Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά στην παραγωγή προϊόντος τυριού εναλλακτικού τύπου, χρησιμοποιώντας εδώδιμο έλαιο προς υποκατάσταση τουλάχιστον μέρους του λίπους του γάλακτος.
