Abstract
Die Erfindung beinhaltet neue Anionenaustauscherpolymere und -(blend)membranen aus hochfluorierte aromatische Gruppen enthaltenden Polymeren mittlels nucleophiler Substitution sowie Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung mittels nucleophiler aromatischer Substitution sowie ihrer Anwendungsbereiche in Membranprozessen, insbesondere in elektrochemischen Membranprozessen wie Brennstoffzellen, Elektrolyse und Redox-flow Batterien.

- Stand der Technik:
- Es ist aus der Literatur bekannt, dass Perfluorarylene nucleophile Substitutionsreaktionen eingehen können. 1-3 In neueren Veröffentlichungen wurde gezeigt, dass Polymere, die perfluorarylierte Bausteine enthalten, in einer polymeranalogen Reaktion chemisch modifiziert werden können4,5. Die Autoren haben dabei auch den aktivierenden Effekt der perfluorierten Bausteine auf die C-F-Bindung durch eine „Klick“-Reaktion zwischen Thiol-Gruppen-basierten Nucleophilen und Poly(pentafluorstyrol) gezeigt. Ein weiteres Beispiel für eine nucleophile aromatische Substitutionsreaktion an F-haltigen Aromaten ist die Reaktion eines Polymers aus Decafluorbiphenyl und 4,4'-Thiodibenzenethiol, bei dem die S-Brücken vorab mit H2O2 zu Sulfonbrücken oxidiert worden waren, mit NaSH, bei dem alle F des Octafluorbiphenyl-Bausteins des Polymers durch SH-Gruppen ersetzt worden waren. Im nächsten Reaktionsschritt waren dann die SH-Gruppen mit H2O2 zu SO3H-Gruppen oxidiert worden, wobei hypersulfonierte aromatische Polymere erhalten worden waren6. Ein Beispiel der nucleophilen Substitution eines Polymers mit für nucleophile Substitution aktivierten aromatischen F in der Seitenkette ist eine Publikation von Guiver, Kim et al, bei dem das F der 4-Fluorsulfonphenyl-Seitengruppe durch die starke N-Base Tetramethylguanidin nucleophil substituiert wurde 7. Einige wenige Beispiele einer nucleophilen C-P-Bindungsknüpfung perfluorierter Arylene mit nucleophilen Organophosphorverbindungen sind aus der Literatur bekannt8-10, unter ihnen auch Arbeiten aus der eigenen Arbeitsgruppe, bei denen am Polymer Poly(pentafluorstyrol) das 4-F nucleophil durch Tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphit substituiert wurde, und nachfolgend der polymere Phosphonsäuresilylester durch Wasser zur freien Phosphonsäure hydrolysiert wurde11. Eine weitere Arbeit der Arbeitsgruppe beinhaltete die Substitution des 4-F von Poly(pentafluorstyrol) durch die SH-Gruppierung mittels NaSH, gefolgt von einer Oxidation der SH-Gruppe zur Sulfonsäuregruppe SO3H mit Wasserstoffperoxid12.
- Beschreibung:
- Überraschend wurde festgestellt, dass über die nucleophile Substitution der F von aktivierten aromatischen C-F-Bindungen von perfluorierten Arylenen (niedermolekularen Verbindungen, Oligomeren und Polymeren) Anionenaustauscherpolymere erhalten werden können, die sich durch hohe chemische Stabilitäten auszeichnen, und die deshalb vorteilhaft in elektrochemischen Anwendungen wie alkalischen oder sauren Brennstoffzellen, alkalischen oder sauren Elektrolyseuren, oder Redox-flow-Batterien eingesetzt werden können.
