Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Molkereiindustrie. Das Sauermilchprodukt enthaelt Eiweissstoffe, Milchfett, Lactose, Minderalstoffe, Vitamin A, Bifidusbakterien und Wasser. Erfindungsgemaess enthaelt das Produkt zusaetzlich Maltodextrin, Saccharose, Pflanzenfett und die Vitamine D2, E, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, BC und PP.
