Abstract
Description
Nachdem das Glykol vollständig entfernt worden war, wurde Stickstoff zugeführt und die Temperatur in Stufen von 400°C/h bis auf 1100°C erhöht und während einer Zeitdauer von 72 Stunden gehalten. Daraufhin wurde die Temperatur weiter auf 1150°C gebracht und 24 Stunden gehalten, auf 1200°C gebracht und 48 Stunden gehalten, auf 1300°C gebracht und 6 Stunden gehalten und schließlich auf 1350°C gebracht und für 48 Stun den gehalten.
- - Messung des spezifischen Gewichts und der offenen Porosität nach ISO 5017,
- - Messung der Kaltbiegefestigkeit nach ASTM C651-91 und
- - XRD-Pulver-Diffraktion.
- - Messung des spezifischen Gewichts und der offenen Porosität nach ISO 5017,
- - Messung der Kaltbiegefestigkeit nach ASTM C133-91 und
- - XRD-Pulver-Diffraktion.
Claims (14)
Abfallschlamm verwendet wird, der eine Mischung aus Si-Teilchen und SiC- Teilchen und eine Öl oder Glykol umfassende Flüssigkeit enthält,
der Abfallschlamm einem Trennverfahren zum Entfernen des gesamten oder des meisten Flüssigkeitsanteils aus dem Abfallschlamm unterzogen wird und
die sich ergebende Pulvermischung an sich bekannten Verfahren zur Bildung der nichtoxidischen, keramischen Werkstoffe unterworfen wird.
- - Entfernen des Glykolrückstandes durch vorsichtiges Erwärmen im Vakuum,
- - Formen der sich ergebenden Mischung der Si-Teilchen und SiC-Teilchen zu ei nem Formteil und
- - Sintern des keramischen Werkstoffes durch Erhitzen des Formteiles in einer Stickstoffatmosphäre auf eine Temperatur, bei der die Si-Teilchen mit N2 zu Si liciumnitrid reagieren, so dass die SiC-Teilchen gebunden werden.
- - das vorsichtige Erhitzen zur Verdampfung des Glykolrückstandes bei einer Temperatur von 200 bis 400°C durchgeführt wird,
- - das Pressen mit einem Druck von etwa 100 MPa durchgeführt wird und
- - das Sintern bei einer Temperatur zwischen 1050 und 1350°C unter einem Stickstoffdruck von etwa 105 Pa durchgeführt wird.
das Trennen des Hauptteiles der Flüssigphase Abscheiden und nachfolgendes Abgießen umfasst,
das Entfernen des Ölrückstandes das Erhitzen des Sedimentes in einer inerten Atmosphäre umfasst, bis die Kohlenwasserstoffe im Öl durch Pyrolyse zu ele mentarem Kohlenstoff zersetzt werden,
die sich ergebende Pulvermischung zu einem Formteil geformt wird und
der keramische Werkstoff durch Sintern des Formteiles in einer Stickstoffatmo sphäre bei einer Temperatur gebildet wird, bei der der elementare Kohlenstoff mit Si zu SiC reagiert und bei der nachfolgend die verbleibenden Si-Teilchen mit N2 zu Siliciumnitrid reagieren, so dass die SiC-Teilchen miteinander verbunden werden.
die Pyrolysetemperatur in einem Bereich von 700 bis 800°C liegt und für zwei Stunden gehalten wird,
das Pressen unter einem Druck von 100 MPa durchgeführt wird und
das Sintern bei einer Temperatur von etwa 1050 bis 1350°C und einem Stick stoffdruck von etwa 105 Pa durchgeführt wird.
- - Entfernen des Ölrückstandes aus dem Sediment durch Pyrolyse unter Bildung von elementarem Kohlenstoff,
- - Formen der sich ergebenden Mischung aus Si-Teilchen und SiC-Teilchen und elementarem Kohlenstoff zu einem Formteil,
- - Sintern des keramischen Werkstoffes durch Erhitzen des gepressten Formteiles in einer inerten Atmosphäre bei einer Temperatur, bei der die Si-Teilchen mit C zu SiC reagieren und
- - Bringen des Formteiles auf eine Temperatur, bei der die übrigen Si-Teilchen die SiC-Teilchen binden.
die Pyrolysetemperatur in einem Bereich von 700 bis 800°C liegt und für zwei Stunden gehalten wird,
das Pressen unter einem Druck von etwa 160 MPa durchgeführt wird und
das Sintern bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 1050 bis 1350°C unter einem Stickstoffdruck von etwa 105 Pa durchgeführt wird.
