Abstract
Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod, naznačen time, da je odabran iz skupine koju čine mliječni proizvodi koji imaju rok trajanja na polici izvan hladnjaka više od 12 dana, voćni sokovi koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od 13 do 26 tjedana, te napitci na bazi voćnog soka koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od najmanje 3 mjeseca, te koji obuhvaća probiotske organizme u neaktivnom stanju. Patent sadrži još 13 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (14)
1. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod, naznačen time, da je odabran iz skupine koju čine mliječni proizvodi koji imaju rok trajanja na polici izvan hladnjaka više od 12 dana, voćni sokovi koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od 13 do 26 tjedana, te napitci na bazi voćnog soka koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od najmanje 3 mjeseca, te koji obuhvaća probiotske organizme u neaktivnom stanju.
2. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da su probiotski organizmi odabrani iz skupine koju čine gljivice, kvasci i bakterije sposobne za proces sporulacije.
3. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da sadrži neaktivne gljivice, kvasce ili bakterijske stanice.
4. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da je to mliječni proizvod koji ima rok trajanja na polici izvan hladnjaka od 12 do 24 mjeseca.
5. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da su organizmi u neaktivnom stanju odabrani iz skupine koju čine Clostridia i/ili Bacillus i poželjno od B. subtilis, B. subtilis (natto), B. pumilus, B. licheniformis i B. coagulans.
6. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da su organizmi u neaktivnom stanju odabrani iz skupine koju čine Apergillus oryzae, Aspergillus soyae, Hansenula spp., Torulopsis spp., Candida spp., Saccharomyces spp., Clavispora spp., Bretanomyces spp., Pichia spp., Endomycess spp., Kluyveromyces spp., Rhizopus spp., Yarrowia lipolytica, Endomyces fibuliger, Penicillium spp., njihove mješavine i mješavine s podvrstama od Clostridia i/ili Bacillus.
7. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da sadrži probiotske spore ili probiotike u neaktivnom stanju čije stanice kada napuštaju neaktivnu fazu ili fazu sporulacije mogu proizvesti najmanje jedan sastojak (kao što su vitamin K2, antibiotici ili LCPUFA) koji potpomažu u poboljšanju zdravlja.
8. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da sadrži i probiotske spore i probiotske stanice, a stanice su odabrane iz skupine koju čine održive stanice, neodržive stanice, te njihove mješavine.
9. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da je proizvod podvrgnut tretmanu dugotrajne pasterizacije, posebno pomoću HHST ili UHT.
10. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da proizvod sadrži 104 do 1010 CFU (jedinice za formiranje kolonije) probiotskih spora za dnevnu dozu prehrambenog proizvoda, poželjno od 105 do 1010 CFU, još bolje od 106 do 109 CFU, najbolje od 108 do 109 CFU.
11. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da je proizvod tekućina koja sadrži 105 do 108 CFU po ml, tipično od 12.500 do 50.000.000 CFU po ml, i poželjno od 105 do 106 CFU po ml.
12. Dugotrajni prehrambeni proizvod prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da proizvod sadrži najmanje jednu probiotsku supstancu, poželjno odabranu iz skupine koju čine frukto-oligosaharidi, galakto-oligosaharidi, frukto-galakto-oligosaharidi, inulin, oligosaharidi koji sadrže fukozu, beta glikani, brašno rogača, prirodne gume, pektini, sialiloligosaharidi, sialillaktoza, galaktani, i nukleotidi.
13. Uporaba probiotskih spora, poželjno odabranih iz skupine koju čine spore bakterija, spore kvasca, spore gljivica, i/ili neaktivne stanice bakterija, gljivica i/ili kvasca i/ili njihove mješavine, naznačena time, da se koriste kao probiotski sastojak u dugotrajnom prehrambenom proizvodu koji je odabran iz skupine koju čine mliječni proizvodi koji imaju rok trajanja na polici izvan hladnjaka više od 12 dana, voćni sokovi koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od 13 do 26 tjedana, te napitci na bazi voćnog soka koji imaju period skladištenja izvan hladnjaka od najmanje 3 mjeseca.
14. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 13, naznačena time, da je za svrhu zadržavanja trajnosti dugotrajnog prehrambenog proizvoda na polici izvan hladnjaka za vrijeme podešavanja proizvoda u probiotski prehrambeni proizvod.