- Die erste Ausführungsform der Erfindung betrifft die Reaktion eines perfluorierten Aryls mit einer starken organischen sekundären oder tertiären N-Base, wobei das perfluorierte Aryl eine niedermolekulare Verbindung, ein Oligomer oder ein Polymer sein kann. - Die zweite Ausführungsform der Erfindung betrifft starke N-Basen, bei denen eine N-H-Bindung durch eine N-Alkalimetall-Bindung ersetzt ist. Diese Alkalimetall-Stickstoffverbindungen heißen dabei Alkalimetall-Amide. Das Alkalimetall kann dabei Li, Na, K, Rb oder Cs sein, wobei Li bevorzugt ist. Die Alkalimetallamide reagieren dabei mit dem perfluorierten Aren (niedermolekular, Oligomer oder Polymer) unter nucleophilem Alkalimetall-F-Austausch (SN Ar), wie in der

- Eine dritte Ausführungsform der Erfindung betrifft die Substitution zusätzlicher F der niedermolekularen, oligomeren oder hochpolymeren tertiäre Aminogruppen oder quaternäre Ammoniumgruppen enthaltenden Perfluorarene durch andere Nucleophile. Dabei ist die Art des das F substituierenden Nucleophils bzw. der Nucleophile prinzipiell nicht eingeschränkt, sondern alle Nucleophile, die mit Perfluorarenen unter nucleophilem Austausch des F reagieren, sind geeignet. In der
- Folgende Nucleophile werden jedoch bevorzugt (ohne dabei die Auswahl der Nucleophile einzuschränken):
- - R-SH, [R-S]-[C+] (R= beliebiger Alkyl- oder Arylrest, C+=1-wertiges Kation wie z. B. Metallkation, Ammoniumion, Pyridiniumion, Imidazoliumion, Guanidiniumion etc.). Dabei kann das Nucleophil auch mehr als 1 SH- oder SC-Gruppe enthalten. Nicht einschränkende Beispiele für R-SH sind Alkylthiole CnH2n+1SH (n=2-20), nicht einschränkende Beispiele für RSC sind Alkyl- oder Aryl- oder Benzylthiolate mit Alkalimetallkation (Alkalimetall=Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs) oder einem beliebigen Ammoniumion als Gegenion. Nicht einschränkende Beispiele für mehrere SH- oder SC-Gruppen enthaltende Verbindungen sind Benzoldithiole (ortho-, meta- oder para-), Naphtalindithiol, Dibenzyldithiole,Alkandithiole HS-CnH2n-SH (n=2-20) oder deren Salze mit Metall- oder Ammoniumgegenionen ohne Einschränkung der Art des Gegen(kat)ions.

- Dabei kann die dritte Ausführungsform zum Erhalt der erfindungsgemäßen niedermolekularen, oligomeren und polymeren Verbindungen in folgenden Reihenfolgen erhalten werden:
- (1) Das niedermolekulare, oligomere oder polymere Perfluoraren wird zuerst mit dem zweiten Nucleophil umgesetzt. Ist das zweite Nucleophil RSH oder RSC, kann die entstehende Thioetherbrücke danach zur Sulfonbrücke aufoxidiert werden. Ist das Nucleophil AL2S oder ALSH, kann die entstehende SH-Gruppe zur SO3H-Gruppe aufoxidiert werden. Danach erfolgt die Reaktion mit der sekundären oder tertiären N-Base oder dem sekundären N-Amid, gefolgt von Alkylierung im Falle von sekundären N-Basen oder sekundären N-Amiden. Diese Reaktionssequenz ist am nicht einschränkenden Beispiel der Reaktion von Poly(pentafluorstyrol) mit Hexanthiol, gefolgt von Oxidation der Thio- zur Sulfonbrücke, gefolgt von der Reaktion mit Tetramethylguanidin, gefolgt von einer Quaternisierung mit Dimethylsulfat, in der
- (2) Das niedermolekulare, oligomere oder polymere Perfluoraren wird zuerst mit der sekundären oder tertiären basischen N-Verbindung oder dem sekundären N-Amid umgesetzt, gegebenenfalls gefolgt von einer N-Alkylierung zum quaternären N-Salz, gefolgt von der Reaktion mit dem zweiten Nucleophil. Diese Reaktionssequenz ist an drei nicht einschränkenden Beispielen gezeigt: (a) anhand der Reaktion eines teilfluorierten aromatischen Polysulfons mit Tetramethylguanidin, gefolgt von einer Phosphonierung mit Tris(trimethylsilyl)-phosphit, in der
