Abstract

Eine Masterzylindervorrichtung für ein BBW-System ist vorgesehen, die ein Risiko einer Bremsverzögerung eliminiert, selbst im Falle der Verwendung eines Plungerkolben-Masterzylinders, und welche daher eine Reduzierung der Größe eines Masterzylinders erzielen kann. Die Masterzylindervorrichtung weist einen Tandem-Masterzylinder auf, der durch ausfallsichere Ventile mit Radzylindern verbunden ist, und einen Hubsimulator zum Sicherstellen eines gewünschten Hubs eines Brenspedals beim Aufnehmen eines Bremsfluids, das von eienr Fluiddruckkammer in dem Masterzylinder her eingeführt wird. Der Masterzylinder ist in Form eines Plungerkolben-Masterzylinders vorgesehen, bei welchem Schalendichtungen an einer Innenfläche einer Bohrung des Zylinderkörpers vorgesehen sind. Eine Federkraft einer zweiten Rückstellfeder für einen sekundären Kolben ist größer gewählt, als die einer ersten Rückstellfeder für einen primären Kolben. Eine zurückgezogene Position des sekundären Kolbens ist begrenzt durch einen Anschlagstift, der sich durch eine in dem sekundären Kolben ausgebildete längliche Öffnung hindurch erstreckt.
