2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

umsetzt, wobei Hai für ein Halogenatom steht. 3. Verwendung von Benzotriazinyl-phosphorphosphon-
bzw. thionophosphor-(phosphon)-säureester der Formel gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung
von Insekten und Milben.
In der deutschen Patentschrift 11 15 738 werden
bereits offenkettige und cyclische Chinoxalino-2,3-thiophosphorsäureester, in der belgischen Patentschrift
7 02 672 (Thiono-)phosphorsäureester kernsubstituierter 2-Hydroxychinoxaline beschrieben, die sich von
den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen dadurch unterscheiden, daß sie im heterocyclischen Ring nur
zwei Stickstoffatome besitzen. Diese bekannten Verbindungen analoger Konstitution weisen jedoch im
Vergleich zu den erfindungsgemäßen Produkten den Nachteil auf, daß sie gegenüber resistenten Spinnmilben
weniger wirksam sind, oder ihre technische Herstellung Schwierigkeiten bereitet.
Die Erfindung betrifft den in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichneten Gegenstand.
Die Produkte der Formel 1 weisen starke insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften auf. Sie besitzen
eine ausgezeichnete Wirkung gegen beißende und saugende Insekten, Zecken, Dipteren und resistente
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel
durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien oder
Gemische derselben in Betracht, wie Kohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Benzin, Benzol, Toluol, Chlorbenzol,
Xylol, Äther, beispielsweise Diäthyl- oder Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, r. B. Aceton, Methyläthyl-,
Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon. Besonders bewährt haben sich für den genannten
Zweck jedoch niedrigsiedende aliphatische Alkohole, beispielsweise Methanol, Äthanol sowie vor allem
Nitrile, z. B. Aceto- und Propionitril, ferner Dimethylformamid.
Weiterhin läßt man die verfahrensgemäße Umsetzung vorzugsweise in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren
ablaufen. Hierfür können praktisch alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Als besonders
geeignet erwiesen haben sich Alkalialkoholate und -carbonate, wie Kalium- und Natriummethylat bzw.
-äthylal. Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, ferner tertiäre
aliphatische aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, z. B. Triäthylamin, Dimethylanilin oder Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man
zwischen 20 und 120 C (bzw. dem Siedepunkt der Mischung), vorzugsweise bei 40 bis 80 C. Die verfahrensgemäß
umzusetzenden Ausgangsmaterialien sowie die Hilfsstoffe (Säurebindemittel) werden im allgemeinen
in stöchiometrischen Mengen angewandt. Nach Vereinigung der Ausgangskomponenten ist es
vorteilhaft, die Mischung zwecks Vervollständigung
der Umsetzung noch längere Zeit (etwa ' 2 bis 4 Stunden)
gegebenenfalls unter Rühren nachzuerhitzen. Man erhält bei dieser Arbeitsweise die Verfahrensprodukte mit hervorragenden Ausbeuten sowie in
vorzüglicher Reinheit.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen als kristallisierbare öle an, die sich durch Umkristallisieren aus Äthanol
in reiner Form gewinnen lassen. Jedoch reicht für die praktische Anwendung die Reinheit der Rohprodukte
in den meisten Fällen aus.
Die für die Durchführung des Verfahrens als Ausgangsmaterialien benötigten substituierten 3-Hydroxybenzo-l,2,4-triazine
sind zum Teil aus der Literatur bekannt.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen
sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton
sowie eine gute Alkalistabilitäi auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.
Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt
werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden
in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen
der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, d. h. flüssigen Lösungsmitteln und/oder Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls
unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei
z. B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser a*s Streckmittel
gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden können. Als
flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten (z.B. Xylol, Benzol), chlorierte
Aromaten (z. B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z. B. Erdölfraktionen),
Alkohole (z. B. Methanol, Butanol), stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd
sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z. B. Kaoline, Tonerden,
Talkum, Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle {z. B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Silikate); als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z. B. Alkylarylpolyglykolather, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel:
z.B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,5 und 90%.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen können in einem größeren Bereich variiert weiden. Im allgemeinen
verwendet man Konzentrationen von 0,00001 bis 20%, vorzugsweise von 0,01 bis 5%.
carbonat werden 30 Minuten in 400 ml Acetonitril bei 80" C gerührt. Anschließend tropft man bei JO u
g O O - Diäthyl - thionophosphorsäureesterchlond zu dem Gemisch, rührt letzteres weitere 3 bis 4 Stunden
bei 80" C nach, kühlt es ab und versetzt die Mischung
mit 500 ml Benzol. Die benzolische Lösung wird mit Wasser, 1 η-Kalilauge, schließlich wieder mit Wasser
gewaschen, dann über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck, zum Schluß bei 60 bis
ίο 70 C, und 0,01 Torr eingedampft Man erhalt /Sg
(83% der Theorie) gelber Kristalle von Ο,Ο-Diatnyl-O
- [5 - methyl - benzo -1,2,4 - triazinyl - (3)] - thionophosphorsäureester,
die aus Äthanol umkristalhsierbar sind und bei 45 C schmelzen.

48 g (0,3MoI) 3-Hydroxy-5-methyl-benzo-l,2,
4-triazin werden in 250 ml Dimethylformamid gerührt und anschließend mit einer methanolischen
Lösung von 0,3 Mol Natriummethylat versetzt. Man
destilliert die Lösungsmittel zunächst bei 10, dann bei 0,1 bis 0,01 Torr ab, suspendiert das trockene Natriumsalz
des Hydroxytriazins in 300 ml Methyläthylketon und tropft zu dieser Suspension bei 70 bis 800C 61 g
O,O - Diisopropylphosphorsäureesterchlorid. Nach
weiterem 2stündigem Rühren bei 70 bis 8O0C wird
das Lösungsmittel unter vermindertem Druck abdestiiliert, der Rückstand in Benzol aufgenommen und
weiter gemäß Beispiel 1 verfahren. Nach dem Umkristallisieren erhält man 40 g Ο,Ο-Diisopropyl-O-
[5 - methyl - benzo -1,2,4 - triazinyl(3)] - phosphorsäureester
vom Schmelzpunkt 55° C.

1. Benzotriazinyl-phosphor-phosphon- bzw. thionophosphor-(pnospäon)-säureester der Formel
Spinnmilben. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind in dieser Hinsicht den bekannten Produkten
vergleichbarer Konstitution und Wirkungsrichtung überlegen und stellen damit eine echte Bereicherung
der Technik dar.
Das Herstellungsverfahren wird durch folgendes Reaktionsschema verdeutlicht:
