Abstract

Description
本发明涉及表面处理剂,防粘衬层(release liner)组合物,基础材料和生产基础材料的方法。本发明还涉及表面处理剂的用途。
防粘涂层如硅酮涂层已经用于增强基材如纸、膜或塑料涂布纸基材的防粘性能。该硅酮涂层可以形成防粘衬层的防粘层,或该硅酮涂层可以是烘焙纸(baking paper)的功能层。
当具有良好硅酮粘合性和低硅酮擦去(rub-off)(率)的高质量标记背衬产品(label backing products)即防粘衬层是所希望的时,必须特别注意非硅酮化处理基础材料的质量。通常,高质量防粘衬层和硅酮粘合性的良好控制已经是要求的。在标签产品上的发展导致对于防粘衬层的越来越多挑战。
防粘衬层的质量的主要衡量是硅酮涂层对基础材料的粘合性以及由于过分的硅酮穿透所导致的小孔(pinhole)的缺乏。硅酮涂层量的最小化也是经济方面的中心目标。
有可能通过使用物理或化学方法处理表面。两种方法的目的是以控制方式调节硅酮涂层进入到基础材料的孔隙结构中的穿透和硅酮层的粘合性。当防粘衬层的基材是由纸组成时,最重要的物理加工技术是纸的压延,其中加热和压力用来将纤维压缩成具有较少孔隙的更压实的网片。
涂有较低量的硅酮的无小孔的防粘衬层的寻求已经导致新的制备方法。利用新的制备方法,防粘衬层的质量得到改进并且在没有牺牲最终产品的质量的情况下硅酮消耗量已减少。然而,一些新的生产方法会导致与硅酮固定(anchorage)相关的问题,并且已经观察到硅酮涂层的严重擦去。
较差硅酮固定的一个理由是,已经用于形成防粘涂层如防粘层的涂覆机器的速度已经提高。这意味着防粘层的化合物必须相对快速地固定到基础材料的表面上,即,交联相当快速地发生。此外,一个目标是减少铂催化剂的量,这是相对于快速交联而言互相矛盾的目标。
公开物WO2005/071161解决了固定问题。该公开物公开了预期被硅酮化处理(siliconize)的纤维素纤维型载体。该公开物建议,以纤维素纤维为基础的载体接枝具有官能团的至少一种有机分子,该官能团能够与纤维素的游离OH官能团产生共价键,并且该有机分子包括乙烯基官能团。石油醚用作接枝试剂的溶剂。
然而,还有与单体或低反应性分子的使用有关的许多缺点。它们可以穿透到载体中,并且因为它们是具有低分子量的挥发性化合物,它们可具有讨厌的气味并且是刺激性的。未反应的单体或低(small)反应性分子也可能迁移和因此阻止该防粘剂(通常硅酮化处理剂)粘合于基材的表面上和因此防粘层从基材的表面上松脱,即发生擦去。
涉及到接枝的实际完成的缺点是石油醚用作接枝剂的溶剂;石油醚不能在工业上用于造纸机上,因为它是挥发性有机溶剂。涉及到实际完成的另一个缺点是造纸厂的方法基于含水体系。当该单体或低反应性分子被添加在水中时,它们能够产生共价键的能力在短的时间内显著下降,因为单体与水反应并且它们因此转化成更低反应性的化合物。另一方面,如果挥发性溶剂被添加到该方法中,需要用于溶剂收集和循环的昂贵投资。此外,标签产品可用于食品包装,因此,任何溶剂或单体残留是不可接受的。
本发明的目的是介绍解决上述问题的产品。此外,借助于本发明,有可能使用新的配方,它以前不可能使用。
本发明的表面处理剂体现特征于在独立权利要求1中的特征部分中。本发明的防粘衬层组合物体现特征于在独立权利要求13的特征部分中。基础材料体现特征于在独立权利要求16中的特征部分中。生产基础材料的方法体现特征于在独立权利要求24的特征部分中。表面处理剂的用途体现特征于独立权利要求31的特征部分。
