Abstract

Durch bekannte technische Verfahren wird die Milch entrahmt und statt der tierischen Fette werden gesunde Pflanzenfette oder Pflanzenöle zugegeben. DOLLAR A Zu allen bekannten Milchprodukte können pflanzliche Fette insbesondere Rapsöl zugegeben werden. DOLLAR A Ziel des Fettaustausches ist die Herstellung eines gesünderen Lebensmittels.

Description

  • Die Menschen in unserer modernen Gesellschaft erkranken zunehmend an Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen. Eine Ursache dafür ist eine falsche, zu fettreiche Ernährung. Gesunde Fette, wie die mehrfach ungesättigten Pflanzenöle und -fette, werden zu wenig aufgenommen.
  • Insbesondere bilden Milch und Milchprodukte (von Kühen, Ziegen oder auch Schafen) ein Grundnahrungsmittel vieler Menschen. Da die in diesen Produkten vorkommenden tierischen Fette den Blutfettspiegel ungünstig beeinflussen, sind deren Anteile in den Produkten so klein wie möglich zu halten.
  • Milch und Milchprodukte mit pflanzlichem Fettanteil:
  • Diese Milch und Milchprodukte sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zu einem Großteil nur pflanzliche Fette enthalten.
  • Um den natürlichen tierischen Fettanteil zu reduzieren, wird die Milch mit bekannten Methoden, zum Beispiel zentrifugal, entrahmt.
  • Der tierische Fettanteil wird durch pflanzliche Fette substituiert. Dies bedeutet, dass zum Beispiel Rapsöl, welches einen hohen Anteil an mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren aufweist, als Zusatz eingesetzt wird. Weiterhin können alle Milchprodukte wie Quark, Joghurt, Käse, Pudding mit Rapsöl oder anderen Pflanzenfetten und -ölen versetzt werden.

  1. Die in der Milch oder in Milchprodukten enthaltenen tierischen Fette werden durch pflanzliche Fette oder Öle substituiert.
