Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una bebida para consumo humano que reduce los niveles de colesterol LDL y total en la sangre, de sabor ácido y que comprende proteína, esterol éster vegetal y/o estanol éster vegetal, una preparación de fruta y/o verdura y un estabilizador. La estabilidad de la bebida se ha logrado mediante la selección de estabilizadores que contienen proteína y esterol éster vegetal y/o estanol éster vegetal, preferiblemente pectina de alto metoxilo.
