Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phosphor-, Phosphon-, Phosphin- bzw.
Thionophosphor-, -phosphon-, -phosphinsäureestern des 5-Oxypiazthiols, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
daß man in an sich bekannter Weise (Thioho)-Phosphor-(-on, -in) säurechloride der allgemeinen

Anmelder:

in der R und R' Alkyl- oder Alkoxyreste bedeuten und X ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom darstellt,
mit 5-Oxypiazthiol in Gegenwart von Kaliumkarbonat zu Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel
umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung des 5-Oxypiazthiols mit den Säurechloriden wird dabei bevorzugt in Gegenwart
von geringen Mengen Kupferpulver durchgeführt.
Bei der Umsetzung in Gegenwart von Kupferpulver können vorzugsweise Verdünnungsmittel,
nämlich inerte Lösungsmittel, wie Benzol, Chlorbenzol, Acetonitril und Ketone, vorzugsweise Methyläthylketon,
verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise wird die Umsetzung bei erhöhten Temperaturen durchgeführt. Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete
5-Oxypiazthiol (= 4'-Oxybenzo-[r,2 : 3,4]-1,2,5-thiodiazol)
ist von, Authenrieth und Hinsberg in Berichten der Deutschen Chemischen Gesellschaft, Bd. 25 (1892), S. 492 bis 503, beschrieben
worden.
Die erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Ester sind teils hochviskose Öle oder kristalline Verbindungen von
guter insektizider Wirksamkeit. Dies ist überraschend, da das 5-Oxypiazthiol eine Verbindung
mit sehr schwach basischen Eigenschaften ist, während üblicherweise nur Phosphorsäure- und Thionophosphorsäureester
stark acider Phenole, wie des p-Nitrophenols, wertvolle Insektizide sind.

Phosphor- bzw. Thiophosphorsäureester, in denen ein Esterrest ein heterocyclisches Ringsystem enthält,
sind bereits aus der Literatur bekannt. So werden in der USA.-Patentschrift 2 759 938 O,O-Dialkyl-(3
- pyridazinyl) - phosphorsäureester und in der deutschen Patentschrift 927 270 Thio- bzw. Dithiophosphorsäureester
von N-Methylbenzazimiden beschrieben. Wie aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle ersichtlich,
zeichnen sich jedoch die erfindungsgemäßen Phosphorsäurederivate des 5-Oxypiazthiols
gegenüber ähnlich gebauten, bekannten Verbindungen durch bessere insektizide Eigenschaften aus.
Zum Nachweis dieser technischen Überlegenheit der Verfahrensprodukte wurde der erfindungsgemäß
hergestellte Methylthionophosphonsäure-O-äthyl-O-(5-oxypiazthiol)-ester
mit dem aus der deutschen Patentschrift 927 270 bekannten Ο,Ο-Dimethylthionothiolphosphorsäure
- S - (benzazimidomethyl)-ester hinsichtlich der Insektiziden Wirksamkeit bei der Anwendung gegen Fliegen, Spinnmilben und
Blattläuse (systemische Wirkung) verglichen. Die Ergebnisse der Vergleichsversuche und die Warmblütertoxizität
der nach Beispiel 1 bis 5 erfindungsgemäß hergestellten (Thiono)-Phosphor-(-on, -in)-säureester
des 5-Oxypiazthiols sowie der Vergleichssubstanz sind aus der folgenden Gegenüberstellung

Nachstehende Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung: Beispiel 1

50 g (0.33 Mol) 5-Oxypiazthiol (Fp. 161 bis 162° C)
werden in 400 ecm Methyläthylketon gelöst. Nach der Zugabe von 92 g (0,66 Mol) gepulvertem Kali
umcarbonat erwärmt man 1J2 Stunde auf 60 bis 700C.
Durch das Ausfallen des schwerlöslichen Kaliumsalzes des 5-Oxypiazthiols wird die Lösung wesentlieh
dicker. Man setzt dann 5 g Kupferpulver zu und tropft bei dieser Temperatur 62 g (0,33 Mol) Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid
zu, wobei unter geringer Wärmeentwicklung die Reaktion einsetzt. Nach etwa 3stündigem Nacherwärmen bei 70 bis
8O0C ist die Umsetzung beendigt. Die erkaltete Reaktionslösung saugt man ab und destilliert das
Lösungsmittel im Vakuum ab. Das zurückbleibende öl wird in Äther aufgenommen, dann zunächst mit
Wasser, später mit verdünnter, kalter Kaliumkarbonatlösung gewaschen. Man wäscht dabei so
lange mit dieser Lösung, bis die wäßrige Phase sich nicht mehr färbt. Nach dem Trocknen der ätherischen
Lösung wird sie mit Tierkohle verrührt, abfiltriert und destilliert. Der erhaltene Ο,Ο-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureester
des 5-Oxypiazthiols bleibt dabei als gelbes, nicht mehr destillierbares Öl, das bei
Unterkühlung erstarrt, bei Körpertemperatur jedoch wieder flüssig ist, zurück. Ausbeute 83 g
(91,2% der Theorie).

