Abstract
Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat, von dem mindestens eine Oberfläche mit einer Oberflächenbehandlungsschicht, die mindestens ein wasserlösliches Polymerrückgrat enthält, beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserlösliche Polymerrückgrat Hydroxylfunktionen aufweist, von denen mindestens einige zuvor mit mindestens einem organischen Molekül, das eine Vinylfunktion und eine Aldehydfunktion enthält, umgesetzt worden sind.
Claims (9)
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat, von dem mindestens eine Oberfläche mit einer Oberflächenbehandlungsschicht, die mindestens ein wasserlösliches Polymerrückgrat enthält, beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserlösliche Polymerrückgrat Hydroxylfunktionen aufweist, von denen mindestens einige zuvor mit mindestens einem organischen Molekül, das eine Vinylfunktion und eine Aldehydfunktion enthält, umgesetzt worden sind.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserlösliche Polymer mit Hydroxylfunktionen ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, die Polyvinylalkohol, Polyethylenglycol, Polyethylenoxid, Polyvinylamin, Stärke, Stärkeester, Stärkeether, Carboxymethylzellulose, Carboxymethylzelluloseether, Carboxymethylzelluloseester, Chitosan, Xanthan und Polyacrylamid einschließt.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserlösliche Polymer mit Hydroxylfunktionen PVA ist.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das organische Molekül die allgemeine Formel (I) R1R3R4O- oder (II) R1R3O- hat, wobei R1 einen Aldehyd darstellt, R3 eine lineare oder verzweigte, möglicherweise substituierte C1-20-Alkenylkette darstellt und R4 eine Carbonylgruppe (C=O) darstellt.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppe, die die Vinylfunktion enthält, ausgewählt ist aus der folgenden Gruppe: Vinyl, Allyl, Acryl, Methacryl, 4-Pentenyl und 10-Undecenyl.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge des Oberflächenbehandlungsmittels, welches das wasserlösliche Polymerrückgrat enthält, zwischen 1 und 2 mg/m2 liegt.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge des Oberflächenbehandlungsmittels, welches das wasserlösliche Polymerrückgrat enthält, 0,01 bis 100% des Gesamtgewichts der Oberflächenbehandlungsschicht beträgt.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zellulosefaser-basierte Substrat Papier ist.
- Zellulosefaser-basiertes Substrat gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zellulosefaser-basierte Substrat Pergamentpapier mit einem Flächengewicht zwischen 50 und 150 g/m2 ist.