在描述本发明时,将使用某些突出的术语。图1解释了根据本发明的防粘衬层的结构。该防粘衬层组合物包括基材1,表面处理层2和防粘层3。基材指纸基材,膜基材,或涂布膜(塑料)的纸基材。纸基材可以是涂覆的,施胶的(sized)或另外表面处理的。基础材料4是包括表面处理层的基材。表面处理层包括表面处理剂,后者包括具有能够与硅酮涂层反应的基团的至少一种端基-或侧基-官能化的嵌段或接枝共聚物。防粘衬层5指产品,它包括基材、在基材表面上的表面处理层和在表面处理层之上的硅酮涂层。该硅酮涂层可以基于例如含溶剂的硅酮,无溶剂的硅酮,UV固化型硅酮,或乳液硅酮。根据本发明,表面处理剂6形成完全的表面处理层、或是表面处理层的一部分、或作为底漆直接铺展在基材表面上或铺展在基材表面上的层(如涂层或施胶剂层)上。
本发明提供新型表面处理剂和组合物,其中硅酮的粘合性得到改进和硅酮擦去得以阻止。当表面处理剂施涂在基材如纸、膜或有涂膜的基材上时,形成基础材料。该基础材料的表面处理层能够在硅酮涂层和表面处理层之间的界面处形成共价键。粘合性的改进是基于结构,该结构包括与基材和/或基材表面上的涂层相容的结构部分,和可与该硅酮涂层反应或至少与该硅酮涂层相容的结构部分。
新型表面处理剂是以能够与该硅酮涂层粘结的官能化聚合物。这与前述溶液相比提供了主要的增强,其中硅酮涂层的粘合性已经基于弱的力和物理缠结。
该官能化聚合物包括连接了官能单元如官能团或聚合物链的聚合物骨架。聚合物骨架可以是水溶性,水可分散性,或水可乳化的。水溶性聚合物骨架可以从水溶性载体聚合物,如聚乙烯醇,聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚乙烯基胺,淀粉,淀粉酯,淀粉醚,羧甲基纤维素,羧甲基纤维素醚,羧甲基纤维素酯,脱乙酰壳多糖,黄原胶(xanthan)或聚丙烯酰胺获得。优选的载体聚合物是聚乙烯醇。
得益于它的结构,该载体聚合物的聚合物骨架确保该表面处理剂不深入穿透到基材中;该聚合物骨架包括能够保留在基材表面上的相当长的链。此外,当载体聚合物通过将单体接枝到其结构中而改性时,最终化合物不含较大量的单体。
所形成的本发明聚合物是水溶性,水可分散性或水可乳化的接枝或嵌段共聚物。接枝共聚物是通过将官能团或聚合物链连接到聚合物骨架上而生产的。该官能团或聚合物链能够与硅涂层之间经由硅氢化反应形成共价键和进行反应。嵌段共聚物是通过官能聚合物嵌段连接到骨架聚合物链的末端上形成嵌段共聚物结构而生产的。
除具有官能侧基或端基或嵌段的聚合物骨架之外,有可能的是该表面处理剂包括其它聚合物如水溶性聚合物,它可以选自与载体聚合物相同的聚合物。还有可能将颜料如有机或无机颜料添加到表面处理剂中。
接枝官能团的骨架聚合物的侧基或端基可具有(I)R1R3R4O-或(II)R1R3O-的通式。在通式(I)和(II)中,R1是形式的醛或酮,形式的硅烷氢化物(silane hydride)或CR5 2=CR2形式的不饱和结构,其中R2和R5可以表示H,C1...C20烷基链,C1...C20烯基链,C1...C20脂肪酸链,或C1...C10脂肪酸酯链。在通式(I)和(II)中,R3表示线性或支化的、可能取代的C1...C20烷基或烯基链或-OSiR2 6O基团。在通式(I)中,R4表示羰基(C=O)。键接于硅原子上的R6基团可以是羟基,C1...C20烷基或烷氧基链。
在利用官能化嵌段所形成的水溶性骨架聚合物中官能嵌段的重复结构单元具有形式。在通式中,R1表示C1...C20烷基链,烯基链或硅氧烷基团(-SiO-)。R2和R3可以表示氢,羟基(-OH),硅烷氢化物基团C1...C20烷氧基,C1...C20烯基或不饱和C1...C20酰基。
在实践中,该接枝共聚物的侧基或端基是在载体聚合物和接枝物质之间的反应中形成的。该接枝物质可以是例如下面所列举的物质中的一种。然而,该表面处理剂可以包括从在不同的载体聚合物和接枝物质之间的反应得到的最终产物。

