Thiophosphaten sowie Verfahren zu
deren --erstellung*
Die Erfindung betrifft tertiäre Ester der Phosphite
und der entsprechenden Phosphate und Thiophosphate»
Es wurde gefunden, daß sich diese Ziele durch Uie Herstellung polyiaerer Verbindungen der folgenden allgemeinen
Formel erreichen lassen:

Im allgemeinen liegen über 50 Je, gewöhr.lion sogar die überwiegende

Man kann die Phosphite gemäß der angegebenen
allgeaeinen Formel herstellen, indem rnaa ein :i'ris-Kohlenwasserstoffphosphit
oder ein Tris-Chlorarylphasphit mit einem Propylenglykol
für sich oder in IJischung mit eineiu Polyäthylenglykol
in geeignetem Mischungsverhältnis und in Gegenwart eines Katalysators umsetzt·
Es ist zweckmäßig, mehr als zwei iwol, jedoch weniger
als drei moI des ülykols pro moI des thosphits zu verwenden.
Gewöhnlich verwendet man zwischen 2,1 bis 2,5 kol GIykol
pro iiol thosphit. Mit 2,5 Mol Glykol pro Mol l'liospnit
entsteht die einfachste Verbindung gemäß der angegebenen allgemeinen
Formel. So erhält man mit 5 inol Dipropylenglykol und
2 Mol Triphenylphosphit (Verhältnis 2,5il) die Verbindung
folgender Formel

wird, erhält man eine Verbindung wit 21 Glykolgruppen und
10 Phosphor at omen. Venn als trlykol das Dipropylenglykol
verwendet wird, erhält man. im wesentlichen ein Produkt der
folgenden Formel

Bei Verwendung von mehr als 2,5 juol Glykol pro ί.1ο1 phosphit
befindet sieh in dem gewünschten Endprodukt etwas beigemischtes
Tris-Polypropylenglykolphosphat und wenn nindestens
drei Mol Glykol verwendet werden, erhält man ausschließlich das Tris—Polypropylenglykolphosphttt. Ein Teil des PoIypropylenglykols,
und zwar bis zu 55 i* des Gesamtanteiles des Glykole, kann durch 1-olyäthylenglykol ersetzt werden.
Da das Polyäthylenglykol mit dem Triphenylxjhosphit oder
dgl. schneller reagiert, als das entsprechende Polypropylenglykol, bilden die Polyathylenglykolgruppen vor allem Kettenglieder
und nur in seltenen Fällen Endgruppen. Man verwendet vorzugsweise das Polyäthylenglykol nicht im Überschuß
über den Bedarf für die Bildung von Verbindungsgliedern in der Polymerkette«
Die Reaktion wird durch Erhitzen in einem Vakuum und Abdestillieren des gebildeten Phenols durchgeführt.
Die Reaktion läßt sich bequem unter einem muck von 5 mm
bei einer lieaktionsgefäßtemperatur von 140 bis 1500C. sowie
einer Dampftemperatur von 115 bis 118°C. durchführen,
jedoch sind diese Zahlen nicht kritisch·
Brauchbare iolypropylenglykole sind: Dipropylen-

glykol, Tripropylenglykol, Polyproiiylenglykol-425 (PoIypropylenglykol
mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 425), Polypropylenglykol-1025 (Polypropylenglykol mit
einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht von 1025), Polypropylenglykol-2025
(Polypropylenglykol mit einem durchschnittlichen kolekulargewicht von 2025) und Polypropylenglykol
mit einem Durchschnittsmolekulargewicht von 3000 oder auch Gemisch aus diesen Verbindungen«
Brauchbare Polyäthylenglykole sind:Diäthylenglykol, Triäthylenglykol, Tetraäthylenglykol, Polyäthylenglykol mit
einem durohsohnittliohen Molekulargewicht von etwa 1000, Polyäthylenglykol mit einem durchschnittlichen Molekulargewicht
von etwa 3000.
Brauchbare Trikohlenwasserstoff« oder Trihalogenarylphosphite
sind z.B. Trialkyl- und Triarylphosphite wie: Triphenylphosphit, Tri-o-oresylphosi)hit, Tri-p-oresylphosphit,
Tri-m-cresylphosphit, Tri-xylenylphosphit, Trideoylphosphit,
Uiphenyldeoylphosphit und Triathylphosphit nebst
den Trihalogenarylphosphiten, wies Tri-p-chlorphenylphosphit,
Tri-o-chlorphenylphosphit u.dgl.
Die Katalysierung der Heaktion eriolgt an besten
durch alkalische Katalysatoren mit einem p^-Wert von mindestens
11 in einer 0,5 N-Lösung. Ein brauchbarer Katalysator besteht aus einem Zusatz von 0,1 bis 1,0 % an Natriumphenol at, Natriumoresylat, Kaliumphenolat, Natriummethylat,
Natriuedeoylat, Natrlumdipropylenglykolat oder dgl.
Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise durch ein Dikohlen- wasserstoff-( wie z.B. Aryl- oder Alkyl«) oder Dihalogen-

