Dithiophosphorsäureester, ihre Herstellung und Anwendung
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Dithiophosphorsäureester der
allgemeinen Formel I

worin R^ und R2 Alkylreste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen und
R-, Alkylreste mit 1-17 Kohlenstoffatomen, einen Phenylrest,
der mit 1 oder 2 Chloratoraen substituiert sein kann, oder den
Phenoxymethyl-, Styryl- oder Äthoxymethylrest bedeuten.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dithiophosphorsäureestern der allgemeinen
Formel I, worin R^, R2 und R^ die obengenannte Bedeutung
haben, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man O.O-Dialkyl~
dithiophosphorsäure oder ihre Salze der allgemeinen Formel Il

Unter den O.O-Dialkyldithiophosphorsäuren der allgemeinen
Formel II sind diejenigen bevorzugt, worin X für Natrium, Kalium oder Ammonium steht.
Der Reaktionsverlauf wird durch folgendes Schema wiedergegeben:

Die als Ausgangsstoffe verwendeten Halogenmethyloxdiazole der allgemeinen Formel III sind neue Stoffe. Sie können durch Umsetzen
äquimolarer Mengen entsprechender Diacylhydrazide der Formel R5-CO-NH-NH-CO-CH2-HaI mit Phosphortrichlorid in einem
inerten Lösungsmittel wie Benzol hergestellt werden, wobei man solange unter Rückfluß erhitzt, bis die HCl-Entwicklung beendet
ist. Die phosphorige Säure wird abgetrennt und die Oxdiazole durch Kristallisieren oder Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels
gewonnen. (Vgl. Elderfield, Heterocyclic Compounds, Vol. 7, S. 525, New York, London, I96I.)
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Dithiophosphorsäureester
kann mit oder ohne Zusatz von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln
erfolgen. Als Zusätze sind vor allem Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzo], Toluol, Xylol, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, Äther wie z.B. Diäthyläther oder Dibutyläther, Dioxan und Tetrahydrofuran, Ketone und Nitrile wie
Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon, Acetonitril sowie Alkohole wie Methanol, Äthanol, Isopropanol geeignet.
Im Verlauf derReaktion wird von den Ausgangsmaterialien Chlorwasserstoff
bzw. Ammoniumchlorid oder ein Alkalichlorid abgespalten. Im Falle der Abspaltung von Chlorwasserstoff bei Verwendung
der freien Dialkyldithiophosphorsäuren ist es zweckmäßig, in Gegenwart von säurebindenden Mitteln zu arbeiten.
Als solche kommen Alkali- oder Erdalkalicarbonate wie Soda oder Calciumcarbonat oder tertiäre Basen wie Triethylamin oder

Die Reaktionstemperatur kann bei dem Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung
in weiten Grenzen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen ist es zweckmäßig, bei einer Temperatur zwischen 300C und der Siedetemperatur
des verwendeten Lösungsmittels zu arbeiten, vorzugsweise zwischen 40 und 8O0C.
Dithiophosphorsaureester gemäß der Erfindung zeichnen sich
durch gute insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aus. Sie wirken systeraisch und sind deshalb besonders gegen saugende
Insekten anwendbar. Da sie pflanzenverträglich sind, können sie als Wirkstoffe in Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln verwendet
v/erden. Dithiophosphorsaureester, die an ihrem Oxdiazolring Alkylreste, insbesondere solche mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, oder ^
den Äthoxymethylrest tragen,, sind als Wirkstoffe für Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
bevorzugt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind daher auch Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel,
welche Dithiophosphorsaureester in den üblichen Mischungen mit festen oder flüssigen inerten Trägerstoffen,.Haft-,
Netz-, Dispergier- und.Mahlhilfsmitteln enthalten und die als
Spritzpulver, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Stäube, Granulate oder Fliegenbänder verwendet werden.
Als Trägerstoffe für Spritzpulver können verwendet werden: Mineralische Stoffe wie Aluminiumsilikate, Tonerden, Kaolin, Kreiden,
Kieselkreiden, Talkum, Kieselgur oder hydratisierte Kieselsäure, oder Zubereitungen dieser mineralischen Stoffe
mit speziellen Zusätzen. Als Trägerstoffe für flüssige Zubereitungen
können alle gebräuchlichen und geeigneten organischen Lösungsmittel, beispielsweise Toluol, Xylol, Diacetonalkohol,
Cyclohexanon, Isophoron, Paraffinöle, Dioxan, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxyd, Äthylacetat, Butylacetat, Tetrahydrofuran
und andere verwendet werden.
Als Haftstoffe können leimartige Zelluloseprodukte oder Polyvinylalkohole
verwendet v/erden, sowie teilweise verseiftes Polyvinylacetat.