- (3) Das niedermolekulare, oligomere oder polymere Perfluoraren wird gleichzeitig mit einer sekundären oder tertiären N-Base oder einem sekundären N-Amid umgesetzt. Diese Reaktion ist am nicht einschränkenden Beispiel der Umsetzung von Poly(pentafluorstyrol) und einem teilfluorierten aromatischen Polysulfon mit Lithium-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-id und Na2S als „Eintopf-Reaktion“ in der
- Es wurde außerdem überraschend festgestellt, dass sich die neuen erfindungsgemäßen Polymere in allen o. g. drei Ausführungsformen gut mit anderen geeigneten Polymeren zu Blendmembranen umsetzen lassen. Untenstehend ist eine nicht einschränkende Auswahl von erfindungsgemäßen Blendmembranen aufgeführt:

- Ausführungsbeispiele:
- Reaktion von Poly(pentafluorstyrol) mit Tetramethylguanidin mit anschließender Alkylierung des substituierten Polymers mit Dimethylsulfat
- Syntheseverfahren von M-PPFSt-TMG
- Tetramethylguanidin-modifiziertes PPFSt (PPFSt-TMG)
- PPFSt (1 g, 5,15 mmol) wurde 2 Stunden bei 130 ° C in DMAc (20 ml) in einem Dreihalsrundkolben dispergiert, der mit Kühler, Argoneinlass und -auslass ausgestattet war. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde Tetramethylguanidin (2,97 g, 25,8 mmol) in die Reaktionslösung gegeben. Die Reaktionslösung wurde 24 Stunden bei 130 ° C gerührt. Dann wurde das Polymer ausgefällt, indem die Polymerlösung in Wasser getropft wurde. Das erhaltene Polymer wurde mehrmals mit viel Wasser gewaschen und 24 Stunden in einem Ofen bei 60°C getrocknet. Ein Substitutionsgrad von 100% wurde durch 19F-NMR bestätigt, wobei 2 Peaks nach der Reaktion (ortho- und meta-Positionen) gezeigt wurden (
- Quaternisierung von PPFSt-TMG (M-PPFSt-TMG)
- Die Quaternisierung von PPFSt-TMG wurde durch Methylierung unter Verwendung von Dimethylsulfat durchgeführt. PPFSt-TMG (1 g, 3,45 mmol) wurde in 20 ml DMAc in einem mit Septum, Kühler, Argoneinlass und -auslass ausgestatteten Rundkolben 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur unter Argonatmosphäre gelöst. Nach vollständiger Auflösung wurde langsam Dimethylsulfat (1 ml, 10,4 mmol) über eine Spritze zugegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde 16 Stunden bei 90 ° C gerührt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde die Polymerlösung in Aceton ausgefällt. Das erhaltene Polymer wurde zweimal mit Aceton gewaschen und 24 Stunden bei 60°C im Ofen getrocknet. 100% DOS wurde durch 1H-NMR bestätigt, was eine vollständige Peakverschiebung der Methylgruppen (N-CH3 (a), von 2,5 ppm auf 2,9 ppm) zeigte, und ein neuer Peak kann durch Methylierung (b) N-CH3 zugeordnet werden.

- Synthese von PPFSt- TBF: PPFSt (1 g, 5,2 mmol) wurde in 40 ml Methylethylketon (MEK) in einem 100 ml Dreihalskolben gelöst, der mit einem Argoneinlass, -auslass und einem Kühler ausgestattet war. Nach vollständiger Auflösung von PPFSt wurden Triethylamin (7,82 g, 15 Äquivalente zu PPFSt) und 4-Fluorbenzolthiol (1,65 ml, 3 Äquivalente zu PPFSt) zu einer Polymerlösung gegeben. Dann wurde die Reaktionsmischung 24 Stunden bei 75°C gehalten. Das synthetisierte Polymer wurde durch Ausfällen in Methanol erhalten. Das Polymer wurde mehrmals mit Methanol gewaschen und 18 Stunden bei 60°C in einem Ofen getrocknet; fast vollständige Substitution, ermittelt durch 19F-NMR.
- Synthese von PPFSt-TBF-OX: PPFSt-TBF (3 g, 10 mmol) wurde in einem mit einem Kühler ausgestatteten Kolben in 60 ml Trifluoressigsäure dispergiert. Dann wurden 10 ml Wasserstoffperoxid (30% in Wasser, 100 mmol) tropfenweise in einen Reaktionskolben gegeben. Eine Reaktionslösung wurde 72 Stunden bei 30°C gerührt, gefolgt von 1 Stunde bei 110°C. Nach dem Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde die Reaktionslösung in Wasser gegossen, um das Polymer zu erhalten. Das erhaltene Polymer wurde mehrmals mit Wasser gewaschen und 18 Stunden bei 60°C in einem Ofen getrocknet; chemische Verschiebung des aromatischen Bereichs zeigt erfolgreiche Oxidation von Sulfid zu Sulfon an.
