Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Phosphorsäureester, die zur Schädlingsbekämpfung eingesetzt

Arylradikal, insbesondere Phenyl- oder Naphthylradikal darstellt. lintar Halogenatomen werden Fluor, Chlor,

Besonders geeignete Wirkstoffe sind diejenigen der Formel I, worin Hai Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, R, und ■-?,.
Methyl oder Aethyl darstellen und R7. eine gegebenenfalls
durch einen oder mehrere der Substituenten Halogen, Methyl,
Aethyl, Methoxy, Aethoxy, Methylmercapto, Methylsulfinyl, Methylsulfonyl, -NOp, -CF,, -CN, -SCN, Carbäthoxy, Carbomethoxy,
Acetyl oder Propionyl substituierte Phenylgruppe bedeuten.
Von diesen haben solche Verbindungen eine besonders gute Wirkung, worin Hai Chlor ist und der Substituent
R1, eine durch einen oder mehrere der Substituenten
Chlor, Brom, Jod, -CNj, -NCp oder -CF, substituierte Phenyl-

gruppe bedeutet, die ausserdem noch Kethyl ocer Äethyl
enthalten kann.
Die neuen Phosphorsäureester der Formel I wirken bei spielsweise gegen Insekten, Nernatoden und Vertreter
der Ordnung Äcarina sowie gegen pflanzenpathogene Bakterien und Pilze. In entsprechend höheren Aufwandmensren
zeigen sie auch eine herbizide und entblätternde Wirkung.
Ihr Hauptanwendungsgebiet ist die Bekämpfung aller Entwicklungsstadien von saugenden und beissenden Insekten
und Acarina, d.h. von Eiern, Larven, Puppen, Nymphen
und Adulten bzw. Imagines.
Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören Dipteren und Hymenopteren, z.B. Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie Myzus persicae,
Doralis fabae, Rhopalosiphum padi, Macrosiphum pisi,
Macrosiphum solanifolii, Cryptomyzus korschelti, Sappaphis g
mali, Hyalopterus arundinis, Myzus cerasi, dann Schild- und
Wolläuse (Coccina), z.B. Aspidiotus hederae, Lecanium
hesperidum, Pseudococcus maritimus, Thripsarten (Thysanoptera)

bekannt sind. So wird etwa der Reisstengelbohrer Chilo suppressalis bereits mit Wirkstoffmengen von 0,02$ vollständig
abgetötet.
Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I zeigen ausser der Insektiziden und akariziden Wirkung auch eine starke
Wirkung gegen pflanzenpathogene Nematoden, von denen folgenden Ordnungen genannt werden sollen:
Aphelenchoides, z.B. Aphelenchus ritzemabosi,
Aphelenchus fragäriae, Aphelenchus oryzae, dann Ditylenchoides
z.B. Ditylenchus dipsaci, ferner Meloidogyne, z.B.
Meloidogyne arenaria, Meloidogyne incognita, dann zystenbildende
Nematoden (Heterodera), z.B. Heterodera rostochiensis,

Zur Herstellung vors direkt versprühbaren
Lösungen del' Verbindungen der Formel (I ^ kommen z.B. Mineralöl
Traktionen von hohem bis mittlerem Siedebereich, wie Dieselöl,
oder Kerosen, Kohlenteerö'l und OeIe pflanzlicher oder
tierischer Herkunft, sowie Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. alkylierte
Naphthaline oder Tetrahydronaphthalin, in Betracht, gegebenenfalls
unter Verwendung von Xylolgemisehen, Cyclohexanoien,
Ketonen, ferner chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie TrichI
orathan, Trichloräthylen oder' Tri- und Tetrachlorbenzolen.
Mit Vorteil werden organische Lösungsmittel verwendet, deren Siedepunkt über 100 C liegt.
Wässerige Applikationformen werden besonders
zweckmassig aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Pasten oder netsbaren Spritzpulvern durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet. Als Emulgier-
oder Dispergiermittel kommen nichtionogene Produkte, z.B.
Kondensationsprodukte von aliphatischen Alkoholen, Aminen oder Carbonsäuren mit einem langkettigen Kohlenwasserstoffrest von etwa 10 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen mit Aethylenoxyd
in Betracht, z.B. das Kondensationsprodukt von Octadecylalkohol und 25 bis 30 Mol Aethylenoxyd, oder dasjenige von
technischem Oleylamin und 15 Mol Aethylenoxyd oder dasjenige
von Dodeey!mercaptan und 12 Mol Aethylenoxyd. Als anionaktive
Emulgiermittel seien erwähnt: das Natriumsalz des Dodecylal-