Als Netzstoffe können alle geeigneten Emulgatoren wie oxäthyli'erte
Alkylphenole, Salze von Aryl- oder Alkylarylsulfonsäuren,
Salze von Methyltaurin, Salze von Phenylkogasinsulfonsäuren oder Seifen verwendet werden.
Als Dispergierstoffe können Zellpech (Salze der Ligninsulfonsäure),
Salze der NaphthalinEulfonsäure, Salze der Dinaphthylmethan-disulfonsäure
verwendet werden.
Als Mahlhilfsmittel können geeignete anorganische oder organische Salze wie Natriumsulfat, Ammonsulfat oder Natriumbicarbonat
verwendet werden.
Zweckmäßig werden Pflanzenschutzmittel verwendet, die 20 bis 80 % Wirkstoff I, 75 bis 10 % Trägerstoffe, wie Aluminiumsilikate
und/oder feinverteilte Kieselsäure, und 5 bis 10 % Netzstoffe,
wie dinaphthylmethandisulfonsaures Natrium und/oder dibutylnaphthalinmethandisulfonsaures Natrium und/oder das
Natriumsalz des Oleylmethyltaurids sowie gegebenenfalls 1-3 % Haftmittel, wie teilweise verseiftes Polyvinylacetat oder Polyvinylalkohol,
enthalten.
Dithiophosphorsäureester lassen sich auch mit anderen Insektiziden,
Fungiziden, Nematoziden und Herbiziden mischen.
Durch die nachstehenden Beispiele wird die Erfindung erläutert. Die Erfindung ist jedoch nicht auf die Gegenstände der Beispiele
beschränkt.

42,5 g (0,2 Mol) N-Benzoyl-N'-chloracetyl-hydrazin werden mit
27,4 g (0,2 Mol) Phosphortrichlorid in 300 ml Benzol 12 Stunden
lang unter Rückfluß .erhitzt. Danach wird die benzolische
Lösung von der phosphorigen Säure abgegossen und unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene gebracht, wobei Benzol und überschüssiges
Phosphortrichlorid abdestillieren. Als Rückstand hinterbleiben
29 g 2-Chlormethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxdiazol als farbloses Pulver vom Fp. 106-1080C.
Auf diese Weise können die folgenden Stoffe hergestellt v/erden: N-H

unter Rückfluß erhitzt und wie oben angegeben aufarbeitet. · , ä

32.1 g (0,2 KoI) Z-Chlormethyl-S-propyl-ijS^-oxdiazol und
39.2 g O.O-Dimethyldithiophosphorsaures Kalium v/erden in 150 ml
Methyläthylketon 5 Stunden lang bei 45°C gerührt. Nach dem Abfi3.trieren
der, Kaliumch3.orids wird das Lösungsmittel bei vermindertem
Druck abdestilliert. Man erhält 55 £ 2-(0.0-Dimethyldithiophosphoryli:iethyl)-5-propyl-1,3,4-oxdiazol
als schv/ach gelb gefärbtes Öl.