arylphosphit katalysiert, beispielsweise durch Zusatz von 0,1 - 1 % an Diphenylphosphit, Di-o-cresylphosphit, Dl-poresylphöephit,
Diäthylphosphit, Didecylphosphit, Diootadeoylphosphit,
Di-p-Chlorphenylphosphit oder dgl.
Bei der Bildung der polymeren Phosphite aus Dipropylenglykol und Tripropylenglykol ist es nioht notwendig,
das tilykol mit Triphenylphosphit oder dgl. zur Reaktion zu bringen. Anstelle dessen können die erfindungsgemäßen Phosphite
auch durch Abdestillieren der entsprechenden Menge von Dipropylenglykol oder Tripropylenglykol unter Erhitzung von
Tris-dipropylenglykolphosphit oder des gemischten Tripropylenglykol-bis—dipropylenglykolphosphit
im Vakuum.hergestellt werden» Diese Heaktion wird vorzugsweise in 'iegenwart einea
Katalysators der oben genannten Art, beispielsweise von 0,5 J*

Die Herstellung des Phosphats gemäß der eingangs gegebenen allgemeinen Formel läßt sich auch durch Zugabe der
stüehioinetrischeu Menge von Schwefel zu dem entsprechenden
i'hosphit und Erhitzung tiuf 110 bis 130° C. durchfuhren Im
Falle der Herstellung der polymeren Thiophosyliate aus bipropylenglykol
und Tripropylenglykol kann auch die l>estillationsmethode
verwendet werden, bei der beispieIsweise Tris-dipropylenglykolthiophosphat
unter Vakuum in Gegenwart von Diphenylphosphit oder eines anderen Katalysators solange erhitzt
wird, bis die gewünschte iienge von Dipropylenglykol abdestilliert
ist.
Die erfindungεgemäßen polymeren Produkte stellen
wasserhelle viskose Flüssigkeiten dar.
Beispiele der erfinciungsgemäßen polymeren Phosphite,
Phosphate und Thiophosphate entsprechend der eingangs gegebenen allgemeinen Formel sind} Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphit,

Die neuen erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können
vielseitig verwendet werden. /
So können sie als Weichmacher für Polyurethane verwendet werden. Wegen ihrer Hydroxylgruppen eignen sie
sich hervorragend zur Einverleibung in Urethansyeteiae, in
denen sie mit den Isooyanatgruppen bei dem Wachstum der poly—
merketten reagieren und auf diese Weise eingebaut werden·
Sie können dabei als der einzige hydroxylgruppenhaltige Ueaktionspartner anwesend sein oder aber auch in Mischung mit
anderen Polyhydroxyverbindungen bei der Bildung der Polyurethane verwendet werden· Geschäumte Polyurethane können durch
Wasserzusatz vor ihrer Zugabe zu dem Isooyanat hergestellt werden. Die dabei erhaltenen festen Polyurethane besitzen
gute Feuerschutzeigenschaften und erweisen sich ferner als nützlich als Imprägnierung für Textilien, Isolierungen bei
Bauarbeiten, PolsterfUllungamaterial, Fäden zur Herstellung
von Gurten und Büstenhaltern u.dgl.
Die Phosphite, Phosphate und Thiophosphate eignen sich auch zur Einverleibung in Epoxyharzsysteme· Sie können dabei direkt in einem Epoxyharzsystem, beispielsweise
mit Dioyolopentadiendiepoxyd, insbesondere unter Katalysierung mit einem Alkylamioat, reagieren. Möglich ist auch der
Umsatz mit Maleinsäureanhydrid oder anderen polybasischen Säuren oder Anhydriden unter Bildung des entsprechenden Säuresterphosphits ( oder Phosphat» oder Th!«phosphatester), die
ihrerseits in vielen Qpoxysystemen ohne zusätzliche Katalysatoren reagieren können*

