Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso de impresión flexográfica con capacidad húmedo sobre húmedo que se basa en la precipitación controlada de polímeros o segmentos de polímeros, lo cual conduce a la formación de gel de compuestos de tinta, controlando el parámetro de solubilidad del sistema de tinta. El mecanismo para obtener, un atrape de color húmedo sobre húmedo deseable es la formación y/o presencia de un gel en la película de tinta aplicada, gracias a un mecanismo fisicoquímico controlado de precipitación de resma. Esto se logra ya sea controlando un cambio en el Parámetro de Solubilidad de' Maneen del líquido en la tinta, a través de la evaporación de parte o todo el solvente no reactivo y volátil, o alternativamente mediante el uso de un polímero comprendido por dos segmentos distintos y separados, uno de los cuales, es soluble en la mezcla monómero/oligómero y el otro no. Los segmentos insolubles forman un gel reversible que se descompone en un líquido por fuerza de cizalla en el proceso de aplicación, permitiendo la aplicación de una tinta líquida, y que se reestablece al estado de gel en la película de tinta aplicada, con una resistencia tal que permite la sobreimpresión en el proceso de impresión flexográfica húmedo sobre húmedo.