- Synthese von PPFSt-TBF-OX-TMG: PPFSt-TBF-OX (3,34 g, 10 mmol) wurde in DMAc in einem Dreihalskolben gelöst, der mit einem Argoneinlass, -auslass und einem Kühler ausgestattet war. Nach vollständiger Auflösung wurde TMG (10 ml, 80 mmol) in die Polymerlösung gegeben und 20 Stunden bei 130 ° C gerührt. Dann wurde das Polymer durch Ausfällen in Wasser isoliert. Das erhaltene Polymer wurde mehrmals mit Wasser gewaschen und 24 Stunden bei 60°C in einem Ofen getrocknet; teilweise Guanidisierung durch 1H-NMR bestätigt: 3 Peaks im aromatischen Bereich und ein starker Peak in 2,6 ppm durch N-CH3 aus Tetramethylguanidingruppen.
- Synthese von M-PPFSt-TBF-OX-TMG: Die Methylierung von PPFSt-TBF-OX-TMG wurde mit Dimethylsulfat (DMS) in DMAc durchgeführt. PPFSt-TBF-OX-TMG wurde in DMAc gelöst. Nach vollständiger Auflösung wurde DMS in eine Polymerreaktionslösung gegeben und die Temperatur auf 90°C erhöht. Die Reaktion wurde 20 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur mechanisch gerührt. Dann wurde das Polymer durch Ausfällen in Aceton erhalten. Das Polymer wurde mit Aceton gewaschen und 24 Stunden bei 60°C in einem Ofen getrocknet; chemische Verschiebung eines Tetramethylguanidin-Peaks von 2,6 auf 3,7 ppm und eines neuen Peaks bei 3,4 ppm durch Methylierung.
- Reaktion von oxidiertem Polymer aus Decafluorbiphenyl und TBBT mit Tetramethylguanidin
- Herstellung von Blendmembranen aus Reaktionsprodukt 4.1 und F6PBI
- Blendmembranpräparation
- M-PPFSt-TMG-Polymer wurde in DMSO als 5 Gew .-% ige Polymerlösung gelöst. %. F6PBI wurde in DMSO bei 80 ° C als 5 Gew .-% ige Lösung gelöst. Die zwei Polymerlösungen wurden in spezifischen Verhältnissen wie in der Tabelle beschrieben zusammengemischt. Eine Polymermischungslösung wurde auf eine Glasplatte gegossen und 24 Stunden bei 80°C in einen Konvektionsofen gestellt, um das Lösungsmittel zu verdampfen. Die resultierenden Mischmembranen wurden durch Eintauchen in entionisiertes Wasser von der Glasplatte abgezogen. Die Mischmembranen wurden zur weiteren Verwendung in einem Reißverschlussbeutel aufbewahrt. Auf die gleiche Weise wurden Mischmembranen von M-PPFSt-TBF-OX-TMG mit F6PBI hergestellt. - Reaktion von Poly(pentafluorostyrol) mit 1-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)-5-mercaptotetrazol
- Die Pfropfung von 1- (2-Dimethylaminoethyl) -5-mercaptotetrazol auf Poly (pentafluorstyrol) wurde gemäß der Literatur durchgeführt (falls veröffentlicht, Substitutionsgrad: 30%). Tetramethylguanidin wurde auf teilweise gepfropftes PPFSt-MTZ eingeführt. 1 g teilweise substituiertes PPFSt-MTZ wurde in 20 ml DMAc gelöst, das mit einem Kühler, einem Argoneinlass und einem Argonauslass ausgestattet war. Nach dem vollständigen Auflösen bei 90 ° C für 1 Stunde wurde Tetramethylguanidin in die Polymerlösung gegeben und für 24 Stunden bei 130 ° C gehalten. Die Polymerlösung wurde in Wasser ausgefällt. Das erhaltene Polymer (PPFSt-MTZ-TMG) wurde mehrmals mit Wasser gewaschen und 24 Stunden in einem Ofen bei 60°C getrocknet.
- Methylierung: Die Methylierung wurde mit Dimethylsulfat bei 90 ° C durchgeführt. Bei dieser Temperatur wurde jedoch ein Niederschlag beobachtet.
