil mit einem Z-förmigen oder S-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist
Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß der Schubwiderstand zwischen dem Obergurt und der um diesen gegossenen Betondecke aufgrund der Z-Form bzw. S-Form wesentlich erhöht und vor allem zu einem beachtlichen Teil unabhängig von der Haftung zwischen Beton und Obergurt ist Entsprechende Versuche haben gezeigt, daß selbst bei eingeöltem Obergurt ein außerordentlich hoher Schubwiderstand auftritt
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 5 definiert

In der F i g. 1 ist eine Verbunddecke 10 dargestellt weiche Stahlträger 11 und eine gegossene Betondecke 12 mit einem Bewehrungsgeflecht 13 aufweist. Nach der F i g. 1 umfaßt jeder der offenen Stahlträger einen Untergurt 14, einen Zick-Zack-Stangensteg 15 und einen Obergurt 16.
In F i g. 2 isi eine Ausiühruiig für einen im Querschnitt S-förmigen Obergurt dargestellt.
In Fig.3 ist eine weitere alternative Ausführungsform des Obergurtes dargestellt, die beispielsweise durch Zusammenschweißen von flachen Bändern zu der gewünschten endgültigen Konfiguration hergestellt sein kann.
In den F i g. 4 und 5 sind Kaltwalzenblech-Stahlträger 210 dargestellt Die Stahlträger 210 umfassen jeweils einen Untergurt 211 in einer rechtwinkligen Gestalt, einen vertikalen Steg 212 und einen Z-förmigen Obergurt 213.

Claims (5)

Patentansprüche:
1. Stahlträger für eine Verbunddecke, der einen in den Beton wenigstens teilweise eingebetteten Obergurt und einen mit diesem durch einen Steg verbundenen Untergurt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Obergurt (16; 213) einen Einbettungsteil mit einem Z-förmigen oder S-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist ι ο
2. Stahlträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Obergurt (16; 213) aus Stahlblech geformt ist
3. Stahlträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Obergurt (16; 213) aus einem Stahlblechband gewalzt ist
4. Stahlträger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Obergurt (16; 213) durch Kaltwalzen hergestellt ist
5. Stahlträger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Obergurt (213) zusammen mit dem Steg (212) und dem Untergurt (211) aus einem einzigen Stahlblechband gewalzt ist
