Abstract

Procedimiento para la polimerización en fase gaseosa de una olefina u olefinas usando un reactor (1) de lecho fluidizado del que, en la parte superior, se extrae una corriente gaseosa de reciclado que comprende gases sin reaccionar y partículas sólidas arrastradas, que se mueve en virtud de un compresor y se enfría al pasar a un cambiador (7) de calor, y que se reintroduce en el reactor en la parte inferior del último, caracterizado porque el cambiador de calor es un cambiador multitubular que comprende sucesivamente una cámara de (6) de entrada, un haz de tubos (9) con un eje longitudinal horizontal y una cámara (10) de salida que está equipada con un orificio (11) de descarga, cámara de salida en la que el flujo de la corriente gaseosa de reciclado se acelera hasta el orificio (11) y se dirige a cualquier punto de dicha cámara a lo largo de un eje horizontal y/o hacia la parte inferior de dicha cámara, a fin de crear, en la parte inferior de dicha cámara, una corriente de barrido que fluye horizontalmente o con una inclinación descendente y sin obstáculo hasta el orificio (11) y que promueve el arrastre de las partículas hasta el orificio (11).
