Abstract

Eine Masterzylindervorrichtung für ein BBW-System wird geschaffen, die ein leichtgängiges und verlässliches Verschließen eines Simulatorkanals für eine Verbindung zwischen einem Hubsimulator und einer Fluiddruckkammer in einem Masterzylinder ermöglicht, ohne dass das Risiko einer Beschädigung eines Stoppventils in dem Simulatorkanal besteht und ohne dass die Größe des Masterzylinders zunimmt. Die Masterzylindervorrichtung weist einen Tandem-Masterzylinder auf, der einen Zylinderkörper beinhaltet, der mit Radzylindern durch ausfallsichere Ventile verbindbar ist, und einen Hubsiumulator zum Sicherstellen eines gewünschten Hubes eines Bremspedals beim Aufnehmen eines Bremsfluids, das aus einer ersten Fluiddruckkammer in dem Masterzylinder durch einen Simaltorkanal eingeleitet wird. Im Falle eines Ausfalls des BBW-Systems verschließt ein Öffnungs-/Schließmittel den Simulatorkanal gemäß der Bewegung eines sekundären Kolbens. Das Öffnungs-/Schließmittel weist ein Tellerventil und einen Schaukelhebel auf, der sich zusammen mit dem sekundären Kolben bewegt, um so das Tellerventil zu öffnen und zu schließen.