20 g (0,132 Mol) 5-Oxypiazthiol (Fp. 161 bis
1620C) und 38 g (0,264 Mol) gepulvertes Kaliumkarbonat werden in 160 ecm Methyläthylketon
V'2 Stunde auf 60 bis 700C erwärmt. Nach der
Zugabe von 0,2 g Kupferpulver tropft man bei dieser Temperatur 23 g (0,132 Mol) Diäthylphosphorsäurechlorid
zu. Die dabei auftretende Reaktionswärme ist gering. Zur Vervollständigung der Umsetzung erwärmt man noch 3 Stunden auf 70 bis
800C, saugt nach dem Erkalten von den Salzen ab und verdünnt das Filtrat mit viel Wasser. Das ausgefallene
Öl nimmt man in Benzol auf, wäscht es kurz mit 20 ecm kalt gesättigter Kaliumkarbonatlösung
und schließlich mit Wasser wieder neutral. Nach dem Trocknen mit Natriumsulfat und Abdestillieren
des Lösungsmittels hinterbleiben 26 g des Esters als braunes Öl. Der erhaltene Ο,Ο-Diäthylphosphorsäureester
des 5-Oxypiazthiols ist nicht ohne Zersetzung destillierbar. Ausbeute 68,5% der
Theorie.
S CH3 20 g (0,132 Mol) 4 - Oxypiazthiol und 38 g
(0,264 Mol) gepulvertes Kaliumkarbonat werden in 160 ecm Methyläthylketon Va Stunde bei 60 bis
700C erwärmt. Man tropft bei dieser Temperatur nach vorheriger Zugabe von 0,2 g Kupferpulver 24 g
(0,264 Mol) Äthylthionophosphonsäureäthylesterchlorid zu und erwärmt 3 Stunden bei 70 bis 800C.
Nach der Aufarbeitung in der üblichen Weise erhält man 31 g des Dimethylthionophosphinsäureesters
des 5-Oxypiazthiols als braunes, etwas viskoses öl, das langsam kristallin erstarrt. Fp. 52° C. Unlöslich
in Petroläther.

In der in dem Beispiel 4 beschriebenen Weise werden 20 g (0,132 Mol) 5-Oxypiazthiol, 38 g
(0,264 Mol) gepulvertes Kaliumkarbonat in 160 ecm Methyläthylketon und etwas Kupferpulver mit
17 g (0,132 Mol) Dimethylthionophosphinsäurechlorid zur Reaktion gebracht. Nach der üblichen
Aufarbeitung des Reaktionsproduktes erhält man den Dimethylthiqnophosphinsäureester des 5-Oxypiazthiols
als ein Öl, das rasch kristallisiert.
Nach dem Verreiben mit Petroläther erhält man ein gelblichgefärbtes Kristallpulver vom Fp. 74°C.
Ausbeute 37,3% der Theorie.

20 g (0,132 Mol) 5-Oxypiazthiol (Fp. 161 bis 1620C) und 38 g (0,264 Mol) gepulvertes Kaliumkarbonat
werden in 160 ecm Methyläthylketon Va Stunde auf 60 bis 700C erwärmt. Man setzt dann
0,2 g Kupferpulver zu und tropft bei dieser Temperatur 21 g (0,133 Mol) Methylthionophosphonsäureäthylesterchlorid
zu. Eine Kühlung des Reaktionsgemisches ist dabei nicht erforderlich. Nach 3stündigem
Erwärmen auf 70 bis 8O0C läßt man erkalten, saugt von den ausgeschiedenen Salzen ab und gießt
das Filtrat in Wasser. Das Öl wird in Benzol aufgenommen, mit Wasser und mit Kaliumkarbonatlösung
gewaschen, bis die wäßrige Lösung farblos bleibt. Mit Wasser wäscht man schließlich wieder
neutral. Man trocknet über Natriumsulfat, hellt mit Tierkohle auf, filtriert und destilliert das Lösungsmittel
ab. Man erhält auf diese Weise 23 g des O - Äthyl - methyl - thionophosphonsäureesters des
Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phosphor-, Phosphon-, Phosphin- bzw. Thionophosphor-,
-phosphon-, -phosphinsäureestern des 5-Oxypiazthiols, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man in an sich bekannter Weise (Thiono)-Phosphor-(-on, -in)säurechloride der allgemeinen

darstellt, mit 5-Oxypiazthiol in Gegenwart von
