Description
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 7. März 1907 ab.
Das Verfahren beruht auf der· Beobachtung, daß ein Zusatz .von gewissen Salzen der Phosphorsäure
und Borsäure zu den schwefelalkalihaltigen Färbebädern der Sulfmfarbstoffe
ein rascheres Aufziehen der Farbstoffe bewirkt, so daß namentlich dann, wenn bei niederen
Temperaturen gearbeitet wird, intensivere Färbungen erzielt werden können, als dies bisher
möglich war. Als geeignete Salze haben sich das Dinatriumphosphat, Natriumammoniümphosphat
(Phosphorsalz) und Borax erwiesen. Eine Ausfällung von Farbstoff findet bei Anwendung
dieser Salze nicht statt.
Beispiel. Man färbt Baumwollgarn in einem Bade, das mit 6 Prozent Immedialindon R cone,
Prozent Schwefelnatrium krist., 2 Prozent Soda calc, 10 Prozent Kochsalz besetzt ist,
und gibt während der Färbens 6 Prozent Dinatriumphosphat hinzu.

Ρλτε ν τ-Anspruch:
Verfahren zum Färben von Baumwolle mit Sulfinfarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Schwefelalkalibade bei Gegenwart von Phosphaten oder Boraten, wie insbesondere Dinatriumphosphat, Phosphorsalz,
Borax, gefärbt wird.
