Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la preparación de los extractos de las hojas de Cynara scolymus, que resultan útiles para la prevención y el tratamiento de la dislipidemia, en particular para aumentar el colesterol HDL en pacientes con riesgo cardiovascular; dichos extractos son útiles para normalizar el equilibrio de lípidos y carbohidratos y aumentar significativamente el valor del colesterol HDL mediante el cambio favorable de la proporción LDL/HDL, en especial en pacientes con dislipidemia inducida por medicamentos que sufrieron un infarto.
