本发明公开了一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5‑烃基‑5‑苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4‑二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5‑烃基‑5‑苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯13~29份、壬二酸二正己酯10~27份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯33~45份、3,4‑二羟基苯甲酸庚酯18~34份和三元乙丙橡胶20~32份和聚全氟乙丙稀38~50份。通过上述方式,本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。

Description

一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜
技术领域
本发明涉及镀铝膜领域,特别是涉及一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜。
背景技术
镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料,其中最常用的加工方法当数真空蒸镀铝法,就是在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝熔化蒸发,使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上,从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性,是一种价廉美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料,因此,镀铝膜已经被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等产品的包装,比如快餐食品、茶叶、咖啡和化妆品的包装。
镀铝膜的应用越来越广泛,已经成为了软包装行业内应用十分普遍的一种包装材料。镀铝膜的种类很多,目前应用最多的镀铝膜主要是聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)和CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP),聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)一般用作复合包装的中间层,由于其外观漂亮,在高档包装中应用最多,如奶粉、茶叶等包装袋。CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP)一般用作复合包装的热封层,常用于普通的小食品(比如饼干)包装。
然而,目前使用的镀铝膜的膜基体层的背面容易擦伤,耐磨损性能差,抗拉伸性能也不佳。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯13~29份、壬二酸二正己酯10~27份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯33~45份、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯18~34份和三元乙丙橡胶20~32份和聚全氟乙丙稀38~50份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯的重量含量为16~28份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的壬二酸二正己酯的重量含量为12~24份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯的重量含量为20~32份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。

实施例1
一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯28份、壬二酸二正己酯24份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯45份、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯32份和三元乙丙橡胶32份和聚全氟乙丙稀50份。
实施例2
一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯16份、壬二酸二正己酯12份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯33份、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯20份和三元乙丙橡胶20份和聚全氟乙丙稀38份。
实施例3
一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯22份、壬二酸二正己酯18份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯39份、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯26份和三元乙丙橡胶26份和聚全氟乙丙稀44份。
本发明茶叶包装用镀铝膜的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,耐磨损性能好,抗拉伸性能佳。

1.一种茶叶包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯、壬二酸二正己酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯、三元乙丙橡胶和聚全氟乙丙稀,其各组分的重量含量为:5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯13~29份、壬二酸二正己酯10~27份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯33~45份、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯18~34份和三元乙丙橡胶20~32份和聚全氟乙丙稀38~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的5-烃基-5-苯甲酰氧基丙二酸亚异丙酯的重量含量为16~28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的壬二酸二正己酯的重量含量为12~24份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的3,4-二羟基苯甲酸庚酯的重量含量为20~32份。