用作接枝物质的有机分子可以是不饱和卤代烯烃,它优选是乙烯基氟,乙烯基氯,乙烯基溴,乙烯基碘,烯丙基氯,烯丙基氯,烯丙基溴,烯丙基氟,或烯丙基碘。
用作接枝物质的有机分子可以是含有硅原子的化合物,它优选是三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷,丁烯基三乙氧基硅烷,二甲基氯硅烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,10-十一碳烯基二甲基氯硅烷,1-乙烯基-3-(氯甲基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,乙烯基二甲基硅烷,乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷,乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷,或三乙氧基乙烯基硅烷。
用作接枝物质的有机分子可以是酸,该酸优选是丙烯酸,2-丙基丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸,衣康酸,3-丁烯酸,4-戊烯酸,2,4-戊二烯酸,5- 己烯酸,6-庚烯酸,9-癸烯酸,或10-十一碳烯酸。
用作接枝物质的有机分子可以是酰氯,优选是丙烯酰氯,甲基丙烯酰氯,4-戊烯酰氯或10-十一碳烯酰氯。

用作该接枝物质的有机分子可以是酸酯,它优选是单丙烯酸酯,单甲基丙烯酸酯,单衣康酸酯,单-3-丁烯酸酯,单-4-戊烯酸酯,单-2,4-戊二烯酸酯,单-5-己烯酸酯,单-6-庚烯酸酯,单-9-癸烯酸酯,或单-10-十一碳烯酸酯。
根据本发明的一个有利的实施方案,该表面处理剂包括含有至少一个官能端基的聚合物骨架,该官能端基包括具有通式-CH=CH2的乙烯基。此类官能团包括例如乙烯基,烯丙基,丙烯酸(根),甲基丙烯酸(根),4-戊烯酸(根)和10-十一碳烯酸(根)基团。
已经接枝而含有包括乙烯基的官能端基的载体聚合物可以在聚合物如水溶性聚合物和接枝物质如酸、酰氯或酸酐之间的反应中制备。取代度可以是最高50mol%。取代度不需要是高的,因为表面处理剂能够保留在基材的表面上,因此接枝的链可用于与防粘剂如硅酮防粘剂之间形成键。
例如,表面处理剂可以从在聚乙烯醇和接枝用物质如10-十一碳烯基氯、4-戊烯基氯、甲基丙烯酰氯或丙烯酰氯之间的反应获得。以上列举的其它载体聚合物适合于该目的。
该表面处理剂是以水溶液、分散体或悬浮液的形式施涂于基材上。除该表面处理剂之外,溶液可以含有辅助化合物和/或无机颗粒。该基材包括造纸纤维,即通常从树获得的纤维。关于基材的纤维含量,该基材可以主要或完全由化学纸浆组成。除造纸纤维之外,非木纤维也是可能的。表面处理优选用膜施胶剂压机(film size press)来进行,该在此之后,该表面处理剂被干燥。然而,任何其它施涂法是可行的,如辊涂、喷涂或幕涂。
防粘衬层的典型基材是纸,例如玻璃纸。该玻璃纸是指这样的纸,它由化学纸浆组成和它的每平方米克重(grammage)典型地是50-150g/m2。良好透明度是玻璃纸典型需要的,对于60g/m2纸,用可见光测量(ISO 2469:1994),它典型地是至少45。在玻璃纸的制造中,纸浆被磨细,因此获得致密的、基本无孔隙的纸。因为玻璃纸用作防粘纸的基纸,无孔隙的表面是良好硅酮涂布性的要求。该无孔表面能够用压延处理和表面处理来获得。该纸能够首先压延和然后表面处理,或首先表面处理和然后压延。该压延机能够是多辊隙压延机或超级压延机。在该压延机中,在硬面辊和软计数器表面(soft counter surface)之间形成至少一个辊隙。
在将表面处理剂施涂到基纸上之后,该纸进行硅酮处理。在反应性表面处理层和在表面处理层的表面上涂覆的含硅防粘剂之间发生硅氢化反应。因此,在该纸和该硅酮(silicon)涂层之间形成牢固的粘结。该表面处理剂可以占表面处理层的总重量的0.01-100%。换句话说,仅仅需要1-2mg/m2或甚至更少来防止硅酮的擦去。
然而,除纸基材之外的其它基材也是可能的。基材可以由热塑性聚合物膜材料如聚酯类(优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET))和聚烯烃类(优选取向聚丙烯(OPP),低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE))组成。此外,基材可以由涂膜纸组成。
该基础材料的使用包括防粘衬层的使用和烘焙纸的使用。然而,需要良好硅粘合性的其它使用是可能的。

