Die neuen Verbindungen sind farblose bis gelbliche Substanzen, die
sich hervorragend als optische Aufheller eignen, vor allem für Textilmaterial aus natürlichen und synthetischen Fasern. Insbesondere
sind Fasern aus Polyamiden, wie Wolle, Seide, Nylon-6 oder Nylon-6,6,f
2 1/2 und Triacetat und Acrylnxtrilpolymerisate zu nennen.
Eine Gruppe von technisch besonders wertvollen Aufhellern entspricht
der allgemeinen Formel II,

in der R4 eine Carbonester-, Carbon- oder Sulfonamidgruppe bedeu
tet und wobei R3 und X die angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.

Unter Carbon- und Sulfonamidgruppen sind auch N-mono- oder disubstituierte
Carbonamid- oder Sulfonamidgruppen zu verstehen.
Innerhalb dieser Gruppe sind wiederum die Verbindungen bevorzugt, in denen Rj. eine gegebenenfalls N-substatuierte Sulfonamidgruppe
bedeutet.
Bevorzugte Reste X sind: Aikoxyreeternit 1 bis k Kohlenstoffatomen
oder von aliphatischen Aminen abgeleitete Reste mit insgesamt 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Zur Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen kann man z.B. an Nitrilimine
der allgemeinen Formel

Wenn R1 eine Sulfonsäureester- oder Sulfonaraidgruppe bedeutet, ist
es zweckmäßig, diesen Rest in die Verbindungen der Formel
über eine Sulfochlorierung, d.h. über eine Sulfochloridgruppe, einzuführen

Sofern nicht anders vermerkt, beziehen sich Angaben über Teile und Prozente in den folgenden Beispielen auf das Gewicht.
60 Teile p-Chlorbenzaldehyd-^-chlor-p'-dimethylam-inosulfonylphenylhydrazon
werden in. 500 Teilen Toluol unter Zusatz von 0,1 Teilen Hydrochinon dispergiert. Anschließend gibt man 27,5 Teile
Acrylsäuremethylester zu und läßt dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten 32 Teile Triäthylamin zufließen. Man erhitzt das Reaktionsgemisch
20 Minuten auf 9O0C und saugt dann nach dem Abkühlen vom ausgefallenen
Triäthylaminhydrochlorid ab. Nach dem Einengen des Filtrats unter vermindertem Druck erhält man 42 Teile !-(p'-Dimethylaminosulfonyl-phenyl)-3-(p-chlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-A
-5-carbonsäuremethylester vom Schmelzpunkt 173 bis 175°C, entsprechend der Formel

130 Teile Benzaldehyd-^-chlor-p-dimethylaminosulfonylphenylhydrazon
werden in 2 000 Teilen Toluol dispergiert und mit 110 Teilen Acrylsäureamid versetzt. Man läßt innerhalb von 5 Minuten 121 Teile
Triäthylamin zulaufen und erhitzt 5 Stunden auf 800C. Anschließend
entfernt man den größten Teil des Lösungsmittels unter vermindertem Druck, saugt den Rückstand ab und behandelt ihn zur
Entfernung des Triäthylaminhydrochlorids bei 200C mit 500 Teilen
Wasser. Erneutes Absaugen ergibt 104 Teile l-(p-Dimethylaminosulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl~pyrazolin-£.

41 Teile ο,ρ-Dichlorbenzaldehyd—* -chlor-p1-(dimethylaminosulfonyl)-phenylhydrazon,
0,1 Teile Hydrochinon und 27 Teile Acrylsäure-ßchloräthylester werden in 300 Teilen Toluol bei 900C gelöst. Danach
läßt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten 20 Teile Triäthylamin zufließen und erhitzt noch 20 Minuten auf 900C. Anschließend kühlt
man die Reaktionsmischung von außen mit Eiswasser und saugt den ausgefallenen Niederschlag ab. Der Niederschlag wird dann mit
Teilen Wasser verrührt und nochmals abgesaugt. Man erhält so 40 Teile l-(pl-Dimethylaminosulfonyl-phenyl)-3-(o,p-dichlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-A
-5-carbonsäure-ß-chloräthylester vom Schmelzpunkt
152 bis 1540C, der der Formel

Durch Einengen der Toluollösung und Anreiben mit 2 Teilen Methanol
kann man weitere 6 Teile der Verbindung gewinnen.

ester werden auf 9O°C erhitzt. Man läßt dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten
2k Teile Triäthylamin zulaufen und rührt das Reaktionsgemisch
bei 9O°C noch 20 Minuten weiter. Nach dem Abkühlen saugt man vom ausgeschiedenen Triäthylaminhydrochlorid ab und engt das Filtrat
unter vermindertem Druck auf den vierten Teil des Ausgangsvolumens ein. Durch Absaugen erhält man 48 Teile l-(pf-morpholinosul-
2 fonylphenyl)-3-(p-chlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-/\ -carbonsäureallylester
vom Schmelzpunkt 126 bis 129°C, der der Formel