- Vernetzte Membranen aus mit teilweise modifiziertem PPFSt und 1,6-Hexandithiol
- Herstellung von vernetzten Membranen (XL-M-PPFSt-MTZ)
- In einem Glasfläschchen wurden 0,3 g M-PPFSt-MTZ (hergestellt gemäß der Literatur, falls veröffentlicht, 41% DOS) in 10 ml DMSO gelöst. Nach vollständiger Auflösung werden Triethylamin (0,27 g) und 1,6-Hexandithiol (0,19 g) in die Polymerlösung gegeben. Nach der Homogenisierung wurde die gemischte Lösung in eine Petrischale gegossen. Dies wird bei 60 ° C in einen geschlossenen Ofen (oder mit Petrischalenabdeckung) gestellt, um eine Reaktionszeit von 1 Tag zu gewährleisten, gefolgt von 8 Stunden bei 120 ° C mit Vakuum, um Chemikalienreste zu entfernen. Wie in Abbildung (b) gezeigt, wurde eine mechanisch stabile vernetzte Membran erhalten. Die IEC von XL-M-PPFSt-MTZ betrug 0,28 mmol / g und die in 1 M H2SO4 gemessene Leitfähigkeit betrug 1,77 ± 0,18 mS / cm. Selbst die IEC und die Leitfähigkeit waren im Vergleich zu Mischmembranen niedriger. Die Vernetzung unter Verwendung von Dithiolverbindungen ist ein möglicher Herstellungsweg, um die mechanisch stabilen Membranen zu erhalten, da die Homo-M-PPFSt-MTZ-Polymermembran mechanisch instabil war.

Claims (15)
- Tertiäre N-basische Gruppen enthaltende teil- oder perfluorierte nieder- und hochmolekulare aromatische Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mittels einer aromatischen nucleophilen Substitution durch Reaktion eines oder mehrerer F der teil- oder perfluorierten Verbindung mit einer sekundären N-Base erhältlich sind:
- Tertiäre N-basische Gruppen enthaltende teil- oder perfluorierte nieder- und hochmolekulare aromatische Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mittels einer aromatischen nucleophilen Substitution durch Reaktion eines oder mehrerer F der teil- oder perfluorierten Verbindung mit einem sekundären N-Amid erhältlich sind:
- Quaternisierte N-basische funktionelle Gruppen enthaltende teil-oder perfluorierte nieder- oder hochmolekulare aromatische Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Quaternisierung der tertiäre N-basischen Gruppen enthaltenden Verbindungen nach den
Ansprüchen 1 oder2 mit einem Alkylierungsmittel erhältlich sind: - Quaternisierte N-basische funktionelle Gruppen enthaltende teil-oder perfluorierte nieder- oder hochmolekulare aromatische Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Reaktion nieder- oder hochmolekularer teil- oder perfluorierter aromatischer Verbindungen mit tertiären Aminen erhältlich sind:
- Quaternisierte N-basische funktionelle Gruppen und weitere funktionelle Gruppen enthaltende teil-oder perfluorierte nieder- oder hochmolekulare aromatische Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch nucleophile Substitutionsreaktion mit sekundäre und/oder tertiäre N-basischen Gruppen enthaltenden Verbindungen und anderen zur nucleophilen Substitution befähigten organischen nieder- oder hochmolekularen Verbindungen auf folgenden Wegen erhältlich sind: 1. Reaktion von Perfluoraren mit sekundärem N-Amid und einem zweiten Nucleophil, gefolgt von Quaternisierung:
- Erfindungsgemäße N-basische funktionelle Gruppen und gegebenenfalls andere nucleophil eingeführte Gruppen enthaltende organische Verbindungen nach jedem der
Ansprüche 1 bis5 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organischen Verbindungen hochmolekulare Verbindungen sind. - Erfindungsgemäße N-basische funktionelle Gruppen und gegebenenfalls andere nucleophil einführbare Gruppen enthaltende organische hochmolekulare (polymere) Verbindungen nach jedem der
Ansprüche 1 bis6 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als erfindungsgemäße teil- oder perfluorierte Ausgangspolymere folgende Polymere bevorzugt werden: - Erfindungsgemäße N-basische funktionelle Gruppen und gegebenenfalls andere nucleophil einführbare Gruppen enthaltende organische hochmolekulare (polymere) Verbindungen nach jedem der
Ansprüche 1 bis7 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als erfindungsgemäße in die Polymere eingeführte N-basische funktionelle Gruppe folgende funktionelle (tertiäre und/oder quaternäre N-basische) Gruppen bevorzugt werden: - Erfindungsgemäße N-basische funktionelle Gruppen und gegebenenfalls andere nucleophil einführbare Gruppen enthaltende organische hochmolekulare (polymere) Verbindungen nach jedem der
Ansprüche 1 bis8 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den N-basischen Verbindungen als erfindungsgemäße weitere Nucleophile, die durch nucleophilen F-Austausch in die Polymere eingeführt werden können, folgende Verbindungen bevorzugt werden: - Gegebenenfalls ionisch und/oder kovalent vernetzte Blendmembranen aus den Oligomeren oder Polymeren nach den