图2显示了一些有利的根据本发明的机理。反应性的硅酮涂层优选含有乙烯基硅烷7和硅烷氢化物8基团,它们在硅氢化反应中使防粘涂层交联。当基材是由纸组成和它通过使用常用的施胶聚合物来施胶时,会有与硅酮涂层的反应活性基团不容易反应的羟基。因此,在该纸和该硅酮涂层之间的相互作用仅仅通过氢键12来发生。然而,该基材可以涂有含有乙烯基10或硅烷氢化物11基团的表面处理剂,它能够与硅酮涂层反应并在整个界面上形成共价键13。
对于该方法,有可能在硅酮涂层和表面处理层之间的界面上形成共价键。如果表面处理层含有能够与硅酮涂层反应的官能聚合物,则该共价键是可能的。
图3显示了能够用作表面处理层以便在硅酮涂层和基础材料之间提供更好粘合性的一些有利的聚合物结构。该防粘衬层包括基材1,它优选是塑料膜或以纤维素纤维为基础的基材。该基材可以被涂覆或施胶,以便使多孔纤维表面变平滑和通过防止硅酮过多穿透进入到纤维网络中来减少硅酮涂料的消耗。
包括表面处理层2的基础材料优选涂有硅酮层3,后者导致在最终产品中标记的容易层离。硅酮层与基础材料的粘合性能够通过使用官能化反应性聚合物即表面处理剂来改进,该聚合物同时包括与基材相容的结构部分14、在基材表面上的施胶聚合物或涂层、和可与硅酮涂层3反应或与硅酮涂层3相容的结构部分15-19。该反应活性结构部分优选含有能够与硅酮涂层在硅氢化反应中进行反应的乙烯基15,硅烷氢化物17,或乙烯基硅烷18端基或侧基。硅酮相容的结构部分优选是低聚或聚合烃16或聚硅氧烷19,它能够通过混合和物理粘结来改进硅酮层的粘合性。
该表面处理剂可以是被施涂到基材表面上的涂层或施胶剂的一部分,或该表面处理剂本身可以施涂到基材的表面上。该表面处理剂可以直接施涂到基材的表面上,或施涂到涂层或施胶剂的上面。
实施例1
接枝10-十一碳烯基的聚乙烯醇
将干燥聚乙烯醇(20g,0.3mmol,水解度98%)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(400ml)加入到锥形杯中。该聚乙烯醇通过将混合物在120℃下加热4小时而溶解。让溶液在搅拌下冷却至室温。在溶液已经冷却之后,置于氮气流中,添加已溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(10ml)中的10-十一碳烯基氯(2.71g,13.3mmol)。混合物搅拌15分钟,然后将吡啶(35.2g,0.44mol)和二甲基氨基吡啶(5.44g,44.5mmol)添加到混合物中。反应在搅拌和氮气流下在室温下进行48小时。收集溶液相,利用滴液漏斗将溶液加入到丙酮中来沉淀聚合物。两次通过将聚合物溶于水中和将其在丙酮中沉淀,来进行聚合物的提纯。通过离心,从溶液中分离产物。最终,该产物在真空中在室温下干燥8小时。
实施例2
接枝4-戊烯基团的聚乙烯醇

