Abstract

La invención se refiere a una bebida estable que comprende al menos un componente de textura seleccionado del grupo que consiste de puré de vegetales no homogenizado, pulpa de fruta y puré de fruta, opcionalmente jugo de vegetales y/o de frutas no homogenizado, opcionalmente material vegetal y/o frutal no homogenizado y un éster de esterol de planta y/o éster de estanol de planta en una cantidad desde 0.2 hasta 25% por peso de la bebida. Adicionalmente la invención se refiere a un método para preparar la bebida estable.
