  1. Patentansprüche für BE, CH, DE, FR, GB, IT, LI, LU, NL, SE
    1. Additionsverbindung zwischen Econazol und Acexamsäure der Formel I
    . CH CONH(CH J-COOH
    (I)
    Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung der Formel I, worin Econazol mit Acexamsäure in Gegenwart eines wasserfreien oder teilweise hydratisierten Lösungsmittels, wie Methanol, Ethanol, Aceton, in äquimolaren Verhältnissen oder in einem Überschuß von Acexamsäure bis zu 5 % bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 0° bis 1000C, vorzugsweise 20 bis 500C, umgesetzt wird, das Lösungsmittel sodann durch Verdampfen unter vermindertem Druck entfernt wird und die so gebildete Verbindung sich kristallisieren gelassen wird.
    3. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen zur äußerlichen Aufbringung für die Verwendung in der Human- und Tiermedizin, welche die Verbindung I als den aktiven Wirkstoff, gegebenenfalls im Gemisch mit pharmazeutisch verträglichen Trägern oder Exzipienten enthält &igr;