实施例3
用烯丙基进行末端官能化(end-functionalized)的聚乙二醇
将聚乙二醇(30g,15mmol)加入到单独的锥形杯中,聚合物在真空中在105℃下干燥3小时。在在真空中干燥之后,聚乙二醇用四氢呋喃(300ml)在室温下溶解,溶液用氮气鼓泡15分钟。将氢化钠(0.86g,36mmol),四氢呋喃(50ml)和磁力搅拌器加入到反应烧瓶中。该悬浮液用氮气鼓泡15分钟。将该氢化钠悬浮液放入到冰浴中。聚氧化乙烯溶液通过使用氮气气氛在惰性气氛下转移到该悬浮液中。将反应混合物放入到油浴中,然后在搅拌下和在氮气气氛中回流20小时。在惰性气氛下将烯丙基溴(4.35g,36mmol)添加到反应混合物中,该混合物在搅拌下和在氮气气氛中回流20小时。用离心机收集溶液相,和聚合物用环己烷沉淀。两次通过将聚合物溶于二氯甲烷中和将其在丙酮中沉淀,来进行聚合物的提纯。通过离心,从溶液中分离产物。最终,该产物在真空中在35℃下干燥8小时。
烯丙基官能化聚乙二醇与硅烷氢化物的界面反应
在室温下将烯丙基官能化聚乙二醇(2.5g,1.25mmol)溶于蒸馏水(100g,5.56mol)中。通过流延(casting)制备该聚合物模型表面。该聚合物溶液被施涂在硅晶片上,该膜在60℃下干燥30分钟。通过铂(0)-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷配合物(25μl)与氢化物终止的(hydride terminated)聚二甲基硅氧烷(5g,8.3mmol)混合来制备硅酮化处理组合物。该硅酮化处理组合物被施涂在该聚合物模型表面上,然后在140℃下进行氢化硅烷化反应2分钟。该硅酮化模型表面在环己烷(50ml)中洗涤两次,以除去未反应的氢化物终止的聚二甲基硅氧烷。反应的聚合物用二氯甲烷(5ml)从硅酮(silicon)表面上溶解,以便进一步用尺寸排阻色谱法进行分析。色谱法表明,在140℃下的氢化硅烷化过程中生产出具有更高分子量(大致为烯丙基官能化聚乙二醇和氢化物终止的聚二甲基硅氧烷的分子量的总和)的聚合物结构,因此表明在界面上的氢化硅烷化反应。
实施例4
背景
合成PVA衍生物,且含双键的侧链连接于OH基团。在试验中,使用两种类型的侧链,两者都包括在一端上的双键和在一些侧链(4-戊烯酰氯)中的5个碳和在其它侧链(10-十一碳烯酰氯)中的11个碳。对于更短的侧链,制备两个不同的化学品,其中标称3%和7%的OH基团分别被侧链替代。
样品的制备
两种不同的基纸,A和B,用于试验中。两者是正常的产品等级。
将需要测试的PVA衍生物和商购PVA(水解度98%)溶于水(10wt%)中,然后该溶液用刮刀施涂到所试验的纸的表面上。约0.2-0.3g/m2的需要测试的化学品被转移到该纸的该表面上。
在硅酮化处理之前该纸用空气调理至少1小时。用于试验中的硅酮是商购的硅酮化处理剂,并且恰临到硅酮化处理之前制备它。该硅酮用刮刀施涂,然后立即通过红外辐射和热气缸进行固化。将约1.3g/m2的硅酮转移到纸之上。
在硅酮化处理之后和在潮湿罩(moisture hood)(T=50℃和湿度RH 75%)中的处理之中立即测试作为时间的函数(function)的擦去。商购标记在擦去的产生上的结果同时进行研究(丙烯酸酯粘合剂)。
结果
擦去结果示于表1。对于纸A,擦去能够在约5星期后检测到,和对于纸B早已在约一周中检测到。对于未改性的PVA,不管所使用的纸,在约4星期后检测变化。对于含有带双键的侧链的PVA,在试验时间中没有检测到擦去。

概述

实施例5
背景
合成PVA衍生物,含双键的侧链连接于OH基团。在该试验系列中,使用一种类型的侧链,它含有在一端上的双键和含有5个碳(4-戊烯酰氯)。标称5%的该OH基团被侧链替代。双键的数量是相当高的并且可能(probable)是少得多的键能够显著减少擦去。另一方面,涂料浆料通常是许多组分的混合物。在该试验系列中,改性PVA与商购PVA等级混合,以便测试改性PVA的效率。
样品的制备
在这些试验中使用一个产品等级的玻璃纸(纸C)。
两种不同商购PVA等级A和B,和一种PVA衍生物,C5-5%,用于这些试验中。商购PVA等级A和B的水解度分别是99%和98%。将全部PVA溶于水中,PVA衍生物与商购PVA等级按照比率0∶100,1∶99,5∶95,和100∶0进行混合。该处理溶液用刮刀施涂到所要试验的纸张的表面上。将约0,1-0,2g/m2的所要试验的处理化学品转移到该纸的该表面上。