koholschwefelsäureesters, das Natriumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure,
das Kalium- oder Triäthanolaminsalz der OeI-säure oder der Abietinsäure oder Mischungen dieser Säuren,
oder das Natriumsalz einer Petroleumsulfonsäure. Als kationaktive Dispergiermittel kommen quaternäre Ammoniumverbindungen,
wie das Cetylpyridiniumbromid, oder das Dioxyäthylbenzyldodecylarnmoniumchlorid in Betracht.
Zur Herstellung von Stäube- und Streumitteln
können als feste Trägerstoffe Talkum, Kaolin, Bentonit, Calciumcarbonat,
Calciumphosphat, aber auch Kohle, Korkmehl, Holzmehl und andere Materialien pflanzlicher Herkunft herangezogen
werden.
Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel (i) in einem organischen
Lösungsmittel löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.B. Attapulgit, SiOp, Granicalcium,
Bentonit usf. aufbringt und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
Es können auch Polymerengranulate verwendet werden. Sie lassen sich so herstellen, dass die Wirkstoffe
der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Dicyandiamid/Formaldehyd,

Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende
Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen
unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige,
poröse Polymerengranulate (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester oder andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und
günstigem vorausbestimmbaren Adsorptions/Desorptions-Verhältnis mit den Wirkstoffen z.B. in Form ihrer Lösungen
(in einem niedrigsiedenen Lösungsmittel) zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernern. Derartige Polymerengranulate
können in Form von Mikrogranulaten mit Schüttgewichten von vorzugsweise JOO g/Liter bis 600 g/Liter auch mit
Hilfe von Verstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Verstäuben kann über ausgedehnten Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen
mit Hilfe von Flugzeugen durch geführt werden.
Selbstverständlich lassen sich den Granulaten weitere Pestizide, Düngemittel, oberflächenaktive Mittel
oder Stoffe zur Erhöhung des spezifischen Gewichts wie BaS(K zusetzen.

Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendes
Zerkleinern erhältlich.
Die verschiedenen Anwendungsformen können in üblicher Weise durch Zusatz von Stoffen, welche die Verteilung,
die Haftfestigkeit, die Regenbeständigkeit oder das Eindringungsvermögeu verbessern, versehen sein; als
solche Stoffe seien erwähnt: Fettsäuren, Harz, Leim, Casein oder Alginate.
Im allgemeinen enthalten die Mittel zwischen 0,01 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis
80 Gewichtsprozent. In gewissen speziellen Anwendungsgebieten,
z.B. bei Flugzeugapplikationen, lässt sich auch technisch reiner Wirkstoff einsetzen und versprühen.
Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I lassen sich zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums mit bekannten Insektiziden,
akariziden und/ oder nematoziden Wirkstoffen kombinieren, von denen beispielsweise folgende genannt sein sollen:

wurden in 100 ml Toluol gelöst. In diese Lösung wurden 40 g Triäthylphosphit zugegeben, woraufhin das Reaktionsgemisch