100 Teile 1-(p-Worpholinosulfonylphenyl)-3-(p'-chlorphenyD-pyra-

zolin-A -5-carbonsäuremethylester, 0,5 Teile p-Toluolsulfonsäure und 150 Teile Ν,Ν-Diäthyl-ß-amino-äthanol löst man in 250 Teilen Dimethylformamid bei 120°C. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann 12 Stunden lang bei dieser Temperatur gehalten, wobei man einen schwachen Stickstoffstrom derart durch die Apparatur leitet, daß das entstehende Methanol entfernt wird. Anschließend wird die Mischung auf 60 - 800C abgekühlt und in die Lösung von 65 Teilen Eisessig in 4 000 Teilen Wasser gegossen. Nach 20-minütigem Rühren saugt man ab und wäscht mit 1 000 Teilen Wasser nach. Man erhält 92 Teile 1-(p-Morpholinosulfonylphenyl)-3-(p'-chlorphenyl)-pyrazo-
zolin-A -5-carbonsäuremethylester, 0,5 Teile p-Toluolsulfonsäure und 150 Teile Ν,Ν-Diäthyl-ß-amino-äthanol löst man in 250 Teilen Dimethylformamid bei 120°C. ihn mit 30 Teilen Methanol. Man erhält so 90 Teile !-(p-Morpholino-
2 sulfonylphenyl)-3-(ρ'-chlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-Δ -5-carbonsäure-(ß-aminoäthyl)-amid
vom Schmelzpunkt 214 bis 2l6°C, das der Formel

92,4 Teile Triäthylamin zufließen und erhitzt noch 2 Stunden auf
800C und danach 30 Minuten auf 900C. Die abgekühlte Reaktionsmischung
wird durch Absaugen vom ausgefallenen Triäthylamin-hydrochlorid
befreit, das Filtrat wird unter vermindertem Druck einge- ·
engt. Verrühren des Rückstandes mit 70 Teilen Methanol bei 00C
und Absaugen ergibt U6 Teile !-(p'-Carbäthoxy-phenyD-S-Cpchlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-A
-5-carbonsäure-methylester vom Schmelzpunkt 137 bis 139°C und der Formel

0,2 Teile Hydrochinon und 16 Teile Acrylsäureallyiester werden bei
900C in 100 Teilen Toluol gelöst. Man läßt 12 Teile Triäthylamin
innerhalb von 2 Minuten zufließen und hält die Temperatur noch 3 Stunden bei 900C. Anschließend kühlt man auf 200C ab, saugt vom
Triäthylaminhydrochlorid ab und wäscht mit 10 Teilen Aceton nach. Das Filtrat wird unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt, der Rückstand
mit 10 Teilen Methanol verrührt und abgesaugt. Man erhält so 18 Teile 1-(p-Carbäthoxy-phenyl)-3-(p' -chlorphenyl) -pyrazolin- Δ -5-carbonsäure-allylester
vom Schmelzpunkt 9k bis 960C, der der Formel

30 Teile Diäthylamin und 0,1 Teile Natriummethylat erhitzt man in einer 250 ecm Schüttelbombe 24 Stunden auf l40°C. Nach dem
Erkalten saugt man ab, rührt das Filtrat in 300 Teile Wasser von 200C ein, saugt erneut ab und erhält nach dem Trocknen
17 Teile l-(p' -Carb-diäthylamino-phenyl)-3'-(p-chlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-A
-S-carbonsäure-diäthylamid (Schmelzpunkt 176 - 178°C)

werden bei 600C in 750 Teilen Toluol suspendiert, dann läßt man
20 Teile Triäthylamin innerhalb von 5 Minuten zufließen. Nach
15 Minuten bei 60°C geht alles in Lösung. Man erhitzt noch 4 Stunden auf 6o°C, kühlt dann ab und saugt das Triäthylaminhydrochlorid
ab. Das Piltrat wird unter vermindertem Druck eingeengt und der Rückstand mit 10 Teilen Methanol verrührt. Nach
Absaugen erhält man 27 Teile l-(p-N,N-Dimethylaminosulfonylphenyl)-3-(ρ'-chlorphenyl)-pyrazoline
-4,5-dicarbonsäuredimethylester vom Schmelzpunkt 15^ - 157°C der Formel

In ein Bad, das 20 Teile Ameisensäure und 5 Teile des Umsetzungsproduktes
von 47 Mol Äthylenoxid mit 1 Mol Ricinusöl in 1 000 Teilen Wasser enthält, werden 2 Teile einer Lösung gegeben,
die aus 1 Teil l-(p-Dimethylaminosulfonylphenyl)-3-(pl-chlorphenyl)-pyrazolin-Δ
-5-carbonsäure-C^dimethylaminopropyD-amid
und 20 Teilen Dimethylformamid bereitet wird. Mit dem so erhaltenen
Bad behandelt man 20 Teile eines Acrylnitrilpolymerisatgewebes 30 Minuten lang bei 1000C, spült wie üblich und trocknet. Man erhält
eine intensive Aufhellung von guter Lichtechtheit und mit hoher Weißgradspitze.

1. Neue Pyrazolinderivate der allgemeinen Formelin der
R ein Wasserstoff-, Chlor- oder Bromatom, eine Methyl-, Methoxy-,Äthoxy-, Acetylamino- oder Acetoxygruppe, R1 eine Carboxyl-, Carbonester-, Carbonamid-, Nitril-, SuIfon-säure-, Sulfonsäureester- oder Sulfonamidgruppe, R2 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methyl-, Carbonester- oder Carbon amidgruppe,R, ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe, Y ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom undX eine Hydroxy-, Alkoxy-, Aralkoxy-, Aroxy-, Amino- oder N-substituierte Aminogruppe bedeuten.2. Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 der allgemeinen Formelin der Rl eine ,Carbonester-, Carbon- oder Sulfonamid- oder N-mono- oder disub-stituierte Carbonamid- oder Sulfonamidgruppe bedeutet und wobei R, und X die angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.3. Die Verwendung der Pyrazolinderivate gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 zum optischen Aufhellen von Polyamiden, Celluloseestern und Acrylnitrilpolymerisaten.k. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pyrazolinderivaten gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Nitrilimine der. allgemeinen Formel0 0 9 8 3 2/1879.mit ungesättigten Verbindungen der allgemeinen FormelH