42 g (0,2 Mol) O.O-Diäthyldithiophosphor.saures Natrium und
23,2 g (0,2 Mol) 2-Chlormethyl-5-äthyl-1,3,4-oxdiazol werden
in 250 ml Äthanol 15 Minuten lang unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Nach
dem Abkühlen wird das Natriumchlorid aus der Reaktionsmischung durch Filtrieren entfernt, anschließend das Äthanol abdestilliert
und der Rückstand in Benzol aufgenommen. Die benzolische Lösung wird mit 100 ml Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Nach dem Abdestillieren
des Benzols unter vermindertem Druck erhält man 42 g 2-(0.O-Diäthyldithiophosphorylmethyl)-5-äthyl-1,3,4-oxdiazol als hellorangefarbenes Öl.

gelöst und mit Wasser gewaschen. Aus der organischen Phase erhält man nach Entfernen des Methyl'chlorids 24 g
2-(0.O-Diäthyldithiophosphorylmethyl )-5-isopropyl-1,3,4-oxdiazol
als hellgelbe Flüssigkeit.

Versuch 1
Zur Feststellung der Wirkung gegen Schädlinge wird diejenige
Konzentration eines jeden Wirkstoffes bestimmt, durch die 99 ¥>
der Schädlinge abgetötet werden: "LC 99". Diese Werte werden wie folgt ermittelt. Von jedem Wirkstoff wird zunächst ein
Konzentrat hergestellt, das den Wirkstoff je nach seiner Löslichkeit zu z.B. 10-30 Gewichtsprozenten in einem organischen
Lösungsmittel und außerdem z.B. 10 % Emulgatoren enthält. Dieses Konzentrat wird in so viel Wasser eingerührt,
daß eine Spritzbrühe mit einer Wirkstoffkonzentration ent- ·
steht, welche die Schädlinge vollständig abtötet. Diese Spritzbrühe
wird dann im Verhältnis 1:2 weiter verdünnt, bis eine Konzentration erreicht ist, bei der gerade 99 % der Schädlinge
vernichtet werden.
Ackerbohnen (Vivia faba), an denen Blattläuse (Doralis fabae)
saugen, werden mit Spritzbrühen besprüht, welche die einzelnen Wirkstoffe in verschiedenen Konzentrationen enthalten. Die Pflanzen befinden sich in einem Gewächshaus bei einer durchschnittlichen
Temperatur von 20°C und 45 % relativer Luftfeuchte. Die
Kontrolle der Wirkung erfolgt 24 Stunden nach der Behandlung der Pflanzen mit der Spritzbrühe.

Versuch 2
Zur Prüfung der systemischen Wirkung der Dithiophosphorsäureester gemäß der Erfindung wurden folgende Versuche durchgeführt.
a) Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba), mit Blattläusen (Doralis fabae)
besetzt, wurden-an den Stengeln in gleichem Abstand vom .
Boden mit 'Wattebandagen gleichen Gewichts umgeben, die außen.mit Folie umhüllt waren, um eine Gasphasenwirkung
der Wirkstoffe zu unterbinden. In die Wattebandage einer
jeden Pflanze werden jeweils 2 ml einer Emulsion gegeben, welche die. in Tabelle II angegebenen Wirkstoffe enthält.
Die Pflanzen werden wie in Versuch 1 angegeben im Gewächshaus
aufgestellt. Die Kontrolle der systemischen Wirkung erfolgt nach 48 Stunden. Diejenige Dosis, die 99 % der Blattläuse
abtötet, ist in Tabelle II, Spalte 2, angegeben.
b) Die Wurzelballen von .Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba), an denen
Blattläuse (Doralis fabae) saugen, werden mit einem Folienbeutel umhüllt, um eine Gasphasenwirkung auszuschließen.
Dann werden in den Würzelbereich der Pflanzen jeweils 10 ml
einer Emulsion eingebracht, welche die in Tabelle II, Spalte 3, angegebene Wirkstoffmenge enthalten. Die Aufstellung der
■ Pflanzen erfolgt im Gewächshaus wie oben angegeben. Die .. Kontrolle erfolgt 48 Stunden nach Applikation der Wirkstofferaulsionen. Diejenige Dosis, die zu einer' 99 prozentigen
Vernichtung der Blattläuse führte, ist in Tabelle II, Spalte 3,
wiedergegeben.
Als Dithiophosphorsäureester gemäß der Erfindung wurden die
Wirkstoffe W .6 und ¥ 7 (vgl. Versuch 1) und als Vergleichs substanzen
Methidation, d.i. 0.0-Dimethyl-S~(5-methoxy-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-(3H)-on-3yl-methyl)-dithiophosphat,
und Azinphos-methyl verwendet.