Gleiche Teile eines erfindungsgemassen Wirkstoffes und gefällte Kieselsäure werden fein vermählen. Durch
Vermischen mit Kaolin oder Talkum können daraus Stäubemittel mit bevorzugt 1-6$ Wirkstoffgehalt hergestellt werden.
b) Spritzpulver
Zur Herstellung eines Spritzpulvers werden beispielsweise die folgenden Komponenten gemischt und fein
vermählen:

werden gemischt. Beim Verdünnen mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration entsteht eine spritzfähige Emulsion. d) Granulate
a) 7*5 g eines der Wirkstoffe der Formel I werden in 100 ml Aceton gelöst und die so erhaltene acetonische
Lösung auf 92 g granuliertes Attapulgit(Maschenweite:
24/48 Maschen/inch) gegeben. Das Ganze wird gut vermischt, das Lösungsmittel im Rotationsverdampfer abgezogen. Man erhält ein
Granulat mit 7,5 % Wirkstoffgehalt.
b) Zur Herstellung eines lO^igen Polymerengranulats werden IO5O bis 1100 g technischer Wirkstoff
der Formel I in 2 Liter Trichloräthylen gelöst und in einem Wirbelschichtgranulator bei 1,5 atü Sprühdruck auf
9230 g vorgelegtes poröses Harnstoff/HCHO-Granulat aufge-

to sprüht. Durch Aufheizen der Wirbelluft auf ca. 50 C lässt

ro c) Zur Herstellung eines 7»5#igen beschwerten
Granulats werden 770 g eines festen techn. Wirkstoffs der
Formel I, 500 g BaSO1,, 1000 g Harnstoff und 7730 g pulvriges,
poröses Polyacrylnitril auf einem Walzenstuhl verpresst und anschliessend auf die gewünschte Korngröcse gebrochen.

Kontaktwirkung auf Musca domestlca (L.) und
Ceratitis capitata.
Je 1 Hälfte einer Petrischale wurde mit je
1 ml einer acetonischen Lösung der Substanz Nr. 1 behandelt,
die 1000, 100, 10, 5, 2,5 und 1,25 ppm des Wirkstoffes enthielt.
Nach Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels wurden je 10 unterkühlte Stubenfliegen in die vorbereiteten Petri schalen gebracht
und die Deckelhälften aufgelegt. Nach wachsenden Zeitintervallen wurde bei den verschiedenen Konzentrationen die
Abtötung kontrolliert. Folgende Abtötung in Prozent wurde nach 2 Stunden erzielt:

Wirkung gegen Spodoptera littoralis-Larven.
Je 5 Larven im L-2-Stadiura werden auf ein
Blatt von Malva silvestris gesetzt, das von einer in eine
wässrige Lösung eines Wirkstoffes getauchten Pflanze stammt und danach in eine abgedeckte Petrischale gegeben worden
war. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Schale wird mit einem befeuchteten Wattebausch aufrechterhalten. Bei diesem Kontakt-
und Prasstest wird die Wirkung nach 1 Tag und nach 2 Tagen geprüft. Hat bereits nach 1 Tag für eine bestimmte Konzentration
vollständige Abtötung stattgefunden, so wird ein frisches Blatt derselben Pflanze mit einer neuen Population besiedelt.
Auf diese Weise wird auch eine eventuelle Alterung des Wirkstoffbelags bei der Auswertung berücksichtigt.
Für Wirkstoff Nr. 25 ergaben sich folgende Abtötungsprozehte:

gelassen. Die Versuchstiere, L-4-Stadium des Käfers, wurden in eine Cellophantüte eingebracht, die anschliessend mit
einem Gummiband über der behandelten Pflanze befestigt wurde. Nach 5 Tagen wird die Wirkung der Behandlung durch
Auszählen der lebenden und toten Tiere und durch Berechnung der prozentualen Abtötung ermittelt.
Für Wirkstoff Nr. 43 wurden folgende Abtötungsprozente

b) Der Test mit Orgyia gonostigma im L-3-
Stadium wurde analog mit jungen Malven (Malva silvestris)
als Wirtspflanze durchgeführt. Für jeden Versuch wurden 5 Larven verwendet. Nach 2 und 5 Tagen wurde ausgewertet.
Hatte bereits nach 2 Tagen vollständige Abtötung stattge- ψ . funden, so wurde die Pflanze neu besiedelt. Auf diese
Weise wird auch eine eventuelle Alterung des Wirkstoffbelags bei der Auswertung berücksichtigt.
Für Wirkstoff Nr. 21 wurden folgende Abtötungsprozente erzielt:

Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis (Larven)
Die Wirkstoffe Nr. 1 und 2 wurden auf ihre Prasswirkung gegen L-2-Larven geprüft. Zu dieser Prüfung
wurden die Larven auf Wurzelwerk von Reissämlingen ausgesetzt, welches man vorher durch Tauchen in eine Emulsion
des Wirkstoffes behandelt hatte.
Die Auswertung erfolgte nach 5 Tagen.

