本发明公开了一种聚酯镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β‑(3,4‑二羟基苯基)‑α‑羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2‑二甲酸二(2‑丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β‑(3,4‑二羟基苯基)‑α‑羟基丙酸冰片酯23~39份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯18~35份、聚丁二酸丁二酯10~20份、环己烷1,2‑二甲酸二(2‑丙基庚)酯40~56份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30~40份和聚二环戊二烯20~30份。通过上述方式,本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。

Description

一种聚酯镀铝膜
技术领域
本发明涉及镀铝膜领域,特别是涉及一种聚酯镀铝膜。
背景技术
镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料,其中最常用的加工方法当数真空蒸镀铝法,就是在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝熔化蒸发,使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上,从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性,是一种价廉美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料,因此,镀铝膜已经被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等产品的包装,比如快餐食品、茶叶、咖啡和化妆品的包装。
镀铝膜的应用越来越广泛,已经成为了软包装行业内应用十分普遍的一种包装材料。镀铝膜的种类很多,目前应用最多的镀铝膜主要是聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)和CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP),聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)一般用作复合包装的中间层,由于其外观漂亮,在高档包装中应用最多,如奶粉、茶叶等包装袋。CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP)一般用作复合包装的热封层,常用于普通的小食品(比如饼干)包装。
然而,目前使用的镀铝膜的膜基体层的背面容易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚酯镀铝膜,膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种聚酯镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯23~39份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯18~35份、聚丁二酸丁二酯10~20份、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯40~56份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30~40份和聚二环戊二烯20~30份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯的重量含量为26~38份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的重量含量为21~33份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯的重量含量为42~54份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种聚酯镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯32份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯27份、聚丁二酸丁二酯15份、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯48份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯35份和聚二环戊二烯25份。
实施例2
一种聚酯镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯38份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯33份、聚丁二酸丁二酯20份、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯54份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯40份和聚二环戊二烯30份。
实施例3
一种聚酯镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯26份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯21份、聚丁二酸丁二酯10份、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯42份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30份和聚二环戊二烯20份。
本发明聚酯镀铝膜的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。

1.一种聚酯镀铝膜,其特征在于,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和聚二环戊二烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯23~39份、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯18~35份、聚丁二酸丁二酯10~20份、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯40~56份、聚邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30~40份和聚二环戊二烯20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸冰片酯的重量含量为26~38份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的重量含量为21~33份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的环己烷1,2-二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯的重量含量为42~54份。
