Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Anloeten der Wicklungsdraehte des Ankers an den Kommutator elektrischer Maschinen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Einrichtung zum Anloeten der Wicklung an den Kommutator elektrischer Maschinen, die eine hohe Produktivitaet und einen geringen Energieaufwand aufweist. Diese Aufgabe wird geloest durch eine Einrichtung zum Anloeten der Wicklung an den Kommutator elektrischer Maschinen,die aus einer Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Bewegen und Fixieren des Ankers mit dem Kommutator, einer einphasigen magneto-hydrodynamischen Pumpe, einem Verdichter und einer Wanne mit dem geschmolzenen Lot besteht. Der Magnetkoerper der einphasigen magnetohydrodynamischen Pumpe hat die Form eines im oberen Teil abgeschraegten Hohlzylinders. Neben dem Magnetkoerper ist der Verdichter konzentrisch angeordnet, dessen unterer Teil sich ueber dem Boden der Wanne befindet, waehrend der obere Teil parallel zum abgeschraegten oberen Teil des Magnetkoerpers liegt, wobei zwischen dem oberen Teil des Verdichters und dem oberen abgeschraegten Teil des Magnetkoerpers eine Ringnut gebildet wird, die in einem bestimmten Winkel zur Kommutatorachse geneigt ist.