Wirkung gegen Aphis fabae
Junge Vicia faba-Pflanzen von ungefähr 6 cm Höhe wurden mit durch Aphis fabae befallenen Pflanzenteilen
infestiert. Nach 5 Tagen waren durch Weiterwachsen der Pflanzen und entsprechend starke Vermehrung der Blattläuse die Ausgängsbedingungen
für den Wirkstofftest gegeben. Die befallene Pflanze wurde mit den Emulsionen des Wirkstoffes Nr. 25 von
allen Seiten (Kontaktwirkung) oder nur von oben in Richtung der Sprossachse (Penetrationswirkung) übersprüht. Im letzten Fall
werden die an den Blattunterseiten sitzenden Versuchstiere nicht vom Sprühstrahl getroffen. Lag nach 2 Tagen bereits
100$ Abtötung vor, so wurde die Pflanze neu besiedelt.
Wirkstoff Nr. 25 erzielte nach 2 und 5 Tagen

Beispiel 8
Wirkung gegen Spinnmilben.
Buschbohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris) wurden im Zweiblattstadium 12 Stunden vor der Wirkstoffbehandlung
mit Spinnmilben durch Auflegen befallener Blattstücke aus einer Zucht infiziert, so dass sich nach
Ablauf dieser Zeit eine Population in allen Entwicklungsstadien auf der Pflanze vorfand. Mit Hilfe eines Chromatographie-Zerstäubers
wurden die Pflanzen dann mit dem emulgierten Wirkstoff besprüht, bis ein gleichmässiger Tröpfchenbelag
auf der Blattoberfläche entstand. Nach 2 und 7 Tagen wurde ausgewertet: Die Pflanzenteile wurden unter einem
Stereo-Mikroskop zur Berechnung der Abtötungsprozente inspiziert. Die Wirkung auf Eier war bei dieser Versuchsanordnung
nach 2 Tagen noch nicht feststellbar, weil unter den gegebenen Bedingungen die Embryonalentwicklung 4 Tage dauert.
Lag nach 2 Tagen 100$ Abtötung für Larven und Adulte vor, fand Neubesiedlung der Pflanze statt.
In der folgenden Tabelle sind die Abtötungsprozente der normalsensilben Art Tetranychus urticae Koch
und die der phosphorsäureestertoleranten Art Tetranychus telarius L. angegeben.

Fungizide Wirkung
1) Im Gewächshaus wurden Reispflanzen angezogen und einmal prophylaktisch mit einer wässrigen Spritzbrühe,
enthaltend 0,1 % des Wirkstoffes Nr. 21, besprüht. Zwei Tage nachher wurden die so behandelten Pflanzen mit
Konidien von Piricularia oryzae Bri. et Cav. infiziert. Nach 7 Tagen Inkubation in einer Feuchtkammer zeigten die
mit dem Versuchspraparat behandelten Pflanzen einen Pilzbefall von rund 10 %, während die unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen
zu 100 % befallen waren.
2) Mit Rhizoctonia solani Kühn bewachsene
Agarscheibchen wurden in Petrischalen mit unsteriler Erde überschichtet. Auf die Oberfläche dieser Erdschichten wurde
eine wässrige Brühe, enthaltend den zu prüfenden Wirkstoff Nr. 38, gleichmässig verteilt. Nach einer Inkubationszeit
von 48 Stunden bei 24 C wurde das Wachstum des Testpilzes
untersucht und beurteilt. Dabei ergab eine Prüfkonzentrat!on
von 100 ppm Wirkstoff eine vollständige Hemmung des Pilzwachstums.