Die Angaben in der Tabelle zeigen, daß die systemische Wirkung der Dithiophosphorsäureester gemäß der Erfindung der von Methidathion
wesentlich überlegen ist; Azinphos zeigt in dieser Vorsuchsanordnung
keine systemische Wirkung.
Versuch 5
Zur Prüfung der Wirkung der Dithiophosphorsäureester gemäß der
Erfindung auf Spinnentiere wurden folgende Versuche durchgeführt.
a) Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris), die mit Spinnmilben (Tetranychus urticae) besetzt waren, wurden mit Emulsionen
tropf naß gespritzt, welche die in Tabelle III angegebenen Wirkstoffe enthalten. Die Pflanzen werden wie in Versuch 1
angegeben im Gewächshaus aufgestellt. 8 Tage nach dem Spritzen erfolgt die mikroskopische Auszählung auf acaricide und
ovicide Wirkung. Tabelle III enthält in der zweiten Spalte die LC 99-Werte der Wirkstoffe W 2, W 6 und W 7 gemäß der
Erfindung, im Vergleich mit Dimethoat, d.i. 0.0-Dimethyl-S-(N-methyl-carbamoylmethyl)-dithiophosphat,
und mit Demeton, d,i.ein Gemisch aus 0.0-Diäthyl-0-(2-äthyl-thioäthyl)-thionophosphat
und 0.O-Diäthyl-CS-aäthyl-thioäthyD-thiolophosphat.
b) Zur Prüfung der Wirkung gegen Phosphorsäureester-resistente
Spinnmilben wurden Apfelbäumchen, die mit Obstbaumspinnmilben
(Metatetranychus ulmi) besetzt waren, mit Emulsionen tropf naß
gespritzt, welche die in Tabelle III angegebenen Wirkstoffe

Aus Tabelle III ergibt sich, daß die Wirkstoffe gemäß der Erfindung
hinsichtlich ihrer allgemein acariciden Wirkung zwar nicht in jedem Falle bekannten Handelspräparaten überlegen sind,
daß sie diese jedoch hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkung gegen Phosphorsäureester-resistente
Spinnmilben weit übertreffen.

Claims (1)
1) Dithiophosphorsäureester der allgemeinen Formel I

worin R^ und Pv2 Alkylreste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen
und R-x Alkylreste mit 1-17 Kohlenstoffatomen, einen
Phenylrest, der mit ein oder zwei Chloratomen substituiert sein kann,:oder den Phenoxymethyl-, Styryl-
oder Äthoxyinethylrest bedeuten.
2) Dithiophosxjhorsäureester nach Anspruch 1, worin R^
und R2 Alkylreste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen und R7
Alkylreste mit 1-17 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten.
3) Dithiophosphorsäureester nach Anspruch 1, worin R^
und R2" AllQi-lreste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoff atomen und R^
Alkylreste mit-1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Äthoxymethylrest
bedeuten,
4) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dithiophosphorsäure-
estern der allgemeinen Formel I S

Gehalt an einem Dithiophosphorsäureester der allgemeinen

bedeuten, in Mischung mit einem inerten Trägerstoff.
7) Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen
Gehalt an Dithiophosphorsäureestern, worin R>
und R2 Alkylreste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen und R-, Alkylreste mit 1—17
Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten.
B) Schädlingsbkekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch· einen
Gehalt an Dithiophosphorsäureestern, worin R^ und R2 Alkyl—
' ' feste mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen und R, Alkylreste mit 1-4
Kohlenstoffatomen oder den Äthoxymethylrest bedeuten.
9) Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel nach Ansprüchen 6-8, gekennzeichnet
durch einen Gehalt von 20-80 % Dithiophosphorsäureestern
der allgemeinen Formel I in Anspruch 6V in Mischung mit 75-10?*
Trägerstoffen und 5-10-56 Metzstoffen.