: Sie lassen sich auch zur Herstellung von Polyestern
heranziehen, beispielsweise durch Reaktion, je eines Mols mit einem Liol Maleinsäureanhydrid, Phthalsäureanhydrid,
Dimethylterephthalat, Fumarsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Oxalsäure, Itaconsäure usw. Außerdem sind sie für Textilien als weichüiachuugsniittel
und auch als oberflächenaktive Stoffe nützlich.
Ferner können sie als Schmiermittel, v/Uruietransx»ort—
flüssigkeiten, hydraulische Flüssigkeiten und Himpenfluida
verwendet werden. Sie lassen sich anstelle von Tricresylphosphat als Treibstoffzusatzwittel, beispielsweise in einer ^enge
von 0,15*» verwenden und sind außerdem brauchbar als Veichmaclier
für Polyestersysteiue und aus freien Radikalen gebildeten
Systemen, beispielsweise polymerisiert em i-xethyl?uethacrylat.
Die Phosphite und Thiophosphate sind auch als Stabilisatoren
für VinylchlQridharze und andere Halogen enthaltende Harze, beispielsweise als Zusatz in einer Menge von 0,25 bis 10 £
des Harzgewiclites, brauchbar. Sie können auch als Zusatz zu
bereits vorhandenen Schmiermitteln und Flüssigkeiten des CrIykoltyps
verwendet werden.
Vie bereits erwiihnt, stellen die erfindungsgemäßen
Produkte viskose Flüssigkeiten dar ( obgleich die daraus hergestellten Polyurethane feste Stoffe sind).
Wenn nichts anderes angegeben ist, bedeuten alle Teile und Prozentsätze der vorliegenden Beschreibung und
Beispiele Gewichtsteile und Gewichtsprozente·
Beispiel 1«
Methode A.

430 g(l Mol) Tris-dipropylenglykolphosphit, das
noch etwa 1 g Diphenylphosphitkatalysator enthielt, wurde in

einem Vakuum (Smw) aui 1400C. erhitzt. Dipropylenglykol begann
mit einer Dampftemperatur von 115oC./5mm zu destillieren.
Die Destillation wurde so lange fortgesetzt, bis 67g übergegangen waren, d.h. die theoretische fcenge für die Bildung
von Dipropylea^lykol-tetrol-diphosphit. Das Produkt wurde
heiß durch "Celtic" (Diatoraeenerde) filtriert« Das Dipropylenglykol—tetrol—diphosphit—Produkt
war eine etwas viskose, klare, farblose Flüssigkeit von n"° : 1,4654.
Aiethode B,
83g (2,5 LoI) Dipropylenglykol, 310g (l i»ol)
Triphenylphospl'it und 4g Diyhenylphosphit (Katalysator)
wurden zwei Stunden lang auf 125 G. erhitzt, clsnn unter ein
Vakuum von 10 mm gesetzt und vom Phenol durch Destillation
befreit» Nach 6 Stunden erhielt man insgesamt (71 >») des Phenols
mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 400C. Bei der nachfolgenuen
Destillation ging in steigendeu Ilaße Dipropylenglykol mit über·
Die gemischten Destillate (30g) wurden mit einem Überschuß
von 50g Dipropylenglykol zusammen in ein Destillationsgefäß
gegeben und der fraktionierten Destillation unterworfen, wobei ein (ieuiisch von Phenol und Dipropylenglykol überging. Die
Destillation wurde solange fortgesetzt, bis insgesamt 132 g aufgefangen waren, d.h. die theoretische Menge für Phenol und
den Überschuß an Dipropylenglykol, Die letzten 10 ecm des Destillats waren frei von Phenol} sie bestanden im wesentlichen
aus reinem Dipropylenglykol. Das Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphit-Produkt
war eine klare, farblose Flüssigkeit von n^5 : 1,4652,

Liethode A. <
215g Tris-dipropylenglykolphosphit (0,5 Hol) wurden
im Vakuum (5 mm) so lange auf 1400C. erhitzt, wie die destillation
anhielt. Das Dipropylenglykol wurde Lei einer Dampttemperatur
von 115°C/5mm abdestilliert. Die Destillation wurde so lange fortgesetzt, Ti)Is insgesamt 46g Dipropylenglykol
(innerhalli etwa einer halben Stunde) aufgesaucielt waren. Der
Rückstand wurde durch Celit filtriert, wobei man das Dipropylenglykol-x
>entol-triphosphit als eine klare, farblose,

etwas viskose Flüssigkeit vom n^ : 1,4660 erhielt.

