Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μέθοδο ενίσχυσης αλληλουχίας νουκλεϊνικού οξέος και συσκευές γι αυτήν που είναι απλές στο σχεδιασμό και εύκολες να γίνουν σε μικρογραφία και να ολοκληρωθούν σε πολύπλοκες συσκευές με ικανότητα χρήσης DNA πολυμερασών που δεν είναι θερμοσταθερές. Στην παρούσα εφεύρεση, συνδυάζεται μία πλειονότητα πηγών θερμότητος για να παρέχεται θερμότητα σε ειδικές περιοχές ή να απομακρύνεται θερμότητα από ειδικές περιοχές του δείγματος, έτσι ώστε διατηρείται μία ειδική στο χώρο κατανομή θερμοκρασίας εντός του δείγματος με τοποθέτηση μιας περιοχής σχετικά υψηλής θερμοκρασίας χαμηλότερα στο ύψος απ' ότι μία περιοχή σχετικώς χαμηλής θερμοκρασίας.
