Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε μία ένωση του τύπου (I), όπου R1, R2 και R3 εκάστη ανεξαρτήτως επιλέγεται από Η, OH, F, CI, Br, μεθόξυ και αιθόξυ· ή εναλλακτικώς, R1 και R2 μαζί σχηματίζουν -OCH2O-, R3 επιλέγεται από Η, ΟΗ, μεθόξυ, αιθόξυ και αλογόνα· R4 είναι ΟΗ ή ακυλόξυ· R5 είναι κυκλοαλκοξύλ, άμινο και υποκατεστημένη άμινο, και όταν R5 επιλέγεται από άμινο, τουλάχιστον μία των R1, R2 και R3 δεν είναι Η. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περαιτέρω αφορά σε μία μέθοδο για σύνθεση μιας ένωσης του τύπου (I), και χρήση της ένωσης του τύπου (I) στην βιομηχανική κατασκευή ενός φαρμάκου για την αποτροπή ή θεραπεία καρδιαγγειακών ή εγκεφαλοαγγειακών ασθενειών.