Methode B.
536g ( 4 Mol, d.h. 0,5 kol im Überschuß) Dipropylenglykol,
465g (l,5 kol) Triphenylj>hasphit und 2g Diphenylphosphit
(Katalysator) wurden eine Stunde lang auf 1400C, erhitzt,
dann auf 125 bis 1300C. abgekühlt und bei einem Druck
von 10 nun unter Verwendung einer 45 cm lange» "'-ti onierkolonne
zur Destillation gebracht. Inuerha.Vo von 5 Stunden
wurden annähernd 375g eines sauberen Phenols (Schmelzpunkt 40 C.) gewonnen. Die nachfolgende Destillation ergab iiemisebe
mit steigenden Mengen von Dipropylenglykol. Es wurden insgesamt 115g des gemischten zusätzlichen Destillats gewonnen
(48g Phenol und 67g Dipropylenglykol -0,5 Mol). Der Rückstand
zeigte nach der Filtration über Celit ein nj; ι 1,4661.
Die Infrarotanalyse zeigte ein mit dem Material aus Methode
A identisches Ergebnis« Bei beiden Produkten zeigten sich keine aromatischen, dem Ausgangsphenol zugehörigen Streifen«

215g Tris-dipropylenglykolphosphit (0,5 Mol) mit
einem Gehalt von etwa 0,5g Diphenylphosphat wurden bei 5 mm Druck auf 1400C. erhitzt. Das Dipropylenglykol mirde bei einer
Dainpf temperatur von 115°C/5ram abdestilliert. Die Destillation
wurde so lange fortgesetzt, bis insgesamt 50g Dipropylenglykol (in etwa 30 Minuten ) aufgesammelt waren· Der Hackstand wurde
über Celit filtriert. Man erhielt Dipropylenglykol-hexol*
tetraphosphit als eine klare, farblose, etwas viskose Flüssigkeit von n^5 : 1,4662·
Methode B.
469g (3,5 Mol),(d.h. ein Überschuß von 67g Über
die theoretisch benötigte Menge) Dipropylenglykol, 310g (l Mol) Triphenylphosphit und 2g Diphenylphosphit wurden eine Stunde
lang auf 140°C. erhitzt, dann auf 125 bis 1300C. abgekühlt
und bei einem Druck von 10 mm an der Kolonne, wie sie in Beispiel 2 B beschrieben wurde, zur Destillation gebracht. Das
Phenol wurde bei 70 bis 80°C/l0 mm abdestilliert, bis 220g (Schmelzpunkt 400C.) aufgesammelt waren. Danach ging ein gemischtes
Destillat aus Phenol und etwas überschüssigem Dipropylenglykol über. Die Fraktionierung wurde während der
Destillation fortgesetzt. Man erhielt insgesamt 120g eines
Phenol-dipropylenglykol-Gemisches. Der Rückstand wurde heiß
durch Celit filtriert und ergab ein Produkt mit n^5» 1,4661.
Die Infrarotanalyse hatte das gleiche Ergebnis wie bei den
Produkt nach Methode A und war frei von aromatischen Absorp-

tionsbanden entsprechend dem freien Phenol.
1386g (3,26 Mol) Polyproj.iylenglykol-425, 405g (1,31
Mol) Triphenylphosphit und 5g Diphenylphosphit (Katalysator) wurden im Vakuum auf 120 bis 1300C, erhitzt. Das Phenol begann
zu destillieren und die Destillation wurde so lange fortgesetzt, bis die Temperatur auf 1700C. angestiegen war«
Das Phenol war rein und sohmolz bei 400C. Das Ileaktionsge-
misch wurde zur vollständigen Entfernung des Phenols eine
halbe Stunde lang bei 1700C. und 10 mm Druck mit Stickstoff
durchspült. Etwa 6g Destillat wurde auf diese weise noch aufgesammelt.
Das insgesamt gewonnene Phenol entsprach einer Menge von 3,94 Mol. ^er itückstand wurde durch UeIit filtriert.
Man erhielt Polypropylenglykol-425-tetrol-<iiphosphit
25 ι als klare, farblose, etwas viskose Flüssigkeit vom n^ {\ 1,4565
in einer Ausbeute von 1418g. Die gesamte Keaktionszeit betrug
6 Stunden. Die Infrarotanalyse dee Produktes zeigte sich frei von aromatischen, dem freien Phenol entsprechenden
Banden«
1488g ( 3,5 Mol) Polypropylenglykol-425, 4G5g
(l,5 Mol) und 3g Diphenylphosphit (Katalysator) wurden im
Vakuum auf 120 bis 1300C* erhitzt. Das Phenol begann zu destillieren
und cian setzte die Destillation solange fort, bis die Temperatur des Eeatttionsgeraisches auf 1700C. angestiegen