背景
无擦去的纸是纸衬层的一个重要目标。其它重要的目标包括具有光滑度,低吸收性和无小孔的表面。许多阻隔涂层能够提供光滑和低吸收性表面,但是擦去通常是问题。商购和改性PVA与两种阻透聚合物涂料混合,以便测试改性PVA的效率。
样品的制备
在这些试验中使用一个产品等级的玻璃纸(纸C)。
一个商品PVA等级,一种PVA衍生物,C5-5%,和两种阻透聚合物溶液A和B,用于这些试验中。商购PVA等级的水解度是99%。阻隔涂料是商购的并且它们原样使用。将全部PVA溶于水中,然后阻透聚合物、未改性的PVA和改性PVA分别按照100∶0∶0,20∶80∶0,20∶75∶5,20∶70∶10,20∶60∶20,40∶60∶0,40∶55∶5,40∶50∶10和40∶40∶20的比率进行混合。阻透聚合物以纯净形式以及在含有20%和40%的它们的混合物中进行测试。剩下的混合物主要包括商购PVA和仅仅少量的改性PVA。处理溶液用刮刀施涂到所要试验的纸张的表面上。将约0.1-0.2g/m2的需要测试的化学处理剂转移到纸的表面上。
在硅酮化处理之前纸用空气调理至少1小时。用于试验中的硅酮化化学品是商购的硅酮化处理剂,并且它是在恰临到硅酮化处理之前被制备。该硅酮用刮刀施涂,然后立即通过红外辐射和热滚筒(cylinder)进行固化。将约1.3g/m2的硅酮转移到该纸上。

实施例7
背景
正常涂料浆料含有不同的组分,例如颜料、粘结剂和流变改性剂,以及改性PVA的效果用这一类型的着色的涂料进行测试。另一方面,有许多商购硅酮等级,和极限目标是改性PVA应该带来无擦去的表面,允许更好阻隔性涂料化学品的使用,这在以前因为擦去而完全不可能。样品的制备

结果表明,含有化学品的具有聚合物骨架(含有带有双键的接枝侧链)的处理剂有效地减少含着色涂层的擦去。改性PVA允许具有改进表面性质的新阻透聚合物以及在热带条件下更耐擦去的产品的使用。
实施例8
背景技术
纸张涂料可以包括许多层,其中一个层改进一些性能,同时其它层具有其它功能。这一类型的层状结构进行试验,其中阻隔层允许有更好的表面用于硅酮化处理,即较低的吸收水平和较少数量的小孔。另一个层铺展在该层之上,以减少擦去的风险。
样品的制备
一种产品等级玻璃纸基纸C用于试验中。
商购颜料,PVA A和B(水解度分别是99%和98%),一种阻透聚合物A,羟甲基化纤维素(CMC),和交联剂以及含有带有双键的侧链的改性PVA用于试验中。三种不同的涂层进行试验:

涂料用刮刀施涂到所要试验的该纸的表面上。约1.6-1.8g/m2的所要试验的涂料转移到该纸的表面上。在此之后纯PVA B或其中1%或10%的PVA B被含有带有双键的侧链的改性PVA替代的混合物用刮刀施涂到第一层上(大约0.2-0.3g/m2)。全部的纸在硅酮化处理之前进行压延。
在硅酮化处理之前该纸用空气调理至少1小时。用于试验中的商购硅酮在恰临到硅酮化处理之前被制备。该硅酮用刮刀施涂,然后立即通过红外辐射和热滚筒进行固化。约1.3g/m2的硅酮被转移到该纸上。

擦去结果示于表5。对于涂层2和3立即检测到擦去,但是对于涂层1在约6星期后检测到。如果PVA B被涂覆在涂层1或2或3之上,则在约2-3星期之后发生擦去和结果没有显著地取决于在PVA B层之下的涂层。对于其中商购PVA B部分地被改性PVA(1%或10%的含有带有双键的侧链的改性PVA,在侧链中5个碳和接枝了标称5%的PVA OH基团)替代的涂层,在试验过程中没有检测到擦去。

