本发明公开了一种包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2‑乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯‑b‑甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯21~37份、氯甲酸异丙酯40~50份、丙烯酸2‑乙基己酯24~40份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯15~27份、聚丁二酸丁二酯28~40份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯‑b‑甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯12~29份。通过上述方式,本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。

Description

一种包装用镀铝膜
技术领域
本发明涉及镀铝膜领域,特别是涉及一种包装用镀铝膜。
背景技术
镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料,其中最常用的加工方法当数真空蒸镀铝法,就是在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝熔化蒸发,使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上,从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜的特性,又具有金属的特性,是一种价廉美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料,因此,镀铝膜已经被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等产品的包装,比如快餐食品、茶叶、咖啡和化妆品的包装。
镀铝膜的应用越来越广泛,已经成为了软包装行业内应用十分普遍的一种包装材料。镀铝膜的种类很多,目前应用最多的镀铝膜主要是聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)和CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP),聚酯镀铝膜(VMPET)一般用作复合包装的中间层,由于其外观漂亮,在高档包装中应用最多,如奶粉、茶叶等包装袋。CPP镀铝膜(VMCPP)一般用作复合包装的热封层,常用于普通的小食品(比如饼干)包装。
然而,目前使用的镀铝膜的膜基体层的背面容易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装用镀铝膜,膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯21~37份、氯甲酸异丙酯40~50份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯24~40份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯15~27份、聚丁二酸丁二酯28~40份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯12~29份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯的重量含量为22~34份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重量含量为26~38份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯的重量含量为14~26份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。

实施例1
一种包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯28份、氯甲酸异丙酯45份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯32份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯21份、聚丁二酸丁二酯34份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯20份。
实施例2
一种包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯22份、氯甲酸异丙酯40份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯26份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯15份、聚丁二酸丁二酯28份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯14份。
实施例3
一种包装用镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯34份、氯甲酸异丙酯50份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯38份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯27份、聚丁二酸丁二酯40份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯26份。
本发明包装用镀铝膜的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗冲击性能优异。

1.一种包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯、氯甲酸异丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯、聚丁二酸丁二酯和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯,其各组分的重量含量为:偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯21~37份、氯甲酸异丙酯40~50份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯24~40份、甲基丙烯酸十二酯15~27份、聚丁二酸丁二酯28~40份和甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯12~29份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯的重量含量为22~34份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的重量含量为26~38份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装用镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯-b-甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯的重量含量为14~26份。