Entfernung des Phenols aus dem ileaktionsgemisch sicherzustellen, wurde l/2 Stunde lang bei 170°c/l0 mm Stickstoff

durchgeleitet. Die Gesamtmenge an Ihenol betrug 423g (die
theoretische Menge) Der Rückstand wurde durch Celit filtriert
und ergab 1530g *Olypropylenglykol-425~pentol-triphosphit als
klare, farblose, viskose Flüssigkeit mit n^5: 1,4566. Die Reaktionszeit
betrug 6 Stunden» Die Infrarotanalyse zeigt keine,
dem freien Phenol entsprechende, aromatische Absorptionsbanüen,
633g (3,1 Mol) Tripropylenglykol, 31Og (l kol)
Triphenylphosph.it und 5g Diplienylphosphit (Katalysator) wurden
is: Vakuum erhitzt. Das Phenol wurde bei einer Temperatur
deslieaktionsgeiäßes von 140 bis 1500C, abdestilliert. Die Übergangsteuiperatur
des 11: en ο Idatupf es betrug 80 bis 85 C/l5 oiuu
Aw Ende der Keaktion destillierte auch etwas Tripropylenglykol
mit über. Die (Gesamtmenge des Destillats betrug 232g (Phenol
nit Tripropylenglykol). Der Rückstand erwies sich als Tristripropylengiykolphosphit
mit etwa 17g Tripropylenglykol. Nach der Filtration durch Clelit erhielt man eine klare, farblose
Flüssigkeit.·
25g Tris-tripropylengILykolphosphit wurden iw
Vakuum, bei 1500C. abdestilliert· Das Tripropylenglykol begann
bei einer Dampftemperatur von 135°C/lO mm abzudestillieren.
Als 5g des Destillats (reines Triproypylenglykol) aufgesammelt waren, erhielt man Tripropylenglykol—tetrol-diphosphit als
Endprodukt·
Das Beispiel 4 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter
Ersatz des Polypropylenglykol-425 durch 3,26 Mol Polypropylenglykol-1025.
Man erhielt Polypropylenglykol-1025-tetrol-diphosphit
als viskose Flüssigkeit«

Beispiel 4 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Polypropylenglykol-425 durch 3,26 Mol l'olypropylenglykol-2025.
Man erhielt Polypropylenglykol-2025-tetroldiphoephit
als viskose Flüssigkeit·
Beispiel 5 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Polypropylenglykol-425 durch 3,5 Mol Polypropylenglykol-1025·
Mat erhielt Polypropylenglykol-1025-pentoltriphosphit
als viskose Flüssigkeit« Beispiel 10.
Beispiel 5 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Polypropylenglykol-425 durch 3,5 Mol tolypropylenglykol-2025«
Man erhielt Polyproxiylenglykol-2025-pentoltriphosphit
als viskose Flüssigkeit.
268g ( 2 Mol) Dipropylenglj'kol, «>ow,: (l Mol)
Diphenylpentaerythritoldiphosphit und 3g Diphenylphosphit (Katalysator) wurden zusammen auf 140°C. im Vakuum erhitzt,«
Nach 3 Stunden wurden eine &roße Menge niedrig schmelzendem Phenol aufgesammelt· Dieses wurde in das' üeaktionsgefäß zurückgegeben
und das Gemisch durch eine 45cm lange Destillationskolonne bei 10 mm Druck fraktioniert destilliert· Man
erhielt auf diese Weise 175g eines sauberen Phenols. Das Gemisch wurde danach auf 1600C. erhitzt und mit Stickstoff
durchspült, um den Rest des Phenols überzutreiben. Man erhielt 25g zusätzliches Destillat, das aus einem Gemisch des
Phenols mit Dipropylenglykol bestand. Der Rückstand würde

