PATENTAMT.
Die meisten der bekannten wasserlöslichen Casempräparate besitzen eine derartige Löslichkeit
schon in kaltem Wasser, daß beim Verrühren der Präparate mit kaltem Wasser
, 5 schon ziemlich bedeutende Mengen in Lösung gehen; durch diese Löslichkeit wird auch der
eigenartige, lästige Geschmack dieser Präparate bedingt. Ein solcher Grad der Wasserlöslichkeit ist daher entschieden nachteilig,
da Geschmacklosigkeit bei derartigen Präparaten besonders geschätzt wird und daher anzustreben ist. Da sich im Magen,
dessen Temperatur 37' beträgt, viele Stoffe infolge des sauren Charakters des Magensaftes
lösen, selbst wenn sie in kaltem Wasser sehr "venig löslich sind, so kann
auch in dieser Beziehung ein Nachteil aus der Schwerlöslichkeit derartiger Präparate
nicht entstehen. Der Vorzug der neuen, unten näher beschriebenen Diätetica vor den
bekannten Nährpräparaten ist nun hauptsächlich darin zu erblicken, daß sie, mit kaltem
Wasser angerührt, zwar aufquellen, jedoch sehr wenig in Lösung gehen und geschmacklos
sind. Andererseits aber lösen sich die neuen Präparate in kochendem oder heißem Wasser leicht auf; daraus darf geschlossen
werden, daß auch ihrer Löslichkeit im Magen und ihrer Resorbierbarkeit durch ihre in
kaltem Wasser verhältnismäßig geringe Löslichkeit kein Abbruch geschieht.
Die neuen Präparate werden erhalten, indem man bei den durch das Patent 98177
und die zugehörigen Zusatz - Patente geschützten \'erfahren zur Darstellung von
Casein- und anderen Eiweißverbindungen die glyzerinphosphorsaureii Salze durch Salze
von fettsäuresubstituierten Glyzerinphosphorsäuren ersetzt.
Als fettsäuresubstituierte Glyzerinphosphorsäuren kommen in Betracht: Stearvlglyzcrinphosphorsäuren
(Darstellung s. H uncleshagen, Journ. f. prakt. (.'hem., N. E. 28,
240 ff.), ferner die auf analoge Weise darstellbaren l'alniitylglyzennphosphorsäurcn und
Olcylglyzerinphosphorsäuren in Form ihrer
Salze und besonders ihrer Alkalisalze.
Man verfährt nach vorliegendem Verfahren etwa derart, daß man auf 100 kg
Casein etwa 5 kg distearylglvzcrinphosphorsaures Natron in wäßriger Lösung oder
Suspension einwirken last und das Produkt bei möglichst niederer Temperatur (am
besten im Vakuum) trocknet. Statt Casein können auch die in den Patentschriften
99093 und 99094 angeführten Eiweißstoffe

- Verwendung finden; ferner kann der dort | λότι Casein-und anderen Eiweißpräparaten,erwähnte Alkohol durch Äther und ähnliche [ dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Stelle derindifferente Lösungsmittel ersetzt werden.