Claims (29)
1.包括纸基材和在纸基材表面上的表面处理层的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于施涂在该表面处理层上的硅酮涂层的擦去得到防止,并且硅酮的粘合性通过在氢化硅烷化反应中从乙烯基或硅氢化物基团形成的键或在该表面处理层的组合物中的表面处理剂中存在的硅酮相容性嵌段所产生的结合来改进。
2.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于硅酮相容性化合物是低聚或聚合烃或聚硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于粘合性的改进是以在包括聚合物骨架的表面处理层的组合物中存在的聚合物表面处理剂为基础,它优选地选自于由聚乙烯醇,聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚乙烯基胺,淀粉,淀粉酯,淀粉醚,羧甲基纤维素,羧甲基纤维素醚,羧甲基纤维素酯,脱乙酰壳多糖,黄原胶,或聚丙烯酰胺所组成的水溶性聚合物组。
4.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的表面处理剂是在与不饱和卤代烯烃的反应中所形成的,该卤代烯烃例如乙烯基氟,乙烯基氯,乙烯基溴,乙烯基碘,烯丙基氯,烯丙基溴,烯丙基氟,或烯丙基碘。
5.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的该表面处理剂是在与含有至少一个硅原子的化合物的反应中所形成的,该含有至少一个硅原子的化合物例如三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷,丁烯基三乙氧基硅烷,二甲基氯硅烷,1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,10-十一碳烯基二甲基氯硅烷,1-乙烯基-3-(氯甲基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷,乙烯基二甲基甲硅烷,乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷,乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷,或三乙氧基乙烯基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的该表面处理剂是在与酸的反应中形成的,该酸例如丙烯酸,2-丙基丙烯酸,甲基丙烯酸,衣康酸,3-丁烯酸,4-戊烯酸,2,4-戊二烯酸,5-己烯酸,6-庚烯酸,9-癸烯酸,或10-十一碳烯酸。
7.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的该表面处理剂是在与酰氯的反应中所形成的,该酰氯例如丙烯酰氯,甲基丙烯酰氯,4-戊烯酰氯,或10-十一碳烯酰氯。
8.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的该表面处理剂是在与酸酐的反应中所形成的,该酸酐例如甲基丙烯酸酐,衣康酸酐或4-戊烯酸酐。
9.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于在该表面处理层的组合物中存在的该表面处理剂是在与酸酯的反应中所形成的,该酸酯例如单丙烯酸酯,单甲基丙烯酸酯,单衣康酸酯,单-3-丁烯酸酯,单-4-戊烯酸酯,单-2,4-戊二烯酸酯,单-5-己烯酸酯,单-6-庚烯酸酯,单-9-癸烯酸酯,或单-10-十一碳烯酸酯。
10.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该表面处理剂是以相对于该表面处理层的总重量的0.01%-100%的量使用。
11.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该纸基材由玻璃纸组成。
12.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该纸基材由涂膜纸组成。
13.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该表面处理层仅由该表面处理剂组成。
14.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该表面处理层是包括该表面处理剂的涂料组合物。
15.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该表面处理层施涂在未涂覆的基材上。
16.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于该表面处理层施涂在预涂覆的基材上。
17.根据权利要求1的防粘衬层基础材料组合物,其特征在于它是烘焙纸的基础材料。
18.生产包括纸基材和在该纸基材的表面上的表面处理层的防粘衬层基础材料组合物的方法,其特征在于该方法包括形成至少部分地由表面处理剂组成的该表面处理层,该表面处理剂包括在氢化硅烷化反应中从乙烯基或硅烷氢化物基团形成的键或在该表面处理层的组合物中的表面处理剂中存在的硅酮相容性嵌段,以改进在该表面处理层与施涂于在该纸基材的表面上的该表面处理层之上的硅酮涂层之间的粘合性,和以减少该硅酮涂层的擦去。

24.根据前述权利要求18-21中任何一项的方法,其特征在于该表面处理剂与该硅酮涂层形成化学键。
25.根据前述权利要求18-21中任何一项的方法,其特征在于该表面处理剂与该硅酮涂层形成共价键。
26.在防粘衬层组合物中的表面处理剂用于改进在纸基材上的硅酮涂层和表面处理层之间的粘合性和减少硅酮擦去的用途,其特征在于该表面处理剂是以在该防粘衬层组合物中的官能化表面处理剂的结构中的乙烯基或硅烷氢化物基团或硅酮相容性嵌段为基础。