mit Celit behandelt und heiß filtriert. Man erhielt als Endprodukt
polymeres Bis-dipropylenglykol-pentaerythritoldiphosphit
( Molekulargewicht etwa 1200-1500).
0,5 iuol eines 50Jiigen wässerigen Wasserstoffperoxydes
wurde in 0,5 IvIoI Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphit
eingerührt. Nach Abschluß der Reaktion wurde Wasser abdestilliert und es hinterblieb ein Rückstand von Dipropylenglykoltetrol-diphosphat
als viskose Flüssigkeit,
Das Verfahren gemäß Beispiel 12 mirde wiederholt,
jedoch unter Ersatz des Diproyplenglykol-tetrol-diph
os ph ils durch 0,5 Mol Polypropylen^i.ykol—2025-pentol-triphosphit.
Man erhielt als viskose Flüssigkeit Polypropylenglykol-2025-pentol-triphosphat.
Das Verfahren gemäß Beispiel 12 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphits
durch 0,5 Mol eines LHT/240-hexol-phosphits« Man erhielt
LüT/240-hexol-phosphat als viskose Flüssigkeit.
Beispiel 15.
Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 12 wurde wieder-
holt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphits
durch 0,5 Hol eines LG-168-hexol-phosphits. Man erhielt
Lfi-168-hexol-phosphat als viskose Flüssigkeit.
Man fügte zu 0,5 Mol Dipropylenglykol-tetroldiphosphit eine stöchiouietrische Menge an Schwefel (16 Teile

der lieaktion auf 110 bis 1300C. erhitzt. Das flüssige Produkt

Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 16 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphits
duroh 0,5 Mol Polypropylenglykol-2025-pentol-triphosphit.
Die erhaltene viskose Flüssigkeit erwies sich als Polypropylenglykol-2025-pentol—trithiophosphat«
Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 16 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphits
duroh 0,5 Mol von LHT-240-hexol-phosphit, Man erhielt
als viskose Flüssigkeit LU.T-240-hexoi-thiophosphat als
Endprodukt*
Beispiel 19.
Das Verfahren nach Beispiel 16 wurde wiederholt, jedoch unter Ersatz des Dipropylenglykol-tetrol-diphosphits
duroh 0,5 Mol LG-168-hexol-phosphit. Man erhielt
als viskose Flüssigkeit LG-168-hexol-thiophosphat als Endprodukt»

Verbindung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß U1, R2, R3, R4, It51 R6 und U7 Dipropylenglykolreste darstellen.9. Verbindung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß R1, R2, R3, Ii4, R5, R6 und U7 die Keste von Polypropylenglykol mit einem imrchschnittsmolekulargewicht /wischen 400 und iiüOG darstellen.10. Verf aiiren .zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dafi'Trikobienwasserstoif phusjüiite oder ϊ;..'ί.' jps?rylphosphite mit einem 1 olypropylenglykol oder ei.·"cw Geiuiaoh von Polypropylenglykol mit Polyäthylenglykol in einem Verhältnis von mehr als zwei, jedoch weniger als drei Mol GIykol pro Ä.ol Phosphit, bei dem der Polypropylenglykolanteil mindestens 55 i4 des gesamten ^olänteiles an (ilykol ausmacht, unter Entfernung der oei uer Reaktion gebildeten Monohycir oxy ν er bindung zur lieaktion bringt.11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Glykol ausschließlich Folypropylenglykol verwendet wird.12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines alkalischen Katalysators durchgeführt wird.14, Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung uiit der Formel:■i> - (OE3OP)n OR4OPworin H,, H2, K5, Rß und K7 jeweils Reste von Polypropylenglykol darstellen, bei dem eines der Ilydroxylwasserstoff atoüie fehlt, R3 und E4 Reste von Polyäthylenglykol oder PoIypropylenglykol darstellen, bei denen die beiden Hydroxylwasserstoffatome fehlen und η entweder Null oder eine ganze Zahl ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Trikohlenwasserstoffphosphite oder Trihalogenarylphosphlte mit Polypropylenglykol oder Gemischen des Polypropylenglykols mit Folyäthylenglykol in einem Verhältnis von 2,1 bis 2,5 Mol Glykol pro iviol Phosphit, bei dem der l'olypropylenglykolanteil mindestens 55 % des gesagten kolanteils an Glykol ausmacht, unter Entfernung der bei der Reaktion gebildeten i»ionohydroxyverbindungen zur iieaktion gebracht wird»15» Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Glykol ausschließlich " Polypropylenglykol verwendet wird.16.
