Description
Einige Spezies von Nematoden, inebesondere die Wurzel«
knollennematoden, sowie manche Fungi sind SohKdllnge für
Land- und Gartenbauproduktβ, wie Luzerne, Bohnen, Ourken,
Baumwolle, Erbsen, Kartoffeln, Zuckerrüben und Weizen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Mittel zur BekKmpfung
solcher Neaatoden und bsw. oder Fungi Im Boden, das
dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, da8 es als Wirkstoff eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formell

Aminogruppen, substituierten Aminogruppen, Hydroxylgruppen,
Carboxylgruppen, Carbalkoxygruppen, Alkoxygruppen und Alkylthlogruppen aubstltulert sein kann, sein.
Die CarbonaXuraestergruppe kann beispielsweise eine
aromatische Estergruppe» beispielsweise eine sechsgliedrige monooyolisohe aromatische Estergruppe, die gewUnschtenfalls
mit Nitro- oder Alkylgruppen substituiert sein kann, oder eine heterocyclische Estergruppe, beispielsweise eine
sechsgliedrige monooyolIsche, Sauerstoff, Stickstoff oder
Schwefel ala Heteroatome enthaltende Estergruppe sein.
Vorzugsweise enthält die Oruppe R nicht mehr als 11 Kohlenet of fat oae und ist xweokmXeig der Rest einer
geradkettlgen gesättigten aliphatischen Säure, wie
Essigsäure, Propionsäure, CapronsKure, CaprylsKure oder
Nonanalura, oder der Esterrest einer ungesättigten SXure
mit 2 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Acrylsäure, Crotonsäure,
Sorbinsäure oder ölsäure. Alternativ kann R der Rest
einer mono- oder polyhalogenlerten gesättigten oder ungesättigten aliphatischen SXure mit 1 bis 14, beispielsweise
1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie der ChloresslgsKure, BromesslgsXure, JodessigsKure, 2- oder ^-ChlorproplonsKure,
2,2-DlohlorpropionsXure, oder 2-Chlorbuttereäure sein.
R kann auch die Oruppe R-5O-CO. (CHg)n-CO-O- oder
R-5O.CO. CB-CH. CO. 0-, In der R5 eine Alkyl gruppe mit nloht
mehr als 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, beispielsweise die Methylgruppe oder eine 2-R -4,6-dlnitrophenylgruppe und η 0 oder
ein· ganse Zahl von 1 bis 6, beispielsweise 1 oder 2,ist,

Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel 1 werden zweck«

und vorzugsweise ein organleahes Lösungsmittel, wie Benzin,
enthält, eilt Wasser verdünnt«,
Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I haben auch
fungizide Wirkung; insbesondere gegen die Bodenfungi Pytnium, beispielsweise auf Baumwolle, Rhizootonia, beispielsweise

Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, in der R die
tert.-Butylgruppe ist, wurden auf ihre Wirkung gegen
Würzelknollennematöden (Meliodogyna epp.) auf Gurken
geprüft. Die Verbindungen wurden vor dem Pflanzen bis zu einer Tiefe von 10 bis 15 cm in den Boden eingebracht .
Die Wirkung jeder Verbindung bei ihrer Verwendung in einer
Menge von 22,4 bzw. 11,2 und 5*6 kg/ha wurde unter Verwendung
einer von 5 bis 1 reichenden Skala (5« lQO#-ige Abtötung,
1 - keine Abtötung), ermittelt.

Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, in der R die
tert.-Butylgruppe und R eine KohlenaXureestergruppe 1st,
wurden nach dem Verfahren von Beispiel 1 auf ihre Wirkung gegen Wurzelknollennematoden (Meliodogyna app) geprüft.
Öle verwendeten Wirkstoffmengen waren 3*36 und 2,24 kg/ha,
und die Versuche wurden mit jeder Wirkstoffmenge dreimal wiederholt. Die Wirkung wurde wie in Beispiel 1 bestimmt.
Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle ZZI zusammengestellt.

gezüchtet. Die Nematoden aller Altersgruppen wurden
und 1 ml dieser Suspension wurde einem wäßrigen Mediumj
das eine Verbindung der Formel I in einer Konzentration
von 500 ppm als Wirkstoff enthielt, zugesetzt. Die so
erhaltene Suspension wurde dann welter bis zu einer
verdünnt.
Nach 48 Stunden wurden die toten und die lebenden Nematoden unter dem Mikroskop (80-fache Vergrößerung)
visuell ausgezählt. Die prozentuale Abtötung wurde unter
Berücksichtigung der natürlichen Mortalität bestimmt.
ο In den verwendeten Verbindungen war R die tert.-Butyl-
gruppe und R eine Carbonsäureestargruppe oder Wasserstoff.
Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle ZV zusammengestellt.
Außerdem wurde 2-sek.-Butyl-4,6«-dinitrophenyl-n-heptanoat
in einer Konzentration von 300 bzw. 100 und 30 ppm geprUft. Die Abtötung betrug 80 bzw. 50 und

Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel X* in der R die
tert.-Butyl gruppe ist, wurden auf ihre Wirkung gegen
Stammnematoden (Ditylenchus dipsaci) geprüft. Die Verbindungen
wurden unmittelbar vor dem Binpflanzen von Sämlingen der Testpflanze, Luzerne, in den Boden eingebracht.
Alle Prüfungen wurden dreimal wiederholt. Die Testpflanzen wurden zwei Wochen nach dem Einpflanzen
auf Erkrankungen geprüft, und die neumtiolde Wirkung
der untersuchten Verbindung wurde nach der folgenden Skala bewertet!

Verbindungen der allgemeinen Fornel I wurden auf Ihre
Wirkung gegen Wurzelknollennematoden (Meliodogyna spp)
und Stammnematoden (Ditylenohus dipsaoi) geprüft.
Die Verbindungen wurden unmittelbar vor dem Einpflanzen
von Sämlingen der Teetpflanzen ( Gurken für Wurzelknollennenatoden und Luzerne für Stammnematoden) In den Boden
eingebraoht. Die Testpflanzen wurden zwei Wochen naoh
dem Einpflanzen auf Anzeichen einer Erkrankung geprüft.
Die Wirkung jeder Verbindung ist in Tabelle VI angegeben,
wobei für die Bewertung eine von 5 bis 1 relohende Skala (5 - 100$-lge Abtatung, 1 «keine Verhinderung einer

Einige der In Beispiel 1 verwendeten Verbindungen wurden
auf ihre Wirkung gegen Bodenfungi unter Anwendung des
Wirkstoffes in Mengen von 22,4 bzw., 11,2 und 5*6 kg/ha
verwendet. Die drei Fungi waren Pythiura (auf Batssmolle),
Rhizootonia (auf Baumwolle) und Vertieilliura (auf Tomaten).