Ansprüchen 1 bis9 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oligomere und/oder Polymere separat gelöst in Lösungsmitteln in beliebigen Mischungsverhältnissen mit den Lösungen folgender Polymere gemischt werden: - sulfonierten und/oder phosphonierten und/oder carboxylierten Polymeren - basischen Polymeren, wobei die basischen Polymere primäre, sekundäre oder tertiäre N-basische Gruppen in der Seitenkette oder der Hautpkette aufweisen können - halomethylierten Polymeren, bei denen die Halomethylgruppen als kovalente Vernetzungsgruppen fungieren können - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blendmembranen nach
Anspruch 10 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blendkomponenten separat in dipolar-aprotischen Lösungsmitteln und/oder Ether-Lösungsmitteln und/oder protischen (Alkohol-)-Lösungsmitteln gelöst und danach die Lösungen in beliebigen Mischungsverhältnissen miteinander gemischt werden, danach die Gemischlösungen auf einer Unterlage ausgerakelt, gesprüht oder gedruckt werden, das Lösungsmittel(gemisch) in einem Vakuumofen oder einem Konvektionsofen bei erhöhter Temperatur von 30 bis 180°C abgedampft wird, danach die gebildete Membran von der Unterlage abgelöst und gegebenenfalls in verschiedenen Schritten wie folgt nachbehandelt wird, um sie zu aktivieren, wobei die Reihenfolge der Nachbehandlungen beliebig ist und alle unten aufgeführten Nachbehandlungsflüssigkeiten oder auch nur einen Teil davon beinhalten kann: - mit vollentsalztem Wasser bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 100°C - mit einer Mineralsäurelösung beliebiger Konzentration bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 130°C - mit einer Alkalimetalllauge beliebiger Konzentration bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 100°C - mit einer beliebigen flüssigen tertiären N-Base entweder in reiner Form oder als Lösung in Wasser, in einem Alkohol- und/oder Ether- und/oder dipolar-aprotischen Lösungsmittel - in einer wässrigen oder alkoholischen Metallsalzlösung beliebiger Konzentration bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 100°C - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blendmembranen nach den
Ansprüchen 10 und11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lösungsmittel für die Blendkomponenten dipolaraprotische Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylsulfoxid, Dimethylsulfon, Diphenylsulfon, Sulfolan, N,N-Dimethylacetamid, N,N-Dimethylformamid, N-Methylpyrrolidinon, Formamid und Dimethylcarbonat bevorzugt werden. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blendmembranen nach den
Ansprüchen 10 bis12 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mineralsäuren für die Nachbehandlung/Dotierung der Blendmembranen Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure oder Salzsäure beliebiger Konzentration bevorzugt werden. - Gegebenenfalls ionisch und/oder kovalent vernetzte Blendmembranen nach
Anspruch 10 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Blendkomponenten der Polymere aus denAnsprüchen 1 bis9 folgende Polymertypen bevorzugt werden: - als sulfonierte, phosphonierte oder carboxylierte Polymere Polymere nachAnspruch 7 auf Basis von nicht-, teil- oder perfluorierten Vinyl-Kohlenwasserstoffpolymeren, nicht-, teil- oder perfluorierten Polystyrolen oder Arylhauptkettenpolymeren wie Polyphenylenen, Polyphenylenethern, Polyethersulfonen, Polyetherketonen, Polysulfonen, Polyketonen, Polyvinylcarbazolen, Polyphenylenphosphinoxiden, wobei letztendlich alle denkbaren Polymerrückgrate möglich sind. - Als basische Polymere Polymere des Polyimidazol- oder Polybenzimidazol-Typs, wobei bei den Polyimidazolen oder Polybenzimidazolen die Imidazolgruppe oder Benzimidazolgruppe in der Hauptkette oder der Seitenkette vorhanden sein kann - als halomethylierte Polymere chlor- oder brommethylierte Polymere wie zum Beispiel brommethyliertes Polyphenylenoxid, chlormethyliertes Polyvinylbenzylchlorid oder chlor- oder brommethyliertes Polyphenylen beliebiger Struktur - Verwendung der Polymere und Blendmembranen nach den
Ansprüchen 1 bis14 als Elektrodenionomer und in den Blendmembranen als Ionomermembran nach denAnsprüchen 10 bis14 in elektrochemischen Prozessen wie Brennstoffzellen, Elektrolysen, Redox-flow-Batterien, Diffusionsdialyse, Elektrodialyse (auch als Bipolarmembran mit kationischer und anionischer Schicht).
