Abstract
Procedimiento de polimerización en fase gaseosa de una o más olefinas mediante el uso de un reactor de lecho fluidizado, que comprende las etapas de:a. Extraer de dicho lecho fluidizado por la parte superior una corriente gaseosa de reciclaje que comprende gases que no han reaccionado y partículas sólidas en arrastre,b. Poner dicha corriente en movimiento mediante un compresor, c. Enfriar dicha corriente haciéndola pasar a través de un intercambiador de calor, yd. Introducirla de nuevo en el reactor en la parte inferior del mismo, yCaracterizado porque dicho intercambiador de calor es un intercambiador multitubular que comprende sucesivamente una cámara de entrada, un haz de tubos de eje longitudinal y una cámara de salida provista de un orificio de evacuación, cámara de salida en la cual el flujo de la corriente gaseosa. I. Es acelerado hasta el orificio, yII. Es dirigido en todos los puntos de dicha cámara a lo largo de un eje, sensiblemente horizontal y/o hacia la parte baja de dicha cámara.De forma que se crea en la parte baja de dicha cámara una corriente de barrido que fluye en forma sensiblemente horizontal ó inclinada y sin obstáculo hasta el orificio y favoreciendo el arrastre de las partículas hasta el orificio.Aparato para la polimerización en fase gaseosa de una o más olefinas, cuyo aparato comprende un reactor de lecho fluidificado (1) alimentado con una o más olefinas y con un catalizador, y un circuito de reciclo que comprende:I. al menos un primer conducto (3) para conducir una corriente gaseosa de reciclo extraída en la parte superior (1c) del reactor;II. opcionalmente un separador gas/líquido;III. al menos un intercambiador de calor (7) para enfriar la corriente gaseosa de reciclo;IV. al menos un compresor (4) para mover la corriente gaseosa de reciclo; yV. al menos un segundo conducto (12) para conducir la corriente gaseosa de reciclo al objeto de introducirla en la parte inferior del reactor;caracterizado porque dicho intercambiador (7) es un intercambiador multitubular que comprende, sucesiva y conjuntamente, una cámara de entrada (6), un haz de tubos (9) con un eje longitudinal horizontal encajado en unacarcasa cilíndrica horizontal (14), y una cámara de salida (10), estando equipada la cámara de salida con un orificio de descarga (11), extendiéndose la pared (27a,27b) de dicha cámara de salida (10) a lo largo de un tronco de cono oblicuo, cuya base mayor está conectada con la carcasa (14) y cuya base menor corresponde al orificio de descarga (11) conectado con el segundo conducto (12), siendo la generatriz inferior (30) del tronco de cono oblicuo horizontal o presentando un inclinación descendente.
